Can someone please direct me how to properly uninstall and reinstall???

I had a previous post as well but I just want a fresh start on uninstalling and reinstalling. When I followed the steps and then opened itunes it had my previous library there even after I deleted the itunes folder from program files.
I've had Itunes forever now and it's been fine. With this last upgrade, it's created some problems. Half of my new playlists created have disappeared. The music is still there in the library, just the playlists are gone which was enough to fill a 60 gb ipod. Itunes now reads at the bottom I have 1022 GB of music - my hard drive is 250gb so that's obviously incorrect. My iphone will not recognize my calendar or my contacts in Office 2003 with all updates - so basically it's hosed. Someone had given me a link to uninstall it which I did. I restarted. Then I uninstalled apple mobile something or other and restarted. Then I deleted the itunes folder from program files emptied recycle bin and then restarted. I then proceeded to re-download and install itunes. I went through the hour process of uninstall and restart then install. I get everything finished and open itunes expecting to see a fresh clean slate and it's exactly the same. What did I do wrong since I followed these instructions at the bottom for uninstalling http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=305845
I need help. I figure at this point I'll take my losses with my playlists I have spent years building just to have everything working again. I appreciate any help you can give.

Connect to any computer that has iTunes loaded. The following will work for everything EXCEPT music that was obtained from some place other than the iTunes Music Store. If that is your situation, post back before you proceed.
Restore, if iTunes will let you. Everything except the password will be restored. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. Be forewarned that it takes a long time. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.
If things go wrong and you lose your apps, music, movies, etc. this is "Plan B."

That probably means that you're not looking at a bug in Photoshop, but a problem with a driver - and the most likely cause would be your video card driver.
And sure enough, your video card driver is almost 2 years out of date.
Please go to NVidia's website and get the latest driver - then follow their directions for installation (so you don't get bits of old driver left over).

I think the warning is very clear.
What warning? Where do you say that this plan you suggest will lose at least some, and possibly a whole lot of metadata, plus the original files of edited photos. This is significant dataloss. And you should warn people that this is the case.
While your metadata and originals may not be important to you, that is not necessarily the case for other users.

This is nonsense. The iPhoto Library has no need of "cleaning" and certainly not in any way that trashes a whole lot of data.
I'm very impressed that you assess the application based on the sound of the name. It's not a common way to review applications, but I'm sure it has some merit.
FWIW it has been recommended on this - and other - sites for many years and has proven safe and effective.

Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it

the mute button is a switch you need to flip, not touch. if you look at it and see color, its on.

I have installed the printer using 'System Preferences' on my i-Mac and it appears on the list of available printers but documents that I create just don't print.

Looking at the Konica web site for the PagePro 1300W, I saw the following note.
Please note: This printer is designed to be used in computer operating systems running MS Windows only. Operating systems such as UNIX, Macintosh, or Linux are not supported nor do we have workaround drivers available. Older MS Windows versions, such as Windows 3.1/95/98[pre-SE] and NT 3.51/4.0, are not supported.
So KM are not going to help you. But the LinuxFoundation does provide a workaround that should allow you to print. Have a look at this web page. You will need to install all three packages as per the instructions from that page.

To write events to separate folders, use "File > Export" and select the subfolder format "Event Name". But that will only backup the photos and not your iPhoto library and all the work you invested in organising it. For backing up, see: iPhoto and File Management

You are using a version of the newest GarageBand 10.0, and not GarageBand '11 as in your original post. And I was sending you screenshots from GarageBand '11, LOL!
In GarageBand 10.0 is the end-of-song marker hiding behind the zoom controls. Zoom out as far as possible by shifting the zoom scrollbar to the left. Then you should be able to see a corner of the end-of-song marker peeping out behind the zoom control. Try to grab it with the mouse pointer and shift it to the time you want.
