Can someone please help me? I tried everything.
Hello everyone. I am facing trouble with my iphone 4s with the software ios5.1.1.
I get a pop up whenever I download using my iphone 4s saying This is not a test user account. Please create a new account in the sandbox environment. [Environment: Sandbox]
Ok so let me explain a few things, after doing some research on the web, here are answers for some questions that you might ask.
1.) No, my iphone isn't jailbroken.
2.) I can download from my ipad2 but not from my iphone 4s
3.) This is the third time this happened. The first time it happened was back in May, I restored and backed up my iphone. Then on July 26 this happened again, so I backed up and restored my account again. Then the problem came back just now.
4.) My mom, two sisters, and one brother all use MY ACCOUNT on their devices. I use my account on my ipad and iphone 4s. So in total, six devices are using my account, two of those devices are mine.
5.) To be fair, I only experienced this problem when I put my account on my brother and sisters devices. However I don't think that's the problem.
6.) Yes, I tried to sign out, turned off my iphone, opened my iphone. Yet I still get the same error.
7.) My mom and siblings can download perfectly, my ipad even works, it's just my iphone that's causing trouble.
Please guys, I'm really tired because of this problem. Does anyone have a solution?

For some silly reason do you rely on a single device for storage of these items? If so, that's
not very smart.
Pictures taken with the device are designed to be copied off to a computer (like with any digital camera) on a regular basis. They can then be synced back to the device via iTunes.
Contacts are designed to be synced to a supported application on the computer or a cloud servce, simply sync them back.

I keep getting error 1202, and I have tried everything I've ever found (registry, time/date, reinstall, etc), and it still doesnt work!!!! can someone please help.
btw, I have version 10.5.1 and run windows 7So you're not trying to downgrade iOS?

Can someone please help? Recently just had my iPhone 4S reconnected. I've now waited the 24 hours that you need to wait till everything goes back to normal. However on a phone call I can hear whoever I'm calling but they can't hear me?
i had the same problem a few weeks ago and i had only had my 3g iphone for a few weeks. It was as if i was on permanent mute. I could hear others fine, but they couldn't hear me, even if i used speakerphone or even a bluetooth.
i took it to an apple store and they did a real quick test (they first did a system restore, then they took my phone and tried calling another employee). Once they validated it wasn't working, they replaced my phone quickly with no questions asked. Just make sure to back up everything on I-Tunes before you go in so that you dont lose any info. might want to do the restore before you go in, as well, otherwise you'll have to wait for them to do it at the store, which takes them 15 mins or so.

I tried updating my iPod 5th gen to iOS 8 but it only shows me a picture of the iTunes logo and a charger at the bottom, I'm not sure what this means or what I need to do. Can someone please help me?
After restoring to factory settings/new iPod you will then have to restore from backup
To restore from backup see:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Updated my iphone4 with ios6.1 software. App store is not working. Tried rebooting, restoring, changing date, signing with another apple id etc. but no luck. can someone please help?
I guess I will wrap this up. I have abandoned iPhoto and viewing my Photo Streams using it and moved to Adobe products (Bridge + PS). So that's that.

'm trying to transfer the music from my iPhone 3G to my iPod shuffle using iTunes but I don't know how. I checked on websites but i dont really trust them cause I don't want all my music to be erased (cause i spent a lot of money on them) can someone PLEASE help me. Why is iTunes so complicated.

Does anyone know why my music wont play on my 7th generation iPod nano? I've tried resetting it already but that didnt work. Can someone please help.
I would to a Restore. Select the iPod in iTunes. Go to the Summary tab for the iPod. There is a button there to do a Restore. This will erase the iPod, re-install its software, and set it to default settings. After Restore complete, try playing songs on the iPod again.
If THAT does not fix the problem, and it's not bad headphones (since you also tried the "speaker"), there is probably a hardware problem on the iPod. All 7th gen nanos are still under warranty. If you have an Apple Store nearby, you should take it to the store's Genius Bar. To minimize waiting, you can make a reservation on store's web page.

I have just started using WD external hard drives, I use it to save my movies and music on. On more than one occasion, when I connect it to my MacBook it erases everything I had save on the hard drive. Can someone please help me with this problem? I am super tired of having to put all of my movies and music on the hard drive just to have it erased again. The products I am using are WD 4TB My Book and 2 TB My Passport external hard drives. When it happens, there is always an icon that reads, EFI, along with the My Book icon. Thank you for your assisstance.

Yes, you have WD software installed REMOVE IT !!
WD has warned its customers about their huge mistake that their software doesnt work on Mavericks and causes data loss.
(also dont use WD drives anymore)

I tried to install nef files from my nikon d750 and it said I needed to install an update for lightroom. it told me to launch creative cloud to do so. when i tried to launch nothing was happening (I didn't realize it was launched in my nav up by the date ). i then went to the website and updated the latest version there. when i started lr it now asks me for a serial number. i have the cloud version and i'm not sure what to do now. i can't find anything in my email (just a verification of paid email) and nothing is in my account info. can someone please help! i'm on a deadline for monday and adobe is closed until then!! ugh..

I've tried to download the flash player several different times and each time i get a connection error message.It downloads fine and when i run the file to start install, it installs up to 5% and then i get the connection error message. I've tried disabling my antivirus software, closing my browser for install and nothing.Can someone please help me? I'm using Firefox.

It allows you to download it offline, which is what I used.

Can someone please help. I have a really old MacBook that is running really slow. I want to wipe everything and reinstall the latest software but don't know how to do this. Also is there a way of keeping Microsoft Office when doing this? Thanks in advance
You do realise that wiping the disk means that everything on the disk is erased. Everything. Photos, music, emails, ...
So the first piece of advice is to make sure you have a back up of everything.
You need the OS disk to reintsall the operating system. You will use that disk first to erase the drive, then to reinstall the OS.
