Can someone PLEASE help me report a fault??

Quick history. Phone and infinity went down 3pm yesterday. Disconnected all internal wiring and tested from the test socket on the NTE with a known dood corded handset and got no dial tone, just lots of hissing and cracking. Most likely damp in the works somewhere (underground feed).
Called 151 yesterday. Was not able to persuade the chap on the phone that there was a fault - automated testing said it was my wiring. He would not believe otherwise. He reluctantly offer to make an appt for an engineer to have a look, and offered Jan 8th. I said that's not good enough. My wife has end-stage liver disease and is in constant contact with various medical people (we missed and appt this morning because the district nurse couldn't get hold of us). She has 8 appts in the next ten days, and I often have to leave her alone while I'm out. We need the phone fixed asap. He disregarded all of that so I asked for escalation. He told me a manger would call withing 30 minutes and said the manager would say no different. The call never came.
About 7pm called 151 again. Operator claimed manager had called me - he hadn't. Operator offered no further help other than to promise another manager would call me between 10am and noon today. Operator also disregarded my wifes health and told me she would not prioritise the call.
Needless to say the manager didn't call today.
I have just tried calling 151 again, and the system now tells me I'm not a BT customer and cuts me off. The fault tracker on the website tells me I have an internal wiring fault and suggests I call 151 if I think otherwise.
I'm just about ready to lose my rag. Does anyone know how I can proceed now?

With the serial number they can put it into a database and send that inormation to pawn shops, so i the theie tries to pawn it, the pawn shop employeee can convscate the iPad and hand it over to the authorites.     The last post in that forum said a few things.
    1.Restart computer
    2.Disable anti-virus/security programs
    3.Update hardware and software drivers.(I'm guessing mainly the cd-rom drive drivers)
    Try those things and see if it is still a problem.

  • Runtime error--can someone please help me?!

    ok so when i try to open my itunes (i have itunes 7) it opens but almost immediately a window pops up that says "software application has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience." it also says that they prepared an error report to send to microsoft about the problem. i've tried sending it but nothing has happened so now i click the "don't send" option. then a window pops up titled "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" and it says "Runtime Error!     NoClassDefFoundError happens because the JVM cannot find some class from your program, not because the OS cannot find your JVM (PATH regulates the latter, but not the former). JVM looks up classes in directories (or JAR files) specified through the -classpath option, like "java -classpath c:\myclasses MyMainClass". Read the online doc for the "java" launcher for more info.

    No app on the iPod is required.                           
    - If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected, on a computer browser go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up or conbtinue to show off-line.
    - You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
    iCloud: Erase your device
    iCloud: Use Lost Mode
    - If not shown/or off-line, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
    - Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
    - There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it unless you had iOS 7 on the device. With iOS 7, one has to enter the Apple ID and password to restore the device.
    - Apple will do nothing without a court order

    After restoring to factory settings/new iPod you will then have to restore from backup
    To restore from backup see:
    iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes       
    If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
    You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:                         
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

    In the Music tab of iTunes, do you have 'Include Voice Memos' checked?

      First of all, I live in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Sometimes, I use a VPN to search on the web here. I purchased Toy Story 3 on my MacBook Pro 2011 OS/X - Lion through iTunes.  I initially had trouble downloading it which may be due to being on and off the VPN but after a while it finally downloaded and shows up in my iTunes library on my MacBook. 
      Under my Apple ID account (which is the only Apple ID account I have), I look under purchase history and it shows that I paid for Toy Story which is where I got my Order # from.  But if you go to the iTunes Store then to the Quick Links then click on Purchased, under all my Movies, it does NOT show Toy Story 3 as one of my movies.
      Now when I go to my iPad (3rd gen.), Toy Story 3 does not show up under purchased movies (all or not on my iPad).  It does not show up on my Apple TV as well.  If I want to have Toy Story 3 on my iPad or Apple TV, then it says I have to purchase it again.
      I have searched for help via Apple support communities but so far none of their solutions have worked for me.  I have tried logging off iTunes & App Store on iPad and also shutting down the iPad.  I also made sure that under iTunes Preferences>Store that iTunes in the Clouds purchases is checked. Can someone please help me with this?  Your consideration is greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

    I just purchased this movie on Thursday, May 15, so just a few days ago.  I have never had any trouble whatsoever since I have been in Vietnam.  I have downloaded several movies and even music and they have all synced to my respected Apple products except for this purchase. 
    Sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean by studios and different versions.  Could you please explain? 
    I checked my purchased list in my purchase history under my account and there are no hidden items.

    Also before installing Please go to Applications-->Utilities--> Adobe installers and if there is any uninstaller for CS5.5 , you can remove it and do a fresh install.

    i am trying to develop a web application using tomcat. i have a servlet that will not compile because of two things. firstly, it says that package beans does not exist and secondle it gives an error becuase im using a user bean here to set some attributes but it keeps saying it cannot resolve symbol User. can someone please help me sort this out. thanks

    You need to package the bean classes in the proper package (in your case beans), and then place them in WEB-INF/classes/<package dirs>.
    Then you need to import the classes in the JSP.

    You are probably running OS 10.4 or 10.5 on a PPC Mac.  No version of  iTunes higher than 10.6.3 is available for these older Macs.  I have the same problem, and while I can still use the PPC to sync my iPod, it can't be used to sync an iPhone 4 or higher.  The only solution, as I discovered after upgrading to the iPhone 4, is to buy a newer Mac.  I was able to get a 2006 MacBook running Lion for under $300, and that has been a lifesaver.
