Can someone please PLEASE help me?

what do you do when your trying to download itunes 7 and you get a pop-up that says "your current settings do not allow this file to be downloaded"?
Windows XP i have a spyware and anitvirus protection program.

Where does this message appear? Does the "pop-up" give you any options, or just an ok button? It probably has nothing to do with Anti-virus or spyware protection, more likely your security settings.
At the very top of your browser, where it says file, edit, view, etc. Click on tools, Then click on Internet options at the bottom of the list that pops up. Next, click on the Security tab. Pick Internet, if it's not already selected. In the bottom half of the window, it says "security level for this zone." You probably have the High level selected. Take the little slider and drag it down to medium, click apply, and then OK, and you should be allowed to dowload the iTunes installer. If that doesn't do it, you might need to go into custom levels, and enable "file download."
Let me know if that works.

They don't come with restrictions enabled, you have to turn them on and set the passcode.
When you do try to enter the restrictions area you are prompted to enter a passcode, but that means you're making it.
I'd take it back to where you bought it from and have them unlock it.

Well the next couple of things to try would be to reset all settings, and if that doesn't help, it's probably time to restore the iOS software.
Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings. That will take all settings on the iPad back to factory defaults. It will not delete anything and you will not lose any data, but you will have to enter all settings again ...WiFi passwords, enable Siri, select your wallpaper, adjust brightness, turn on location services and set privacy settings, etc, etc.

Should you decide to restore the iOS, it is extremely important that you back up first so that you can restore from the backup and then sync with iTunes afterward in order to restore all content back to the iPad. It is all covered in the kb article.
If you do not sync with iTunes, then I assume that you backup with iCloud. In that case you can erase the device in Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings. Once again, backing up with I loud is I,operative before you do this so that you can restore from the iCloud backup after you erase the iPad and start over again with activation.
You should read this first before you restore from either backup.

The recent releases of iTunes have brought a bunch of bugs into the printing of CD covers.
Some people report that directing the iTunes print output to PDF, and then printing to paper from the PDF, solved their problem. Others have reported that it did not help. Worth a try.

On My Mac / Import / Inbox appearing can someone explain please?

After clicking on "show mailboxes" I see under Junk the tab >"On my Mac" when I expand it shows >Import and then show >INBOX which has hundreds of unread emails in it. They are copies of emails already received but I just discovered them. Anyone tell me what's going on and why they are there? Seems like a waste of space? Thanks in advance.

The only way to have an Import folder and an imported mailbox within under On My Mac in the mailboxes drawer is by using the Import Mailboxes feature since these can't be created any other way.
If you don't need to want the Import folder and imported mailbox within, delete them.

I got my confirmation e-mail at 5am Friday (just a point of reference). When i check my status i get "not available at this time". Is there any way i can get better information.
