Can someone please tell me how I am supposed to sign in to my iCloud account. It tells me it recognises my Apple account but it isn't my cloud account. Please keep answers simple as I've looked at other responses and they completely lose me.

You can, iPhones/iPads and Macs work, as do PC's once there is an open account.
This is typical Apple to be honest. The only reason I use iTunes is for my iPod. Perhaps I need to find another mp3 player.
You do not need iCloud for iTunes, I am sorry that you misunderstand but iCloud and iTunes do not require each other.
I'm certainly not paying the inflated prices that Apple charge for their laptops that are quite frankly no better than my Dell.
I've had Dells, they are worth what you pay, no more.

Try taking a new picture with your iPhone then reconnect it to your computer.

If by "posted to you" you mean shipped, yes. Usually UPS or FedEx is used by Apple. Note that you may need to access the Online Store that's for your country. I have a lot of various book mark folders with websites contained within each folder. I am able to sort the websites within each folder alphabetically by name but I cannot find a way to sort the bookmark folders themselves alphabetically by name.I am not talking about in a view mode but in the way they are displayed when I click on my bookmarks tab. Can someone explain to me how to accomplish this other than manually dragging them as this is extremely hard for me due to the fact that I am a quadriplegic with limited hand movement dexterity
Bookmark folders that you created are in the Bookmarks Menu folder. "Sort" that folder.

I am using lightroom 5 and would like to upgrade to lightroom 6. I am not interested in the subscription based craetive cloud model. The website keeps pushing me to the subscription based model. I changed my Apple ID to my new email address successfully for the iTunes and App store but it won't work for iCloud and it won't recognize my password. I read that this can't be done. How am I supposed to get into iCloud? I plan on getting rid of my old email address which is my old Apple ID so how is that going to work?

I changed my Apple ID to my new email and now cannot find any way to access icloud. Unfortunately I had allowed icloud to hijack my airbook files, so of course I am afraid I will lose them tomorrow when I exchange my iphone for a new one and cannot keep an icloud account i cannot access. You may have installed one or more of the common types of ad-injection malware. Follow the instructions on this Apple Support page to remove it. It's been reported that some variants of the "VSearch" malware block access to the page. If that happens, start in safe mode by holding down the shift key at the startup chime, then try again.
Back up all data before making any changes.
One of the steps in the article is to remove malicious Safari extensions. Do the equivalent in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use either of those. If Safari crashes on launch, skip that step and come back to it after you've done everything else.
If you don't find any of the files or extensions listed, or if removing them doesn't stop the ad injection, ask for further instructions.
Make sure you don't repeat the mistake that led you to install the malware. It may have come from an Internet cesspit such as "Softonic" or "CNET Download." Never visit either of those sites again. You might also have downloaded it from an ad in a page on some other site. The ad would probably have included a large green button labeled "Download" or "Download Now" in white letters. The button is designed to confuse people who intend to download something else on the same page. If you ever download a file that isn't obviously what you expected, delete it immediately.
Malware is also found on websites that traffic in pirated content such as video. If you, or anyone else who uses the computer, visit such sites and follow prompts to install software, you can expect more of the same, and worse, to follow. Never install any software that you downloaded from a bittorrent, or that was downloaded by someone else from an unknown source.
In the Security & Privacy pane of System Preferences, select the General tab. The radio button marked Anywhere should not be selected. If it is, click the lock icon to unlock the settings, then select one of the other buttons. After that, don't ignore a warning that you are about to run or install an application from an unknown developer.

Only your friend can unlock it, either by giving you his Apple ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices - please see:
