This is happening with almost everywebsite I didnt do anything to settings and it just appeared.
Your phone is not charging you. I think you may want to go and change your password on your apple id as it might be comprimised. Also talk to apple about any erronious charges.

the mute button is a switch you need to flip, not touch. if you look at it and see color, its on.

Everything seems to be working fine when I double click the home button the music play thing shows up, but when I try to press play to touch it it want play, ever since I took it apart a piece of thescreen that was connected to a black part got broken off (not the screen but the black part),and now it closes in all corners except the one where it was broken, but I put it back in place it's just not connected to the screen.

99.9% of the time, the cause of this issue is the fact the phone was jailbroken/hacked to unlock it for use on networks other than the network the phone was originally locked to. Apple maintains a database of officially unlocked iPhones, and when Apple's servers detect phones such as yours, activation stops & you get the message you got.
So, you need to get a sim card from the carrier the phone was originally locked to, or get it officially unlocked, if you want to activate it. Because it appears that it was not officially unlocked.
Apple has started to get "tough" with hacked iPhones, & simply won't permit their activation. -
Can someone please tell me how to get the "Pages" Ap that I recently downloaded to my MacBook Pro downloaded on my new IPad? I have done everything I have read about but it does not seem to work. Do I have to buy a seperate ap for my iPad?

The program you bought is for your Mac. it does not work on your ipad. They are completely different platforms. -

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

As mentioned - I was trying to set up an iPod Touch, and it kept telling me "open iTunes," so it dawned on me that I probably needed to update it. So I updated it, and now it just doesn't open (it bounces once, and that's it).
For added info:
I have a MacBook Pro with Mac OS X version 10.6.8.
Technically I keep all my music on an external hard drive, but I don't think anything is corrupted (because it was working fine just before I updated it).

Try resetting your System Management Controller or SMC then launch iTunes after processing these steps. If the issue persists, try downloading a fresh copy of iTunes by accessing the second link below.

I first noticed an issue when looking for something normally located in the Accessories folder of MS programs. What I found upon clicking on "All Programs" was not the program file/folder tree I expected but rather a direct list of all files in the Program Files folder. I then went to open a new session of Firefox to research that issue and noticed my basic Start button options were also changed. Now, even focus for event-driven events is not working correctly. Again, while I love Firefox, this needs to be fixed immediately or I will be forced to uninstall the product just to function.
Unfortunately I tried that and it didn't work. Thanks for the help though. I tried to uninstall and it said I couldn't because the file is corrupt or something, but I think I finally got it uninstalled and/or deleted or whatever, but now I try to reinstall/download it again from the beginning and I can't. No matter what I do I can not get Firefox working again. No matter how many times I try to redownload it. Any other suggestions?

Are those extensions compatible with your current Firefox version?
Do you see them in Tools > Add-ons > Extensions (about:addons)?
It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.
Delete the files extensions.* (e.g. extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini, extensions.cache) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

I was downloading the walking dead app on my iphone and after it was done it started saying waiting. I can't delete it but if I go into the App Store I can open it through there. Can someone please tell me how to delete it.

In the libary of iPhoto I do have double pictures only in the year 2006. Can someone please tell me how to remove the double pictures. I did rebuilt the libary but that solution did not help me any further.
I think the warning is very clear.
What warning? Where do you say that this plan you suggest will lose at least some, and possibly a whole lot of metadata, plus the original files of edited photos. This is significant dataloss. And you should warn people that this is the case.
While your metadata and originals may not be important to you, that is not necessarily the case for other users.

This is nonsense. The iPhoto Library has no need of "cleaning" and certainly not in any way that trashes a whole lot of data.
I'm very impressed that you assess the application based on the sound of the name. It's not a common way to review applications, but I'm sure it has some merit.
FWIW it has been recommended on this - and other - sites for many years and has proven safe and effective.

Can't access Power Menu at all in Windows 8.1
