Can someone please tell me how to get a flash player for my Mac 10.8.5 ?
I keep getting asked to install Adobe Flash Player for some sites, but my Mac 10.8.5 doesn't appear on the drop down menu. Is there an alternative? Thanks.

Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -
I rented a film from the store and download it on to my lap top i then moved it all ok to my ipad the following day my ipad restored to factory settings and i lost the rented film can someone please tell me how to get it back to either my laptop or ipad
Did you watch the movie on your computer?
You have 30 days from the time of rental to watch your movie, and 24 hours (in the US) or 48 hours (elsewhere) after you've started viewing to finish it. Once the rental period expires, the movie will disappear from your iTunes library.

I am about to lose my mind! I just got a nook like 3 weeks ago and I can't figure out how to enable my adobe flash player. So I've been having a really hard time trying to watch videos on youtube. Will some kind soul help me out and write back to me telling me how to enable it Please?
Nook is an e-ink book reader, and I doubt the device will support things like Flash Player. I have no idea how they could make that work with an e-ink display.
It's designed to be a device to read ebooks, not a device to surf the internet. Additionally, it runs the Android Operating System and Adobe stopped ALL development of Flash for Android in July of 2012. -

the mute button is a switch you need to flip, not touch. if you look at it and see color, its on.

Go to your carrier and get a SIM card. Whether it is free or not is up to them. -

That probably means that you're not looking at a bug in Photoshop, but a problem with a driver - and the most likely cause would be your video card driver.
And sure enough, your video card driver is almost 2 years out of date.
Please go to NVidia's website and get the latest driver - then follow their directions for installation (so you don't get bits of old driver left over). -
