Can someone please tell me how to get hold of someone with verizon concerning my bill?
I've got crazy charges on my bill and can't figure out what they're for. How can I get someone to talk to? Chat isn't working. What's up with that? Can anyone help me?

Did you do File > Transfer Purchases (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases on iTunes 11) to copy your iTunes purchases over to your computer's iTunes prior to updating ? iTunes downloads (apps, ringtones, music, films, tv shows, ibooks) aren't included in a backup, only the contents and settings of third-party apps.
You should be able to re-download apps and, depending upon what country that you are in, potentially music : re-downloading. For someone reason my iPhone demanded I update my billing information when I tried to update my apps. It required the security code for my card. I entered it, correctly at least 20 times until I because frustrated and tried it on my iMac. I updated iTunes, reset my billing information and then redid it. NOTHING! I read up on this online and they said that because it's a Debit card iTunes won't accept it. Here's the problem, it's a VISA Debit so it has to be accepted if they have the VISA logo on their site... it's a VISA. And furthermore it has always worked for me. Anyone have this same problem, or better yet find a solution? Please and thank you...

Can anyone please Tell me how to get a complete browser history including Date and TIME?
I really need help finding out what time a website was visited that is in the browsers history. How can I get a complete browser history or set the iPhone to keep longer than a week. Is there a way to look back further than the dates shown? IOS there a app you can download that will keep track of safaris browser history and what time a site was accessed ? Thank you for your help:)

I did a restore from backup this morning. After it completed the restore I lost all of my pics and videos from Saturday. Can anyone assist in retrieving my files from iCloud? Thank you.
Have you not backed up or transferred your movies to your computer at any point before you dropped your old iPad?
If the only copy of these movies was on the old iPad, and that iPad is now gone, then so are the movies that were on it. -

It is simply your wireless password.
But you should be using WPA2 Personal in the AEBS. If not please update the setting in the AEBS so you are using real security.. WEP is useless and worse than useless .. it is hard to setup and will slow the wireless. -

I just got my Ipad and I can not download apps. I get a message saying my Apple ID has been disabled. I have reset my password, I can access itunes and icloud but still can not download apps. Can someone please tell me how to get my ID activated? TY
Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -

Did you watch the movie on your computer?
You have 30 days from the time of rental to watch your movie, and 24 hours (in the US) or 48 hours (elsewhere) after you've started viewing to finish it. Once the rental period expires, the movie will disappear from your iTunes library.
