The only companies that can make a Scrabble game are the companies that own the rights to the game; Hasbro owns the rights in the US & Canada, Mattel owns the rights outside of the US & Canada.
You need to be speaking to those two companies.

Please can someone tell me why I cannot reinstall my upgrade from lightroom 4 (lightroom 3 installed off disc with serial no) my hard drive crashed, and I am trying to get lightroom 3; 4 and 5 back on so that I can link my catalogues and continue work. You don't need to have Lightroom 3 and 4 installed on your computer to install Lightroom 5. Just install Lightroom 5 and input your serial number for 3 in the previous version box and your serial number for 5 in the upgrade box. -
can someone tell me why a standard microphone doesn't seem to work with a mac-mini? Is there another kind of microphone I need to use?
Most microphone output a low voltage signal that must be put through a preamp.
The computer needs to have a line voltage signal level instead.

i have tried connecting my windows 8 machine to my mountain lion active directory every way possible and i get an error message saying something like this
"an active directory domain controller (AD DC) could not be contacted"
i only really want to do this to file share as when i and try to log in it maps the network drive but then doesnt let me access anything and i have tried to change permission multiple times server side.

but the permissions seem to be fine i have the HD set as a share point and i can access anything apart from user files i can go into /users/username/applcations but documents desktop etc does not work ? I have attached a screenshot on how my permission are set out i even tried to make the drive guest accesable but still didnt work -
i am trying to connect to my friend's wifi, i have a very strong signal indicated on my ipad, but cannot connect to the internet. Yesterday i connected without any problem, can anybody tell me why i cannot connect today?
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app
• Tap on Wi-Fi
• Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

If you only have the wifi only version iPad then the location is derived from the router that you are connected to - if it's not in the database that Apple use then your location can't be determined. Can someone tell me if Apple has resolved Security Update 2008-006 Issue?
Hi, I'm running Tiger (10.4.11) on a PowerBook G4. I just upgraded to iTunes 9. Unfortunately, I cannot access the iTunes store unless I upgrade Safari from my current version (3.1.2) to a newer version (4.0.3 or better). I just downloaded the installer for 4.0.4 and I can't install that until I install the latest security update (currently, 2009-005).
Now, I have been reluctant to install security updates ever since 2008-006 proved to be a disaster. You might recall the issue people had with the update screwing up their network settings (http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1712387&start=0&tstart=0). When I had this issue the only way that I could solve this was to do a clean install of my OS. I do not want to have to go through this again. Can someone tell me if Apple has resolved this issue? If they haven't, could someone tell me where I can get the previous version of iTunes so I can install that?
I refuse to install another security update until I know that this problem has been solved.
Thank you.In my humble opinion: yes, they have fixed the problem. As I posted here (http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2292768&tstart=30), I had also declined all the updates since 2008-007 (and the following Quicktime update as well) caused a piece of software that I rely on to stop working. I recently did do the install of 2009-005, Quicktime, and all the other updates, and the result was a system that works perfectly. And quite frankly, I was amazed.
Between network settings, Finder crashing, and several other misbehaviors, a couple of the updates right around January 2009 did indeed cause heartburn for a number of people, as documented here- and more than a few of us quit accepting the updates as a result. I'm very happy that whatever the underlying causes for that misbehavior might have been, those problems appear to have been resolved since then...
So I'd have to weigh in with a "do a really good clone backup, and then go for it!" as well, based on my recent experience.

Can someone tell me why my iMac lighting element is flickering and going to sleep mode too quickly? The guys at Austin MacWorks (official Mac reps) said they could not duplicate the problem in the shop, but I have a feeling thery did not give it a thorough look. I don't know to whom I should turn on this.
What model iMac? Do "About the Mac" and report what it says for processor type. That's a good start to figuring out to which of the four families of iMac yours belongs.
Also, check the OS version in the same window. Only 2002 iMacs with backlit displays can run the ancient 10.1 OS shown in your profile.
If you are in Auston Tx, I'm pretty sure it has a real Apple Store. That;s an option if you are still under warranty. -
Most of the time I get The Connection Was Reset. Can someone tell me why this happens?
When I click on Firefox or when browsing or going from one site to the other I get "The connection was reset" then have to click on Try Again.

THE CONNECTION WAS RESET again this morning. I even get this message when I click on the Firefox Icon to get on the net. When for example I download something then it returns me to their site I get The Connection Was Reset. When I uninstall a program and it sends to to their site in order to answer as to why I am uninstalling their program then I get The Connection Was Reset.
Every time this happens I have to click on Try Again and find this to be annoying.
This does not happen once or twice a week, it happen ALL THE TIME.
This morning I went to Safe Mode and followed the instructions on INTERRUPTED OR RESET CONNECTION which tells us what to do but this did not work either.
Would be great if someone was able to let me know what to do in order to prevent this message appearing all the time.Do not know how to delete this reply. I replied instead of editing my question. I have edited the above now.
