Can "sync" only photos from iTunes

I made an iTunes movies and exported it and it shows up in iTunes as I wished. When I went to sync the movie into the Apple TV it did not do it. Only "Photos" shows up in the "sync" process... even while there are movies in my iTunes "Movie" ATV folder. My Apple TV does have movies on it from the past but not recent. What have i done wrong?

You may have automatic syncing set up on the first tab - change it to custom sync.

Mac OS X 10.7.3 supports iCloud:

to determine if you are ready for it.
    Upgrade instructions are here:

  • Can't delete photos from iTunes synch on phone

Is this a normal thing on an iPhone 4S that I cannot find the bin icon to delete photos or photo folder that was synched from my laptop? I have to delete the folder from iTunes and then synch the phone again. I keep looking for the bin icon on each photo or on the folder on the phone but I cannot find it. I went to edit and couldn't find any delete function.

Photos synced to iphone from your computer are deleted the same way - the sync process.
The iphone simply mirrors the selected content of your computer.  It does not act as a storage device.

  • TS1314 how can i recover photo from itune iPhone chace

yesterday when i sync iphone 3gs all of my photo delete from phone . all my importent photo . i want to back all my photo. i go through iphone photo chace but cant see anithing except file name.

Syncing does not delete pictures on the device.  Only a restore from a backup or new, or the user deleting the pictures would delete them.
The only way to recover those pictures would be to restore from a backup created after the pictures were taken but before they were removed.
If  PhotoStream was turned on, the pictures should still be accessible there.

  • How can my iphone 4gs can not syn photos from itunes?

I try to syn all photos album in my picture to iphone but I couldn't do it.

For non-purchased songs, you need some third party software to copy them back to Mac. This iPod to mac transfer can help you do that. Hope it helps. Feel free to email me if you need further help.

  • Cannot sync any photos from iPhoto to iPhone

I cannot sync any photos from iPhoto to my iPhone. When I select the box to "Sync Photos from iPhoto," it displays "0 photos" regardless of what other settings I try (all photos, selected albums, etc.). Attempting to sync from folders other than iPhoto works fine.
I have tried removing the iPod Photo Cache. (First syncing the iPhone with no photos selected, then removing the phone, closing iTunes and iPhoto, trashing the cache, emptying the trash, rebooting the iMac, restarting the phone, reattaching the phone, and trying to sync again.)
I've tried searching the internet for a solution, but have only found threads going off in multiple directions with no clear advice.
    iMac running OS X 10.9.1
    iPhoto 9.5.1
    iPhone 4S running iOS 7.0.4

Additional info: I tried repairing permissions, repairing the database, and even rebuilding the database in iPhoto. Rebuilding eliminated all ordering in my albums. Since this seemed to be only messing things up further, I then tried restoring my entire iPhoto Library from a previous version in Time Machine (when synching photos still worked). However, the problem persists. I am still unable to sync any photos from iTunes to my phone.

  • I can not import photos from PC to my Ipad, it says iTunes will no longer sync photos to the iPad

I can not import photos from my PC to the iPad, it says  iTunes will no longer sync photos to the iPad

YES Terence!  Thank you. Exporting allowed me to move my photos from iPhoto into the Burn Folder on my desktop.   But that doesn't explain why I'm having to go that route now.   Have I done something (accidentally changed some setting) on my computer that will not allow me to just click and drag anymore?   I really liked the convenience of the click and drag option.
I don't have the time tonight to export and burn a lot of CD/DVDs.  I'll try that tomorrow and make sure my photos are moving properly.  I also need to export photos to my external hard drive to make sure that route is working.
Wouldn't you know that my Apple Care Plan runs out this Wednesday?!  I need to make sure everything is working properly before that expires.
Thank you so much for your help.   I really, really appreciate it.

  • How can I sync my photos from PC (Windows) to my iPhone in the new iTunes?

Since I have the new iTunes (version 11.0.2), I can't sync my photos from the librarie to the iPhone 4S. Previous I haven't got any problems, but now I can't find the folder "photos" in the iPhone register (when I click on the connected iPhone).

  • How do I sync one photo from phone to computer?  Seems like this was easy on my Apple 1, but I can't figure it out with 3G.  I can only sync new photos-and get all of them.

How do I sync one photo from my iPhone 3G to computer.  My only option is to sync all new photos.  Do I need iPhoto?

Yes, you do need iPhoto, or at least for the following: Plug it into the computer with the USB plug you get with it, and iTunes will automatically open. It doesn't matter if you keep it open or not, because you'll import them to iPhoto. When you open iPhoto, it will automatically go to your iPhone's inventory of photos. Choose a photo that you wish to import (or click import all), type in the titile, and click import. A pop-up message will come up that asks if yu want to keep originals. Click yes, and viola. Your photos are on your computer! Hope this helps.

The devices are not designed for transfer of that kind.  Use Photo Stream as suggested by another poster, or transfer photos to your computer (a good idea anyway since they will be lost if your device needs to be reset), then use iTunes to sync them to the other devices.

  • How can I transfer photos from my pc to iPad using iTunes?

HOw can I transfer photos from my pc to iPad using iTUnes?

Connect and select your iPad on the left-hand side of your computer's iTunes, and on the right-hand side there should be a series of tabs, one of which should be Photos - if you select that tab you can then select which photo folders to sync to the iPad. There is a bit more info on this page (though it looks like Apple are doing some maintenance at the moment so the link isn't working). You will need to sync all the photos that you want on the iPad together in one go as only the most recent photo sync remains on the iPad - not including photos in a subsequent sync is how you delete them from the iPad (synced photos can't be deleted directly on the iPad).
