Can't able to create workspace in DTR

Hi Guys,
In NWDS / DTR perspective, I created a client and able to login in to the client. But In Repository browser  when I right click I can't see "create workspace/ folder" option.
I didnt understand whats the problem. I am using sneak preview NWDS 7 version. So can you guys please help me what should I do?

    1. If settings for automatic PO is on, yes its possible when you create GR, Po gets created automatically, or you do GR against other with movement type 501 which is without PO.
    2. If you use P, then you need to enter WBS element. You can use U in combination with D =  service, then you enter wbs at service entry time.

    I had month end issue while reviewing the unaccounted transaction report we identified some unaccounted payments during May-11, tried to do accounting manually (Actionscreate accounting) but its throws APP-SQLAP-10710 (Online accounting could not be created. Please submit the payables accounting process instead to create accounting entries for this transaction.) but tried running Paybles accounting process program also but still its not creating accounting.
    Please advice on the same its urgent. Thanks…
    Note: I have 10 payments vouchers for same invoice among them 5 is accounted other 5 I cant able to create accouting.

  • Can fill-able forms created in Acrobat 9 work with SharePoint 2013 workflow?

    Okay so here's the deal.....
    I have a few HR forms that need to be searchable and created as workflows in SharePoint 2013. Creating a custom list will not work because it is not a built to create forms. Integrating InfoPath would be ideal, but it will not work either because the company
    will not pay for Enterprise licensing.
    So my question is....what if I created a fill-able form in Acrobat and uploaded to SharePoint. Can I create a workflow from the document. The only question is, when the user fill out the form, where it will go? There is no submit button.
    I guess the REAL question is, other than InfoPath, is there a work around to having forms on SharePoint that can be created as a workflow and made searchable. Did I mention that the forms must be fill-able.

    No, you cannot submit form values of a acrobat to SharePoint. You can use list form for basic form, else try using jquery to build custom forms as an alternative for infopath. Refer to the following codeplex solution. You could use this or build one similar
    to that using the source code.

    Mention what account assignment you are using in SES or in PO?
    If it is PM order then you have to enter PM order.
    If it is cost center then check GL A/c used in a/c assignment that GL must be having field status as order mandatory. Ask your accounts team to check this GL.

    I made one interface using object Selection UI pattern for one of my entity services. Now i am trying to make a callable object using this and i also have been successfully created it. But when I test this callable object, I got these error messages.
    1. Could not load execution container: Cannot access object class loader for deployable object sap.com/cafcoregpuivisibleco~container.
    2. Could not load execution container: ComponentUsage(container): Active component must exist when getting interface controller. (Hint: Have you forgotten to create it with createComponent()? Should the lifecycle control of the component usage be "createOnDemand"?

    It seems you found a bug. The problem is that runtime library reference to sap.com/cafruntimeuicouplingapilib library from sap.com/cafcoregpuivisibleco~container dc is misspelled.
    So, I don't know whether or not according CSN is already created but I can propose you a solution.
    1. Unpack the cafcoregpuivisibleco~container archive from CAFKM0X_0.sca sca.
    2. Unpack sap.comcafcoregpuivisiblecocontainer.wda archive.
    3. Open the PORTAL-INF\portalapp.xml file and change the following entry of library reference:
    <property name="LibrariesReference" value="sap.com/cafruntimeuicopulingapilib" />
    to
    <property name="LibrariesReference"    value="sap.com/cafruntimeuicouplingapilib"/>And pack
    it pack it again in correct order(for ex.:
    jar.exe -Mcvf sap.comcafcoregpuivisiblecocontainer.wda .
    jar.exe -Mcvf sap.comcafcoregpuivisiblecocontainer.sda .
    And finally deploy it to your server instance and enjoy.

    one of my user is created a subcontracting PO and try to create a delivery in ME20 at that time he is getting a error message
    (Essential transfer parameters are missing in record:  000001) also added to it the vendor is a new toller vendor, one thing i want to confirm with you guys in ME2O once i select the material and go for CREATE DELIVERY one screen appears asking for the input of vendor,material, shipping point ,plant, storage location ,batch and quantity here i dint give the input of storage location and batch either this could be a problem for the error.

    For a NW04s studio these paths are not correct, the plugin directories have some version suffix.

    Can we able to see the work item status in the BPM workspace.
    For exampls, I have create the request as requester then it will go for approval.
    After sometime i login into the workspace can i able to see my request status(it mean where it is like approval1, approval 2)?
    Pls let me know, its possible in the BPM workspace.

    Hello Anandh,
    You can utilse the filter option of the BPM workspace.
    When you filter the instances you can view the status of all the instances even if they are currently not assigned to the particular user.
    All you need to do is click on the show filter link.
    Select the process from the Filter by: combo box.
    Check the status boxes and click on apply filter.
    You will be able to view the instance even if it is not assigned to you.(Though you will not be able to work on it.)
    If you wish to give custom messages like "pending with HR" or "Pending with Admin" then you need to add a column by creating a project variable and mapping it to the custom view. Then these messages can also be shown on the instances.

    You have to install JDI using this link
    You need to install the JDI separately. Go to http://service.sap.com/patches -> Entry by Application Group -> SAP Net Weaver -> SAP NETWEAVER -> SAP NETWEAVER 04 -> NWDI -> JDI 6.40 -> #OS independent
    check the installation guide

    after successful installation create DTRClient and then you can create workspace.

    I can see user was not assigned to "ALL" profile in OOSB or in T77UA. and user cant able to write or change infotype data in pa30.
    Please suggest how the user can able to create  inftotype records in PA30.(Info :0002 for example)

    Do you mean , suppose if we give Org unit and evaluation path like attached screen ,user will get access to only the ORG UNIT  as its object type (can able to perform activities as mentioned in the role PLOG ) but cant perform any activity like address infotype change on the person (P) (as mentioned in P_ORGIN) who comes under the org unit mentioned in Structural profile ?
    My understanding is that i believe user total auth is an intersection of general +structural authorization.lets take HR admin wanted to change 0002 data   for some imps in org.We need to give access to that particular org to which the emps belongs to (through structural auth) and SHOULD CHECK the maintenance box in strucural auth and will access change access via role.
    And user cant able to edit his own data.
    Please find the Screens as requested. Please let me know if my understanding is correct or not ?

  • I am able to 'create a new version from original' but when I try to export the original, I only get a .jpg with the XMP file. The original is obviously there but why can't I access it please?

    In Aperture 3 when I right click on an image I am able to 'create new version from original' which suggests that the original is there. When I try to export the original I only get a .jpg with the XMP file. These particular images are from 2010, has the RAW file become disconnected somehow? Please, how do I get access to the RAW file for editing in Ps? Thank you. Thomasrevil.

    Sorry leonie, 'Use RAW as Original' is not an option for the image shot with the Canon.
    Then your Import settings must have been different, when you imported the Canon photos.
    You can check, if there is still a hidden raw file somewhere. If the image has been imported as a pair, you should see the "J" badge in Browser and Viewer, if you enable badge overlays. This indicates a pair, with the jpeg as original.
    Select one of those images, and then relocate the original files "File > Relocate original" to a folder, where you can inspect it. Use "File > Show in Finder" after ward. Look, don't touch .
    Then put it back, using "File > Consolidate".
    Do you see your raw files in the folder, or is only a jpeg there?
