Can't accès iCloud from Mail since the iCloud servers went down but ok with Safari access

A few Thursdays ago we lost access to the iCloud service when the servers went down. Mine never went back on in Mail but works just fine using Safari when accessing my iCloud mail account.
I can't access Icloud Preferences (Could not load iCloud preference pane) nor the Accounts Preferences. (Could not load Internet Accounts preference pane.)
A warning keeps popping up.... because of a problem with (my email) @me.com
Thank you.
Mitch

You only see Apple Token when it's an iCloud account. Seems something is corrupted in this acount. I would delete and add back. Mail will enter all the settings for you automatically. Just enter your email address and password.
If you don't see the Apple Token option then, I would test in a new User to see if it works there.
Testing in a new User will quickly tell you if the problem is system wide or if it's your User's folder that contains the problem.
CREATE A NEW USER
Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in Accounts. Switch to the New User by logging out/in or use Fast User Switching.
Do you still see the issue?
If yes, then the problem is with your base files.
If no, then the problem is in your User's folder.
