Can't acces VI due to VI settings
I set the VI up to run on open and then I have it exit LabView with the press of a button. Tools bars are shut off as well, no run button no abort button. So obviously, I am having a problem being able to open the VI for modification. Is there some way to reset the VI properties??

Drag the icon of the VI into the block diagram of another VI.
Ctrl-double click it to open the block diagram.

Can't Acces Cellular Data Account in Settings
Hi
I'm having issues accessing my O2 Data account. I check this on a daily basis to see what I'm at in terms of data usage.
Today I get a strange message saying "Device not Recognised, this iPad has not been registered prperly in our systems. Call Custommer Service on **** and when asked provide the ID ***********"
Now, the cusommer service number is that of O2, so I called them and they told me categorically that this was an Apple Software issue and I should take my iPad back...... hmmmmm, what a load of tosh.
I'm currently using it on 3G not wifi, so I suspect it maybe a weak or faulty 3G connection. I can still access the internet so I know it's not an Apple issue.
Anyway, I dutifully phoned AppleCare (Waited 10 mins) and they said exactly what I thought which is "You need to call your service provider O2 as this is clearly an issue on their side", they were nice about it.
I so hate these kind of circular situations.
I hope this is just a one off problem due to a faulty network and it all comes back on-line. I've sued this everyday to track my Data Usage against my plan.
I've also done the obvious full re-set a couple of times, but no Joy

Did you ever this get this resolved? I now have exactly the same issue - stuck between O2 and Apple. Now on 2nd SIM and iPad restore - three weeks on and no mobile data connection still - seriously unimpressed!

Internet and firefox worked, i downloaded new version which would not work due to proxy settings. I then deleted download and thought i could revert to current version but now I am unable to connect to the internet at all using mozilla or explorer. My internet connection is fine as Im able to use my laptop. Please help im not very good with computers. Thanks.

Recently I update Firefox and now I can't acces to my router
Recently I update Firefox and now I can't acces to my router main page any more.
Before I get a window that ask me to add an exception, cause the certificate ... as I check the remember the exception it always ask me for the exception. was not so bad as I have ask any time for the exception and finally I have acces to it . But now NO WAY !!!
I still go to internet, all my computers are connected but I could'nt reach the router to change some settings and add news computers ( my settings are very secure on my router to add a device I have to enter the MAC address). I still get my printer at 192.168.3.141, the modem at 192.168.1.1 but when I want to go to the router main page 192.168.3.1, I get this message :
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to 192.168.3.1. Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s). (Error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap)
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
I read that FF change some settings on the new versions and last time I enter on my router without problems was on October 10.
Now I have installed the 33.0.1 my OS Is XP.

EDIT: I suspect that my problem have to be with the certificate manager because I see it change a lot on this version, and have a place to add exception security like the old one that I use to have to check in the past.

I don't understand almost nothing about certificates then I didn't find any tutorial explaining how to deal with. Also I sow that was totally diferent have some ssl things to check and now is a OCSP ??? for me all still chinesse (lol) I only want someting very simple: reach my router !!!.
I only see on authorities many times my router address, I try to add an exception and say the certificate couldn't be found. I don't know how to play with all this settings , but I'm shure have relation to my problem.

I can not open Firefox due to a virus.
When trying to open Firefox, the program directed the computer to shut down, and prevented me from going into Safe mode.
The virus only affected Firefox and rebooting in Safe.
The virus has been scrubbed, but I get the crash report every time I try to open Firefox. Can I install a new version of Firefox and still keep my bookmarks/ How can I rescue my bookmarks.
I am posting this from another computer location.I used to have a slightly similar problem. Not the Virus problem, but the re-install of Firefox. The solution for this in the future would be for you to install and use FEBE Firefox Environment Backup Extension so you can fully back-up your settings, and other Addons, and Themes etc. that were within your FEBE backed up profile, so you can do the re-install of Firefox and then restore your saved profile that encompasses all of or most of what you presently don't want to loose. You could still do a FULL PROFILE FEBE, and re-install Firefox, and do a FULL PROFILE RESTORE, and if you might no longer have a virus problem after the restore. If so, your in good shape. I would find and run a good quality Anti-Virus scan, and if you wish to try to catch what you might have missed with the new scan I also suggest from www.IOBit.com that you add 2 programs that look to be better at catching problems than most other scan and repair utilities. The programs I suggest you add are called Advanced System Care - presently is version 5, and IOBit Malware Fighter, and one other. Their super powerful Smart Defrag that is faster than most Defrag programs and their is only one other Defrag program that comes close to it's power, and that is Diskepper, and you get Smart Defrag for free, and it's better, and faster than the others in my opinion. ASC Advanced System Care will clean your system and make it run faster specially if you have noticed it is slowing down for one reason or another , and it will do this with less resources than the other programs that you may already be using. The only thing they lack at present is an Anti-Virus portion which would add much more value to the already super programs. Good Luck. Let me know what you think after trying the noted programs. You should be very satisfied of the results.

hello there i can't install itunes due to a problem with the windows installer package i found a page on this site (here is the link) http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=304405 i done every thing on it and i still haven't been able to fix the problem i have tryed the following unstalling itunes deleteing the registry keys deleteing all the temp files disableing all anit-virus software and anit-spyware. runing cc clearner downloading a new installer for itunes and windows installer and the script thing. and trying to reinstall. nothing seems to work i don't know what else to do this is the error message i get when i try to install i tunes. "there is a problem with this windows installer package.
A program required for thsi install to complete could not be run.
Contact your suupport personnel or package vendor."

All of it installed fine in my desktop, but a friend's laptop got the error you mentioned on quicktime, itunes, flash, officeXP and about anything else I tried to load for him.
If you look in: C:\documents and settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temp there will be an iTunes install log...open it in Notepad and see if it isn't exiting with a 1619 error while running msiexec.exe
If this is the case, this fix should work for you.
Seems some configurations of XP (and possibly Vista) aren't allowing full administrator rights to the account you set up when you installed XP (even though User Editor says you do have those rights.)
I read 2 MS articles and turned off simple file sharing, then gave ownership of the entire C: drive to the administrator. Logged the admin account off, logged his "admin" account in, and then gave rights to his personal directory to his account (c:\docs and settings\<username>)
Once I did that, every install that had previously errored out performed flawlessly.

I Have always used Itunes for my music and for reasons beyond me Itunes has been freezing up and lately it has bringing a mate that reseambles a normal Windows error message but it's telling me that Itunes has to close and the program can't save anything due to lack of memory ? So I updated the program to Version 10.6 last night and while downloading songs and album artwork Today it froze up an brought his mate the message back. And Yet my Laptop is as tooled up as well as a bovver boy on his way to a riot With 16gb of ddr3 plus 2 x Nvidia Gtx 580m's In Sli. So by rights any type of multimedia should run as smooth as silk and i never thought i would have a program make use of 16gb of ram all by itself. So if anybody has been through it an come out on top instead of passing Itunes over for another program and can give any advice or a hint would be much Appreciated... Thanks to Anybody listening....
Becasue something got corrupted on the iPod. It happens sometimes. Just restore the iPod to factory settings/new iPod and then try restoring from your backup.

Clear space on your iPhone (go to Settings > General > Usage) and complete the download there.
If you rented the movie on your iPhone, it can only be viewed on your iPhone. -

My children just got iPods touch. I registered them on my account so they can have acces to my I tunes Acc. Now they have all my list of contacts receive my messages have my music my pics, also when they install an app like pandora they have all my stations, things that they don't want. How can I fix this.
As for iMessage, you do Settings -> Messages (scroll down) -> where it says iMessage, turn the switch to off.
As for pictures, you do Settings -> iCloud -> Photo Stream -> My Photo Stream -> turn switch off.
As for apps, you do Settings -> iTunes & App Stores (scroll down alot) -> Music, Apps, Books are all swtiched off.
If you want to the delete the music, you go onto the music app and slide your finger from right to left on the song. -
Random freezes due to gnome-settings-daemon
Hello,
I've been experiencing frequent and random crashes during which the entire system freezes over a several-second period due to gnome-settings-daemon quickly consuming all available ram. During the crashes the mouse, keyboard, sound, and screen all become frozen, and I cannot trigger suspend, hibernate, shutdown, or switch virtual terminals. gnome-settings-daemon memory usage rises to 1.2GB. Nothing stands out in journalctl except for the usual general abundance of seemingly unrelated error messages, and I can't link the crash to any obvious trigger. The only way out is cutting the power. I've tried limiting /tmp size, killing the daemon, and closing applications in the brief time before total unusability, and none of these things has had any effect... According to a Google search, this was a problem with a recent version of the daemon, but it was apparently fixed. Has anybody else experienced this? Thanks.
Update: It's happening about once or twice an hour. I'll just go to move the mouse and it won't. Sound sometimes keeps functioning choppily for up to ~30 seconds.

I can't acces the internet with (new!) iPhone 4s :(
I bought my iPhone 4s yesterday. I have Wi-Fi conection, but can't acces the internet at my house. My boyfriend can do it with his phone, works fine. I can also acces internet with my macbook. I already changed the wifi settings on my iphone, and reboot, but didn't work who can help me? Maybe it's the router?
That's a possibiliy.
If the router is set to just accept certain MAC-addresses, it might block your iPhone. But in that case, it should not prompt you for the password, it should just refuse connection. Might depend on the type of router, though...
If you log in to the routers admin settings, you can usually enable logging. That can help you to see if the router itself logs that the iPhone is connected or if any error messages pops up on the router side. -

Can't acces my icloud files on pages for mac
Hi, I have a weird problem with Pages on my mac. I have installed the last version of pages, and I do have the "Documents and data" item enabled on the icloud settings. When I open Pages and click on "Cloud", there appears no documents even though I can acces all my documents through my ipad and my Ipod touch and through Safari in "icloud.com". The only place where I can´t acces my icloud files is on my mac (all I can see is the introduction to icloud, as if there were no items). I have tried a lot of things, I reinstall pages, I signed out from my Icloud account on the mac, I unchecked the "documents and data" option on the icloud preference, but still can't acces my icloud files. By the way, if I create a document on Pages on the mac, and save it on Icloud, it doesn't show on my ipad, neither on my ipod touch and neither on www.icloud.com. So is like there is a problem with the icloud folder on my mac. Thanks a lot for any comment you could suggest to me.
You have checked, that you are using the same AppleID on your mobile devices as on your mac, right?
And your Pages version is Pages 4.3?
This looks like Pages cannot write to your Mobile Documents folder. Perhaps either MobileDocuments or the Pages folder inside have a permissions problem.
What are the permissions on com~apple~Pages? And on ~Library/Mobile Documents?
Copy and paste these lines into a Terminal window:
ls -ld ~/Library/Mobile\ Documents
and
ls -ld ~/Library/Mobile\ Documents/com~apple~Pages/
Do you see read/write permissions for yourself, like drwxr-xr-x@
