Can't access account, shopping cart. Can't purchase or access downloads!!

This has been going on since Jan 12 1000 Eastern Standard time.
I can tell from the other discussions that I'm not the only one.
I can access the store, browse the different sections (Music, Movies, TV Shows, etc), I can't listen to sample clips of music.
But when ever I try to access my account, view shopping cart, purchases media, or check for downloads I get the striped bar & the notice "Accessing iTunes Store". But that's it, the bar just keeps cycling for minutes on end without connecting.
Back on Jan 12th I got on error message stating that I was almost out of memory. But I have nearly 40GB free on my Laptop HD and on my external HD (where my library is located) I have a spare 260GB. At the time, no other applications were running so it couldn't have been the RAM load.
Anyone else having similar problems connecting? This is getting unbelievably frustrating. I've been an iTunes customer for nearly two years with almost no problems. Do they realize that with this problem in place they're effectively losing a customer by shutting me out?

I got on to ask the same question, in my particular situation, I have been unable for three weeks to choose a song in the iTunes store and send it to my Shopping Cart. The response, which didn't have a number was, "The iTunes Store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." Having been stopped by this note for three weeks has been quite frustrating. After reading the string, I thought I was going to have to dump a lot of my Shopping Cart (that I use like a Wish List).
Now my Shopping Cart seems to be finally unstuck. This is what I had to do, and it may not work for everybody. I went to the Shopping Cart (after taking screen shots of it in the event I had to fully dump it) and purchased a couple of songs stored there. I also deleted a couple of selections that were apparently no longer available. Then I went back to the iTunes Store, went to the song I've been wanting to send to the Shopping Cart for three weeks, clicked on it and this time, it went to the Shopping Cart without seeing the "y'all come back later" roadblock. I quickly purchased it too.
I don't know if this is a permanent fix, or if I'll have to try it again next time it gets stuck, but maybe it will work for you.

iTunes just started doing something very odd. For the passed two or three days I can not get into my Shopping cart. When you click on Shopping cart, at the top you can see it saying "Accessing Music store" and then it just stops. Everything else works fine I just can't get my Shopping cart to come up. Why do I get an error message when I access my Shopping Cart?

I have no problem accessing Music Store or adding songs to my cart, but I get an error message when I attempt to access my Shopping Cart. My Keychains are in order and my account is active. I have not changed ISP nor is my computer new to iTunes and the Music Store. Suggestions?!

At last a solution.
But, you must be willing to forfit your shopping cart list and start over. If you mangaed to have a hard copy of it printed out before you lost contact with it you are lucky. I was not. But at this rate I was willing to clear out my cart just to be able to start over. (I was using my shopping cart as a wish list and I think it got to be rather large and larger and larger- and when I did try to buy things it took a long time for it to reset itself until I could not access it at all)

-and told them I was willing to clear it out- which they did and they said it was necessary in order to reset my cart. They also refered me to this other link on how to create a wish list in the MUSIC STORE . This was helpful.

IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOOSE YOUR SHOPPING CART LIST, I did read that one could try to de-authorize and then reauthorize your computer. At least so you could print out your cart list if it is really long. I did not try this, but it was next on my list of options.

Error message when accessing my shopping cart - "Unknown error... (502)

I am able to access the Music Store just fine, but when trying to access my shopping cart I get the following error:
We could not complete your Music Store request. An unknown error occurred (502).
There was an error in the Music Store. Please try again later.
I closed and restarted iTunes to no avail. A search of discussions, and support turned up little.
I bought music just fine a few weeks ago.

Where did you see that message? I've been having problems, like everyone else seems to be. When I try to make a purchase, sometimes iTunes tells me my credit card info has expired (it hasn't), that the server cannot be found, or some other problem.

I think, the user is having authorization role problem or Do this
Also check, in the Extended search option, include the options, Bought on behalf of as checked ('X') and Include Completed Shopping carts as 'X' with Time Frame - (LAst Year) and Status = ALL
Refer to Transaction BBP_MON_SC (Monitor Shopping cart ) to check it whether it's pending in with whom and at what status.
Also, alternatively, you can refer to BBP_PD transaction, Specify the Shopping cart number there in the Object_ID field and you will get the details.

Can't access iTunes shopping cart. Who can help?

For some reason I can not access my iTunes shopping cart. It shows me how much money I have to spend, but I can't see any of the songs that I have added to the shopping cart. Has anyone ever had this problem? Please advise ASAP. I'd like to buy some music.

If your getting some error message Id recommend emailing the music store about this issue, as USUALLY issues with the shopping cart are caused on apples side. you can goto the link below, roll to the bottom and fill out a email form to the music store

How can we Restrict Forwarding Shopping Cart to appropriate levels

In my organization using scenario is Clasic Scnario&SRM 5.0 Version
In that Shopping cart has N Step Badi Approval Work Flow
While Shopping Cart Approval process it will go up to 6 Levels
Level 1 is Manager
Level 2 is Manager"s manager
Level 3 is Superviser
Level 4 is HoD .....................like upto Level 6
here they maintan Approval Limit also
While Forwarding Work item From level 1&2&3&4&5&6 it will go for Requisoner Also now .
not going for appropriate Levels
means we want while foreding at Level 1 The Work item must go for another Level 1 manegers only .It must not forward to requistinor
While level 2 it must forward to Level 2 people .not forward to level 1 or Requisonars
While level 3 it must forwrd to Level 3 people .not forward to level 1 &2 & Requisonars
How can i achive this . Please Guide me

Can I sort my Shopping Cart by Date Added?

I have quite a few songs in my shopping cart and I want to sort them all by the Date I added them to the shopping cart. Currently I can sort by name, price, album, artist, etc... all standard... but I can't see how to add a Date Added sort to the Shopping Cart itself.

Sorry, but you can't.
Note that it's not a good idea to use your Shopping Cart for long-term "wish list" storage. There is to strong a possibility that a change to or removal of an item will corrupt your Cart. If you want a "wish list", create a normal playlist and drag the tracks you want to remember into it from the iTunes Store. That will save them for future purchase. Don't leave anything in your Shopping Cart unpurchased for more than a day or two at most.

Invisible song in Shopping Cart - can't buy, can't delete

Just before the store started having problems on 11/26, I added a song to my shopping cart. But the shopping cart shows as empty. If I try to add the song again, I get an error saying it's already in the shopping cart, and it won't add it again. So I can't delete it, because it's not there, and I can't buy it, because it's not there, but I can't add it, because it is there. How do I get around this?

Have a look at BBP_GET_CURRENCIES_F4 function module and its corresponding search-help exit (according to your SRM release) to know how is managed value for max row number.
Maybe method GET_CURRENCY from BAdI BBP_F4_READ_ON_ENTRY could help you.

Shopping cart can't display currency "USD" in item.

Hi all expert.
As user reported that they can't use USD for currency in Shopping cart.
After I check it, the reason is the search result only limited 100 entries in EBP and it can't be display properly in EBP.
Since EBP not like SAP which have max limit before search.
therefore, is there anyone know how to configure max limit for searching currency not only 100?
it is also one problem in vendor searching too.

How can I delete a shopping cart.

I'm trying to delete a shopping cart but till now nothing works.
I have been using bap CRM_status_update, but it does not place a deletion indicator on the shopping cart.
Can somebody tell me which program/bapi I have to use to get the job done.

Hi,
You can update database tables manually.
If shopping cart has not been approved yet:
- At document header set "DOC_CLOSED" = X;
- At document item level, set "DEL_IND" = blank;
- At shopping cart table status set I1040 - Deleted.
If shopping cart has been approved and you want to delete all items:
- At document header set "DOC_CLOSED" = X;
- At document item level, set "DEL_IND" = X;
- At shopping cart table status set I1040 - Deleted.
If shopping cart has been approved and you want to delete only one item:
- At document item level, set "DEL_IND" = X;
You can find these tables in BBP_PD transaction.

MDM Catalog can't transfer to shopping cart with out the role "Super Admin"

Hi Experts,
When we checked out the records from MDM and transfer to Shopping cart, the system remind us with the error message " Page not found or not available". We have met this problem before, that cause of the Group permission definition in Portal Content Management. And also we have fixed the issue as the notes "1140519-Page not found error on starting Live Auction or Catalogs".
I do not why this error message come out again? Is that still the portal configuration issue?
When I added the super administrastor role to the request user, the problem never came out again. But we can not add such a big role to every end user.

Shopping cart Converted to Purchase order directly.

Hello Experts,
 I have a question on what settings to check if the shopping cart created in a system is creating Purchase order directly as Follow-on document. The scenario we are using is SRM 5.0 (Standalone) for Strategic procurement. I checked the BBP_DOC_SAVE, BBP_DOC_CHANGE BADI's but there is no such coding there....any settings in SPRO that is enabling this thing to happen ???
Please let me know about it ASAP. Would definitely reward for useful answers.

Couple of reasons can be possible for this ->
1) Workflow is not getting triggered properly. Check workflow configuartion. Are you using standard or customer workflow ?
Seems to me there are no Approvers determined for the particular Product category and Purchase Group combinations, which in turn determines the Approvers (Managers) in this case.
2) Incase the shopping cart dat is complete, and the SRM SPRO system settings are defined to create a Purchase order. Then directly R/3 PO gets created.
3) Check out for all the customer BADI Implementations in SE19 (starting with either Y or Z). Which all are active in this case ? What all code they have ?
4) check out for BADIs especially - BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK
 BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK_NEW
 BBP_TARGET_OBJECTS
 BBP_TARGET_OBJTYPE
5) Check SPRO Settings ->

You perform this step only if you create your Materials Management documents in a backend system.
You specify the documents that are to be created in the backend system for a requirement coverage request.
The following documents can be created:
Purchase requisition
Purchase order
Reservation
You enter a product category (such as office supplies, or hardware) and/or an organizational unit. The organizational unit contains the purchasing group that is responsible for procuring products in this category.
You can enter the product category generically, such as Office*.
Note
The backend system is determined using the product category in the requirement coverage request item. The item also contains the organizatinal unit.
You can use the Business Add-In BBP_TARGET_OBJTYPE if you wish to implement a different logic for creating documents in the backend system.
Example
If purchasing group 01 wants to procure materials from the category Raw Materials, a reservation is to be created every time.
If materials in the category PC are to be procured, a purchase requisition is to be created every time.
Activities
1. Enter the organizational unit and/or the category.
2. Enter a source system.
3. Choose the procurement type.
Reservation if stock is available, otherwise external procurement
The system creates a reservation if the material is subject to inventory management and sufficient stock quantity is available in the warehouse on the requested date.
Always reservation for materials subject to inventory management
The system creates a reservation if the material is subject to inventory management, irrespective of whether stock is available.
Always external procurement
The system does not create a reservation, but always procures the item externally. In this case, you specify the type of external procurement.
The following options are significant if the system cannot create a reservation (for example, if there is no stock available or for a non-stock item) or the system must not create a reservation (choose Always external procurement).
Purchase order if item data complete, otherwise purchase requisition
The system always tries to create a purchase order. If the item data is incomplete (for example, the vendor or price is not known), the system creates a purchase requisition from the item.

-> Always local purchase order
The system always creates a local purchase order.

To directly get the SC ID from the PO ID, you can use FM BBP_PD_OBJREL_READ_VIA_REF, with:
- IV_OBJECTKEY = your PO ID
- IV_OBJECTLINE = only if you aggregate N SC into one PO
- IV_OBJECT_TYPE = BUS2201 for SRM PO, BUS2012 for R/3 PO
