Can't access Conversation View under the View menu. Using Daily 38.0a1. Any ideas?

I can get to the Conversation View under the View menu in TB release candidate 31.4.0. But don't see it under Daily version 38.0a1 64bit on different computer. Any help appreciated.

Can't access object created in the view from controller

In the view, I create a simple HTML control with a DIV tag.I need to access the DIV tag from the view. The function this.getView().byId() returns nothing.

The reason for this is the at
this.getView().byId("obj1") would only work for XML views
but for JS views
sap.ui.getCore().byId('obj1') would work
The difference between JS views and XML views is that the id's on DOM are different for JS view each control would get the same id as used in the definition but for XML views the id would get generated.

Check the mute switch. It is located just above the volume controls. If it is displaying orange, it is on, flip it in the other direction to turn it off.

Two documents/views under the Window menu

I have one document but two screens, i.e., I have to close two windows to close the document. Under Window I have "name of document.eps:1" and "name of document: eps:2"
How do I get it back to one? (It's not a View thing because if I go to View>Edit Views the dialog is blank.
What am I missing?

You seem to have inadvertently created a new window (Window->new window) which can be handy if you're working on something very close up but still want to see the big picture at the same time. It will show you two views of one file. Neat, no?
You should be able to get rid of the second window by closing the one that is called filename:2 and saving and closing the file.

If a reset doesn't work, try and force iPad into Recovery Mode:
1. Turn off iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, slide to turn off.
2. Connect USB cable to computer
3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
5. Release the Home button
6. Open iTune (make sure you have the newest version of iTune)
7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad

I keep getting an error message and redirected to yahoo, despite having been in the site briefly using my default browser. any ideas?

Google is my default browser. I type in a search, click on the link, and go to the site, Sometimes I get re-directed immediately and other times I am able to navigate for a few seconds before being re-directed. I've tried changing the settings in the "about.config" area to make sure that Google does not appear anywhere. I've removed Yahoo from my applications (since doing that Bing now comes up anytime I open more than one browser window). I've looked for malware from Spigot and I can't find You Tube Downloader. In short, I've followed every suggestion that I can find. It hasn't fixed the problem, and has created a new one with Bing. Any other ideas??

Firefox was fine on my LapTop earlier today, Now, I have no access or visualization of the Main Menu Listings that are usually just below the title bar,i,e,,File,Edit,View,History,Bookmarks, Helpetc. Since I don' have access (it's not there), I cannot change settings. I have uninstalled and re-installed and it re-installs the same way.

* In Firefox 3.6 versions on Windows and Firefox 4 on Windows and Linux it's possible to hide the "Menu Bar" via "View > Toolbars" or via the right-click context menu of a toolbar.
* Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.
* Go to "View > Toolbars" or right-click the "Menu Bar" or press Alt+V T to select which toolbars to show or hide (click on an entry to toggle the state).

My main question is: Can new PWA views be created whereby a filter for that view can be set, and associate to the view by default? (Project Server 2013 ONLINE)? and can I have a filter set to filter on person logged on to...
In previous versions of Project Server, when CREATING a PWA view, we were able to apply/ define a filter for that view. Does not seem like it is the case in Project Server 2013 Online. And if I remember, we could also use the URL Guid_view_id.
Please confirm; and / or tell me how-to.
What I was hoping to do is the following... Given that our standard that we have adopted for reporting time is 'My Timesheets' (fyi, Single Mode Entry=ON), we have some resources who have others who do it on their behalf via 'My Tasks' (ie., accomplished
by using the 'Assignment Owner' field, accordingly). Therefore, when entering time on someone else's behalf within 'My Tasks', we like to present the user that is logged in only the tasks that they are are assigned to update on others' behlaf.
I know that there is another more elegant approach to doing this which may be to use the Delegation feature. But since we are trying to stick to Sharepoint Security mode for now, this is not an option for the time being.
Any help appreciated would be greatly appreciated.

1- You still can define in Project Online a filter in the view settings, it is located just above the category setting. Here is a screenshot of the summary project center view:
2- The view GUID is not anymore in the URL, since the URL triggers an action only on the webpart and not on the whole page. I agree this is annoying since it was great to send a URL with a specific view.
3- Concerning the access to my timesheet versus my task, I'm not sure to get a full understanding but on a general way, it is much more easy to deal with those situation using categories which you cannot do with the SP permission mode.

Under the view designation in iPhoto, the photo pane and photo size options are grayed out. How can I get them turned back on so I can modify the size of small old photo I have scanned in.

There is no way to increase the size of a photo image once it's been scanned/taken. If you want larger images from a scanned image scan it at a higher resolution, dpi.
Additionally, with the amount of information you've provided it's impossible to offer a solution. We can't see your computer so we need to know the details of your problem and setup, i.e.:
what version of iPhoto are you using?
what system version are you running?
what do you mean by "view designation"?
what fixes have you tried?
where is your library located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?
what type of Mac?
how much free space on your boot drive?

I want to remember the history of websites viewed but I do not want to appear under the history when I open a new website. I can see that only 15 websites can be viewed under the history tab

Thanks for getting in touch with Mozilla Support! If you want to '''COMPLETELY''' disable your browsing history, take a look at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/settings-privacy-browsing-history-do-not-track#w_never-remember-history. That will allow you to disable history tracking in Firefox.

These files were lost two years ago.
That's not consistent with what you wrote in your first message. I can't help you unless I know what's going on. Either you do, or do not, have backups of all the data you want to keep. If you do not, then the first thing you need to do is back up those files. It makes zero sense to do anything else. In order to back up, you'll need either of two things: another Mac, in working order, with a FireWire port and enough space on its internal drive to hold your files; or an external drive, also with enough space.
On the other hand, if you do have backups, or if you simply don't care about any of the data, then the solution to your problem may be quite simple. All you have to do is boot from your installation disc (your profile says you're running Mac OS 10.5), erase your internal drive, reinstall the Mac OS, then restore your data from backup. You will need to be selective in restoring software, because incompatible software may be what caused the issue.
But it's also possible that you have a hardware failure, in which case you can't get your computer working again until it's repaired.
