Can't access creative cloud from safari on iPad

Hi, I just signed up for a trial on Creative Cloud after downloading several adobe apps on my iPad. When I try to log in via safari I just get a blank screen. Any advice welcomed.

Please be aware that having the Block Cookies settings in Safari set to "from third parties and advertisers" does not allow access to your company's online support chat system.  I was trying to figure that out earlier and this came up.  Someone needs to work out a way for there to be nonconflicting configurations for different parts of the site.
(If you have it set to the default, the button for the support chat does not appear, only if you have it set to 'never'.)
I am still getting an issue where I have an 'https:localhost/ appearing as a fail-to-open on the creative.adobe.com page, despite changing the cookies earlier as noted.   My hosts file is clear.  I can use it from Firefox and Chrome, but Chrome's issues with its caching drove me away from it (I do not need a 400mb cache), and Firefox has been rather slow.  The site works fine, I just am concerned about this 'localhost' request.
In addition, the page simply sits there trying to load from it, and eventually I get an error that the page has hung while loading.

    I have a problem with safari.  I can't access my dvr from the browser.
    After I sign in to my dvr webpage this message comes instead of loading java: The requested URL was not found on this server
    I have this message when I try with Mozilla:

    Sorry... I didn't realize that this problem was common, not rare.
    I remove the Discussion-related cookies and restarted. I did get to the sign-in page this time, but after clicking the sign-in button, I got "An Internal Server Error Has Occurred." (Nothing else on the page.)
    I decided to check cookies again, and the same ones that I eliminated were back again. Needless to say, repeating the exercise didn't work.
    Resetting Safari is out of the question. I have years worth of settings and cookies stored there for a good reason, and I'm not going to start over from scratch. I can't imagine why anyone would, unless they have a whole lot of time on their hands.
    So... I've decided that this is Apple's problem. If I need Apple Discussions I'll use a browser that works.. which apparently is every browser except Safari. Now that's ironic!

    I got a new mac last week, then bought creative cloud.  I wanted my plug ins from my old mac switched over, but the whole lot migrated over.  My computer now has my old CS6 in it, and I want to get creative cloud back.  Problem is I have different sign in id's and can't seem to access my creative cloud at all.  Does anyone know how to resolve this?

    I have had CC for a few years now but do not know how to access the 20G of cloud space available. Does it show up as a drive on my desktop? or, Can I make it that way? That would be most convenient but my main question is 'where is it?' and 'how do I get to it?'

    Any items (files and / or folders) you place in the Creative Cloud Files folder will by synced up to the cloud storage. (You can also Upload files just using a browser at the Files page at https://creative.adobe.com/files).
    Once you have items uploaded you can do a read-only share from the Files page using Send Link. Or you can allow others to update the folder by using Collaborate.
    If you use Send Link the person does not need an Adobe ID. Collaborate does require a free Adobe ID.

  • Can't access secure sites from safari

    I'm writing this message from my PC at home because I could not access the message board on my mac at work. At any rate, I noticed Sunday that I could not access any secure web sites from my mac (hotmail, aol, etc.) It worked fine a couple of weeks ago before I went on vacation. We had a 2 1/2 day work week last week because of Thanksgiving, so I didn't notice the problem until this past Sunday. I'm not sure when I installed the latest update, but I know that I did install all of them.
    I've searched the forums for information about these symptoms, and have found several similar ones, but none of their solutions have worked for me. It was hard to go back and reference the formus due to having to restart my comptuer numerous times as directed, and because of the similarity of the search strings used to find the particular topic to begin with.
    I saw several solutions involving the emptying of caches, cookies, and the like. I saw another relating to an iTunes issue of not being able to access the online store. Yes, I tried that as well and am not able to access the store on my mac. The situation is not resolved by using Firefox either. Basically, I'm shut out of anything that I have to "Login" to. Any suggestions?

    I've been having a similar problem on my home Mac for a couple weeks. I am not having this problem with my home PC, and the two computers share a router. Even weirder, my husband uses this laptop and he is not having the same problems. Just my userID (the admin one) is afflicted.
    Safari and iTunes are still intractable. The iChat problem cleared while I was working on the others.
    I switched to Firefox and can now log in to secure connections with it. I had to make Firefox the default browser and knock Safari out of the dock before it worked.
    Here are the error messages:
    From Safari, from which I get a similar message whenever I try to log in to any secure connection:
    Safari can’t open the page “https://www.mac.com/WebObjects/Welcome.woa/1158/wa/authenticate?cty=US&aff=consu mer&rid=SKV2Bp4pL79FcdhJ&lang=en” because it couldn’t establish a secure connection to the server “www.mac.com”.
    From iTunes when I try to play any of my purchases, change my password:
    "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. The requested keychain was invalid. Open Keychain Access and run Keychain First Aid, then try again."
    Needless to say, nothing I've been able to both find and understand has helped. Apple support has not been any use.

  • I can't buy Creative Cloud from the UK

    Hi,
    I'm an Adobe customer and am trying to buy Creative Cloud. I'm in the UK, and the price I'm given is in GBP. But when I click the 'purchase' button I'm taken to a page with a USD price and where the credit card has country: US set and unchangeable.
    I cannot edit my Adobe ID profile - all the pages give 404 errors.
    Any ideas?

    I am a student and i recently purchased CC on my laptop, i thought that you could access the programs on two computers if not logged in at the same time? is this not the case? if not am i able to transfer my membership from my laptop to my iMac?

    Yes, you are allowed to have working installations on two machines.  To get it on the second machine just repeat the process for it... install the Cloud manager, sign in, install the applications.

    I have been using creative cloud file sync for a few weeks now and it seemed to be working fine.
    The other day when i clicked on my creative cloud desktop shortcut I just got a blank adobe creative cloud screen there is nowhere to enter username and password.
    I can't seem to work out the issue and need to sync my files again.

    Just wondering if anyone can assist still not sure what to do about this problem was thinking about re-installing creative cloud desktop.
    I still get a blank white adobe login screen when I try and access creative cloud from my windows 7 laptop to sync files or update my adobe applications (see image below).This login worked fine until about 4 weeks ago.
    When I login to creative cloud in my browser my files are there up to the point of the last sync.
    I did try and use Adobe chat but they just advised to call customer support on 800-833-6687 but this call would cost a fortune from the UK.

    yes, using any computer with, at least, intermittent internet access.
    there is a max of 2 computers on which you can sign in to your cc account.  if you try to sign in on a 3rd, you will be prompted to sign out of the other two.

    If you are a CCE customer then you may log on to www.licensing.adobe.com to get the CCP.
    For CCT customer only admin have access to CCP after logging to creative.adobe.com.

    I'm wondering if I'm having the same issue. When I try to launch the Creative Cloud app, the app appears to launch, but the main area is white.
    I am running Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit - all updates are applied.

    Disabling my firewall/antivirus (Avast)
    Uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud app.

    Unfortunatley I still can't find were I download the program. Following your suggested link I get to the window below.
    When I click the "Creative Cloud" Icon it  takes me to a new page.
    On that page see below there are a lot of programs like Photoshop etc. but there is NO icon for Creative Cloud.
    It looks the same when I log in. Any suggestions?
