Can't access Emails

For the past week or so i have no access to my email address (@btinternet.com) I am in afgahnistan at the momemnt so got no access to calling the premium mail helpline. 
I have tried the live assistance chat, but they just seem unable to solve my problem. when i try to login i get this but no button to press to get passed this. It's now causing a real drain as i use the email to email family back home.

Log in to BT Yahoo with your new password
You're now ready to log in to BT Yahoo using your new password.
Step 4
Update your password on your email client and/or devices
If you use an email client such as Microsoft Outlook or Mac Mail, you will need to update your password. You'll also need to update your password on any mobile or tablet devices which you use to check your BT Yahoo Mail.

If you are still with BTYahoo, as against having been migrated to BTMail, there has been problems with the Yahoo email service which may be causing your problems.
Try these links to change your password. If they don't work for you post back and a moderator may be able to become involved.

It might be worth setting up a gmail email account as an alternative/backup to your BT account. You can then set it up to forward any emails to to your BT email account and vice versa, when you finally get access to it and at least then if one or other of them went down you would still get your emails.

    From your description, you can send and receive messages only when you use OWA after migration from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013. If I have misunderstood your concern, please let me know.
    In your case, I recommend you create a new test mailbox in your Exchange 2013 and check if you can send and receive messages on Outlook. If yes, it is recommended to create a new profile to solve this issue.

    Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.
    This is a user-to-user forum and most people will post on here if they have problems. You very rarely get people posting to say there update went smooth. The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps.

    By the way, Mattban and Sancasslano, are either of you also experiencing any of the following issues:
    * Problems with Contacts either crashing or listing no names
    * Problems with turning iCloud on or off for application under Settings->iCloud... On both mine I just get a pop up saying that iCloud is being turned off but Contacts then just locks up.
    * General problems when trying to synch applications on the iPad or iPhone over iCloud?
    I am wondering if all these issues are in someway related to and whether it is worth trying to turn off iCloud somehow, though I cannot work out how this can be done once set up.

We can successfully use safari, but anything with a password seemigly is  no go.  This is using a new iTouch 8G that I bought for my Mom yesterday. 

    We got our son's working yesterday. It didn't dawn on me until many hours later that I kept giving the router password instead of the Hex key for the I-touch password Entry. We had to supply the Hex Key. We use WEP as a security mode and both password and Hex key are in Hexidecimal format. I hope this helps you and saves you many hours of headaches.

    I can't access my email from my iPhone 3GS.
    This is an iPhone problem, not an ISP problem.
    I know this because I can access my email from both my laptop and webmail.
    This is occurring here at home via my WiFi network and also a few kilometres away via 3G.
    This morning I had to change the password on my Bigpond Cable internet email account.
    Whenever I try to access email from my phone I receive the following error:
    "Cannot Get Mail"
    "The user name or password for "**** *****" is incorrect."
    There are two buttons, one captioned Settings the other OK.
    Both the user name and password are correct. This happened perhaps 4 or 5 times in the 6+ years I was with Internode and has happened a couple of times in the 20 months that I've been on Bigpond Cable.
    I have re-entered my email account and connection details multiple times to no avail.
    I have tried deleting the account, then rebooting my phone and creating a new account, but that didn't work.
    I tried deleting the account, turning the phone completely off, waiting one minute and then after turning it back on, creating a new account but that didn't work.
    I know I am entering the correct settings because before I deleted the account the first time, I took a series of screen captures from the Settings App and I also have the settings from MS Outlook to refer to.
    Its as though somewhere in the phone, the old email password is being stored and being used instead of the new one, but I don't know where that could be except in the Settings app, "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" and that is where I am entering the new password.
    The only solutions to this problem I found by searching are those that I have already tried and haven't worked for me.
    Reverting to the old password is not an option. My account was compromised by Malware, hence the password change and a complete scan of my laptop.
    Any ideas?

    The problem was resolved by erasing the entire contents of my phone and then restoring it, setting it up as a new phone.

  • Why can I access Internet, and get my email through yahoo, but can't access email when I use the mail icon on the front of my tablet. It just started doing this today.

    Why can I access the Internet, even get my email by going through yahoo, but as of this morning I can not access my email from the mail icon on my tablet screen. It just started doing this today. When I try to get my email by going through the icon, I am asked to enter yahoo password. I do this, then the box just pops up again, and again and again never letting me get signed in. Don't know what I am doing wrong. Need help!

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
    Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts   Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

    The company I work for views iCloud as a potential threat to the company network and have blocked all access to it. Is there another method that I can use to access email when I am at work?

    If your company are ok with you accessing your email, you can either access it via webmail at http://www.icloud.com through a browser, or ask your companies IT department to open up access to only the iCloud IMAP and SMTP email servers.

    Document storage, calendars, bookmarks, photostream and everything else iCloud provides are all done through different servers so can be blocked seperately to the email servers.

    Well, if it's *web*mail, then you only need the browser!
    If you want to access it directly without using the browser, normally you have either POP3, IMAP or Exchange.
    POP3 and IMAP are supported by the standard e-mail client, with or without Nokia Messaging (the latter is only needed if you need the push functionality).
    If it's Mail for Exchange, you also have it integrated in your E75, so after typing your e-mail address you should get a question asking you which type of account is that.
    But first check (with your provider) which type of access you have to your e-mail. If you only get webmail, then you're stuck with the browser..

    Hi all, I am new to this forum, so pleeeeease bare with me.
    I have a BB8310 that is not doing a lot today. I can't send or receive emails: error being. "no message service configured".
    I can't access my Appworld, as it comes up with "upgrade your service to a plan that includes browsing and discover a world of possibilities...."
    I have so far reset it, and registered under the advanced option and "register now", here I received the message "I am now connected to the wireless network.
    I have had my BB for just over a year, and everything was hunky dorey up until about 4 days ago (
    I can still access the internet, and facebook, and that's about it internet wise.
    Is there something else I could try? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  • Error 30000 mail interrupte​d, can't access email on playbook

    I can't access my email on my playbook, when I open it after a second a pop-up box says that the app was interrupted, close and open again error#30000. 

    I would advise first restarting the Playbook (touch the upper right battery icon > restart, and try the email again.
    If still not, delete that email account from the Playbook and then reinstall it.

  • Can't access email - How to recover account?

    I'm trying to get into my Skype that was created with an email address I can no longer access, I know they screen name, I just cant figure out the password, and when I click on the "can't access account" it takes me to a place where I type in my email... but thats the problem.. I can't get into that email! Please Help!!!!

    @sanjampet: I have already read the link you provided and none of the solutions work, which is why I posted here.
    Safe mode just doesn't activate. I hold shift for as long as possible until eventually I get the prohibited symbol. When I hold shift I see the apple logo and loading icon and then eventually prohibited symbol, its as if I wasn't holding shift at all, which makes me wonder if the shortcut is even correct? And I know its not a problem with my keyboard or my timing of pushing shift because holding alt/option works as usual.
    Holding C to load from the installs disc doesn't work either, which eliminates all the solutions based on that. Its the same as safe mode - I hold the button until I eventually get prohibited symbol.
    I also tried selecting my Mac hd via holding alt key - same result: prohibited symbol.
    I also tried selecting my installs disc via holding alt key and a strange thing happens: I see the apple logo and loading wheel but this time it is stuck on the apple logo and loading spin thing for about 20 minutes while there is lots of noise and activity coming from the CD drive..
    I also tried resetting the NVRAM/PRAM, which DID seem to have an affect (screen was brighter + startup sound was louder) but I still see the prohibited symbol like all the other times.
    I'm yet to be able to get past the prohibited symbol, the only way around it so far is to load the windows partition if my HD.
