Can't access my billing information says ooppss

Everytime I attempt to access my billing information, the system says Oppps.... try again. This has been like this for several days. Does anyone else have this issue?

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to access your billing information. I would suggest to clear your browser's cache and cookies to delete any previous browsing history, which might be causing this problem. If you are unsure on how to proceed, you may refer to the below steps (choose the correct set of instructions depending on the browser you use):
Internet Explorer:  Tools > Delete Browsing History > Tick the option Temporary Internet Files, then click Delete
Mozilla Firefox:  Tools > Clear Private Data > Tick option Cache > Clear Private Data Now
You may also try to use a different browser, or access your My Account page via Skype application. Just sign in to Skype application and click 'Skype' > 'Account..' on the menu bar. Your My Account page will appear.

    Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
    If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.
    And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

    I'm sorry to hear about your phone!  I understand the need for an active device. You are able to activate an old device and process an insurance claim for your iPhone 4s within 60days from the incident date.  Keep in mind if the old phone is not a smartphone and you currently have unlimited data that feature will fall off.  If you have a tier data plan no changes will be made.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions.  Thank you.

    By 'could not sign up' and 'can not add my billing information' you mean ... ? Did you get any error messages ?
    iTunes gift cards are an alternative way of paying for content from the store. They are not available in all countries and they are country-specific (they can only be used in their country of issue) - so they may not be available where you are, so you may not be able to fill that field in.

    When in the Store on your device, navigate to music > featured (other locations work too) and scroll to the bottom of the page. Tap on your ID and choose View Apple ID when prompted. Enter your password when prompted then tap payment information on the next page.

    The same thing happens to me on my MacBook Pro. I was able to purchase a song from the iTunes Store yesterday, August 7, 2012, but not today. Unlike claireoh, I was not able to purchase a song using my iPhone either. The same dialog box, asking for my billing information kept on popping up.
    I logged into my Apple ID account and made sure my credit card information was correct. I even re-entered my credit card number and the 3 digit security code. I logged in and out of my account in iTunes. I rebooted my MacBook Pro. Nothing worked.
    I have several iTunes Gift cards from other countries and was able to buy a song from the Canada iTunes Store without a problem with a different Apple ID.

    Ok, so I finally got help on this issue.  Basically, I had tried to edit my credit card information, and it secretly locked my account.  After finally getting a hold of a representative through the chat service on the support site, I was able to get this fixed.  I had been previously helped by someone through e-mail, but that was a complete waste of time.  Go for the chat service, it's a million times better.  They were able to release the secret block on my account...from trying to change my own information so that I could change it and be on my way.  Anyway, I hope this helps.

    Yep, same here. Can't access my receipt. I don't know why they don't send a long a PDF receipt along with the payment notification email. And the "An annual membership brings substantial savings to your monthly fee, and you’ll enjoy all the same benefits you do today." link brings you to a page where there is in fact no option to pay on a yearly basis. Odd to say the least.

    I'm currently using Firefox (FF) 3.6.13.
    I can get on my bank's web page, view my accounts, but can't get on the bill pay portion of this website. I figured it was a Java issue. I then downloaded the latest version of Java (Java version 6 update 23). I clicked around 'til I found a place to check that I had the correct version of Java on my PC, this confirmed it was on and working. I can get on this bill pay page using IE, but not with FF. I've been using FF for years and want to continue doing so. Been dogging this issue all day and night, reading all the help I can find, but there is never an answer that specifically tells me, accurately, step-by-step, exactly what I need to do to resolve this. I lay money this has a simple solution...danged if I can find it. Much thanks to anyone who can accurately define the steps I need to take to resolve this issue. Thanks!

    Interesting, but that seemed to be unconclusive for them. Anyway, the fact that, for that asker, only one computer behind the router was having problems (whereas for me all computers behind the router are having problems) suggests that the problem is different.

    Remember that you can always try finishing the downloads in iTunes on your computer and then sync the iPad to try to move the apps to the iPad.
    You can try any of these suggestions as well.
    Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
    If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
    Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
    Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
    You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again.
    You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again.

    Option 1
    Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
    If that fails:
    Option 2
    Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
    This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
    Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
