If you haven't already restart and test, if no joy then Repair Disk Permissions in Disk Utility. Open Disk Utilties (Applications - Utilities - Disk Utility) select the internal HD, select the First Aid tab and then click Repair Disk Permissions. To be safe run Repair Disk Permissions 2x.

If you right mouse and select Get info it will show you the Apple ID used to purchase these songs.
Usually the name of an apple id is based on the email. So knowing that you may have forgotten the Apple ID password.

Since installing Photoshop CC I can't access Camera Raw from the program Bridge.

Since installing Photoshop CC I can't access Camera Raw from the program Bridge. When I try, I get a message that says, "Camera Raw editing is not enabled. Camera Raw editing requires that a qualifying product has been launched at least once to enable this feature." Is Photoshop CC a qualifying product? It has been opened a number of times, but it doesn't solve this problem.

I am having this exact same problem and just upgraded to Windows 7...many people are saying to update the Plug In for Camera Raw to 4.6, but that is not working for me to see it in Bridge or Camera Raw.

Can't access AirPort Snow from the utility... :-(

dear all, a couple of days ago I got a 2nd hand AirPort base “Snow”, with the idea of setting up a wifi network at home but still having the PowerMac G4 connected via ethernet, as it doesn’t have an AirPort card and I don’t really want to install one. The chap I got the base from told me it was ok, as the base has 2 ethernet plugs, one for the cable coming from the ADSL modem and the other for the cable to the G4, but that I should have set the base as “Bridge”.
When I first connected the base with AirPort Admin Utility (I also downloaded version 4.2.5 for Graphite & Snow) I could easily modify the base and network password, network & base names (I first had to “soft reset” the base as the previous owner couldn’t remember the password) then following the “advanced options” instructions in the Designing AirPort Networks2.pdf found in the cd coming with the base, I removed “the checkmark from the “Distribute IP addresses” checkbox” to set it as bridge... and since then the base can’t be seen anymore from the Admin Utility... I’ve tried both with ethernet or wireless with my iBook, and while this one gets signal, there’s no way to interact in any way with the base. I’ve also tried (more than once) to reset the base back to the factory parameters, but it hasn’t changed anything
Any idea what I should do next?!?

Hello. Since I bought my new MacBook Pro I am having issues with the home sharing with Apple TV. I can't access my computer from the Apple Tv, although both home sharing options are on. I can choose Apple Tv as an output from my MAC though.

I can't remove an item from the sidebar using the standard procedure.

In fact, as opposed to all the other items in my sidebar, this one can't even be clicked on, or otherwise manipulated. It might refer to a folder I once threw out, and goes by the same name as another item in my sidebar which is associated with a current folder and works just fine. I want to trash the unresponsive item, but, well, it's unresponsive. Command + Clicking on icon and dragging to trash doesn't work, and clicking or right clicking on the icon brings up no options. The other icons in my sidebar respond properly.

I have the same problem. Mine is a shortcut to a folder in my Dropbox. If I drag the same folder from Dropbox onto the sidebar, it creates a shortcut that IS responsive (the way it's supposed to be), but the old one remains unresponsive, and I am unable to delete it in any of the usual ways. Very frustrating.
I chalk it up to yet another example of how Lion is not only not better than Snow Leopard but actually much, much worse. I hate it.

Can I access my account from the Skype for Android...

You can sign into your account from any computer with itunes.
Your library will not be there, but you can use your account.

Can't Access my server from the Server App

Upgraded to Lion Server, everything seemed to go OK. Now, for some reason, I can't access the settings from the Server app. It asks for a passowrd, and it won't take it. I can reboot the server, log in just fine. But entering in my username and passowrd in the Server app, no dice.
Thoughts???

I can't access my mail from the server!!!

I am having trouble retrieving mail....I click on "Get Mail" and nothing happens. When I select the inbox and Get Info, it shows that there are a number of new emails on the server, yet my Mail program does not want to retrieve them. I checked to see if my account was enabled (under Preferences) and it is....I don't understand what the problem is...this is happening in a networked office of 10 other macs, and only one other person is having this exact same problem. very weird. internet works fine.
any suggestions? I'm about to download a new mail program like entourage if this keeps up.

We own Entourage already, so that isn't a problem.
Right now we're using www.mail2web.com as a temporary solution, but that isn't really practical for a professional architecture firm where email records are essential to our business.
I would love to keep using Mail, I really have no idea how to fix this problem. I don't know why it is only happening to 2 of our 10 computers, there is no difference in the setup of any of them, and this started mid-morning, so I know that the users did nothing to the settings. It just stopped wanting to pick up mail from the server.
File size does not seem to matter, because one of the computer's mailboxes has about 10,000 emails saved, and the other has about 20, and they are showing the exact same behaviour. It is really strange!

I just updated my Apple TV software and now I can't get to iTunes and the menu keeps going back to basic menu. Software update fail!

Updated my software when prompted three days ago and as soon as the update was finished the basic screen came up with main menu. However, when I selected "Podcasts", "TV" or "Movies" the screen goes black and the same home screen comes up again. The only things that work are HuluPlus and Netflix and all non-iTunes icons. I can't buy anything from the iStore so if Apple wants me to keep iShopping at the iStore and take my iMoney you might want to make a patch available quickly.

I just did the update to version 5.2 on our ATV2 and now I'm having the exact same problem as the OP- all attempts to access any iTunes services i.e. Movies or TV result in dropping back to the ATV Main menu. Per Winston's suggestion, I logged out of iTunes and then tried to log back in. I am getting a message "the server is not responding- please try again later".
FWIW- all my non-iTunes services on the ATV are working fine- i.e. Netflix and YouTube.
Sounds like the update has overwhelmed the Apple servers.

I would like to explore the method of manually and regularly moving onenote files from my iphone to my PC so that I can view them on my PC.
Is this possible? If so, can anyone please tell me how?

I wouldn't hold you breath. I understand what you say you want to do, but that is going in exactly the opposite direction that the industry is moving.
Using MS's cloud based sync is not an "extra step". It reduces the effort to keep things synchronized on your part to nearly zero.
If there is no 'trust issue' there, as you seem to imply, then it seems you are simply trying to complicate your life by refusing to use the application the way it was designed to be used.
One Note isn't anywhere near being 'one of a kind'. It's one among many, and not a very good one at. It's bloated, slow, and cumbersome.
Investigate other options, or use it the way it's meant to be used, but hoping that Microsoft will move in the direction you want to go is pretty much pointless.
Tools like File Explorer can often do more harm than good. you were never intended to have access to the file system on the phone. One wrong move can really screw things up.

How can I access files saved from the browser on my tablet? Doesn't open files?

I tried to save a document on my tablet but in the downloads place in the browser it wouldn't open. I thought it was OK cause maybe the doc format, but I just tried to save a photo and when I tried to open it, it said "unable to find the default app."
How can I get the photo on my tablet under pictures or something? Do I need to download a special app?

Can't access FIOS DVR from the web or moble phone

Whenever I try to access my multiroom DVR in my MyVerizon account, I get a "Bad Gateway" error.
I have tried rebooting DVR and router without any luck. I ran the DVR self diagnostic, then tried the disable then enable remote web DVR setting...still nothing.
Have no problem watching DVR recorded shows in any room. Please help.

Were you able to get this fixed since making this post? I have ran the connectivity test and am able to talk back and forth with the DVR over the web connectivity path. Please let me know if further assistance is needed.
