Can't access my old icloud account

Hi there,
i got a iPhone 4s in 2012 & a colleague set up the iCloud account for me. I never used the account but since I upgraded to an iPhone 6 in February the login pop up comes up as soon as I do something on the phone.
can I ask Apple to delete the account with proof of old & new iPhone as the number is the same?

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.
As a first step of troubleshooting for this issue where your iCloud password is popping up, I'd like you to sign out of iCloud, and then sign back in with your Apple ID.
Tap Settings > iCloud > Sign Out.
Enter your Apple ID and password to sign in again.

If your device is signed into an old iCloud ID that is an earlier version of the ID you want to sign in with, do the following:
If you are using iMessage and FaceTime, make sure you are signed into these services with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.) Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iDevice and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID). Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll (unless you are using iCloud Photo Library). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was. If you have purchases on your iPod Shuffle that you want to sync back to iTunes, but are under the Apple ID you no longer have access to, you'll need to reset that account information. You can use this link to reset your password.

If that doesn' work or help, you'll need to contact iTunes support and have them walk you through the process of resetting the older account information. Once you know the email and password again, you can authorize your new computer and transfer any purchases from this account back to iTunes.
For all non-iTunes purchased content, you'll need to the assistance of some sort of third party software that is not supported by Apple. See this older post from another forum member Zevoneer covering the different methods and software available to assist you with the task of copying content from your iPod back to your PC and into iTunes.

I want to know if i can log in from different iCloud accounts on my iPhone without any trouble or if i will only be able to change my icloud account once? Im going to log in my icloud account on my brothers iphone to see if i can access to my whatsapp chats from there. and also wanna check if i can access to my whatsapp chats without having my chip inserted since my iphone was stolen.. i also tried to download programs that can download and extract your icloud backups but so far no one has worked... thanks

You can set up a secondary account in icloud where you can sync some of the services like contacts and events. Google "icloud secondary account" for details.

I had an iPhone 4 in Ireland a number of years ago with an iCloud account. The kids have been using that phone for games since we moved to Canada. I now have an iPad and I am trying to access my music from iTunes from the iPad but I am unable. There appears to be password issues that I cannot resolve possibly to do with different credit cards and now living in a new country.
I Have tried resetting the iPad and accessing through the iCloud account and even though I have amended credit cards details it appears to revert back to the previous card and password which I cannot remember. Help please

What are you trying to look up on your mobile me account? You should be syncing mobile me e mails, contacts, ect. You have to set them up.
