Can't access my Verizon Cloud content.

I'm trying to access my Verizon Cloud on my account and every time I click on it all it does is show a loading icon spinning until it finally times out. I've tried through firefox, chrome and explorer but still all the same thing. I have allowed all the pop up blockers to go through but still same loading icon still shows up and never goes away and can't access my content.

Yes, for the user id I enter my phone number then of course get directed to enter my password.
And yes I have cleared cache and cookies and even tried logging in on my work computer at work and still have the same thing. After I click on the "Manage Media" for Verizon cloud it sends me to the page and I can see on the left the boxes to select photos, contacts, documents, etc.. And I can see the top selections too but again all it does is show the spinning loading icon. It seems that when the interface was changed or updated that's when I have started having these problems because before it all loaded up just fine within a few seconds and looked different then what it does now. I was able to get on just fine 4-5 months ago and for the past month when I've been trying to get on I've been having this issue but thought there was just a bug and I would try it the next few days and still the same issue.

    Is there a recent known problem with the about:sessionrestore command or is there any other way understandable to Firefox 29.0.1 through which recover the information stored in the sessionstore.js files.
    It seems the command about:sessionrestore is not capable anymore to read the contents of the sessionstore.js file present in the user profile folder.
    The box where windows and tabs should be listed is empty.
    I tried to paste a few old sessionstore.js files in the user directory while the firefox.exe process was not active, then opened Firefox again and tried to launch the about:sessionrestore command without any result.
    I think the files are not corrupted because I used most of them in other occasions and I stored them in folders not connected to the common use of any process.
    Also, I already successfully used the about:sessionrestore command in Firefox 29.0.1 in a few other occasions.
    I did a "clean reinstall" of Firefox 29.0.1 and the box contained in the tab where about:sessionrestore is executed is still empty even if the files themselves contain such information as tabs location and html addresses.
    After this I recovered the profile data I had stored in another folder and this is what you can see attached to this question.

    If I select the "show my windows and tabs from last time" option in the startup settings the contents of any savestore.js file i paste in the user profile folder are opened without any problem.
    still, the box in the tab loaded by the about:sessionrestore command is blank and empty, so it's not possible to "de-select" any window or tab. it's necessary to find an editor to modify session backup files which may contain "bad addresses".
    does such an editor already exists?

    If you really want help, stop messing with the fonts and post so that others can read and offer suggestions.
    Or better yet... try a search, I'm certain you'll find a solution to whatever issue you're experiencing.
    I have found that many times it is the things that make you most angry that push you to action. This was the case here. Thank you for causing me to get so angry that I found the answer myself.

    yes, using any computer with, at least, intermittent internet access.
    there is a max of 2 computers on which you can sign in to your cc account.  if you try to sign in on a 3rd, you will be prompted to sign out of the other two.

  • IOS Verizon Cloud Content Restore

    I am a bit confused and put off by the iOS Verizon Cloud app. The Android version has the capability to restore all content sent to the cloud by simply tapping Menu>Tools>Content Restore. The iOS version however, under the tools screen, has "Restore Media" and "Transfer Content." So you can bring pics and vids back down from the cloud with the restore media, and you can transfer content from one phone to the next, to include contacts and such, but what if someone wasn't backed up to iCloud and was using Verizon cloud, and they lost their contacts? Its crazy, because it will show the contacts in the cloud app, so you can see them, but you can't pull them back to your phone, you would need to transfer them to another phone, and then I guess transfer them back to the original phone, which is ridiculous. You can't really call that cloud, if its just being stored on the app. Am I missing something here? The contacts that were backed up, by the way, also did not show up on the my verizon page where you would normally be able to manage your contacts.

    Apps can either enhance a device or destroy a device. Its a crap shoot.
    In Verizon's case on basic phones and early androids the back up assistant (now Verizon cloud service) worked great. Then it was a push to do "back up assistant plus" and it was poorly developed.
    Many online sites rated the Verizon cloud as unreliable and not worth using. This was bore out with its lack of actually doing any cloud back up, backed up information missing or corrupted, or as of late the servers were either locking customers out or non reachable. Bad very bad app.
    The Apple Store or Google Play Store can list the App but look at customer ratings. Its rated bad by customers.
    In the case of Apple iOS devices its always best to use Apples icloud services. I pay for extra space as well as the $25 a year for my music to be stored and shared on all my iOS devices. It works perfectly.
    I recommend removing the Verizon App and just use http://www.icloud.com
    The device its self can be set up to send contacts, calendar and other programs to the cloud. What icloud can do is listed at their web portal.
    I also recommend Google to automatically back up photos and contacts which can be used on any device under a users gmail account.
    Bypass any Verizon cloud app.

  • I Can't Access my Creative Cloud account on my Desktop.

    I frequently use AE Premiere Pro, photoshop, and many other Creative Cloud apps. I used to get these messages that would pop up in the upper right hand of my screen saying that it "couldn't sync with creative cloud" or that it "couldn't log in". I didn't think much of these messages, because i didn't really need to update the apps i use, and I didn't even need to be connected to creative cloud to use them. But recently the new After Effects update that includes the Cinema 4D Lite came out, and I've been wanting to update After Effects, but since I can't access Creative aCloud on my desktop, I can't. I have changed my password at least 3 times, and on my browser, I can log in to my Adobe ID just fine, so I tried to download the update from there, but it just redirected me to the desktop version of Creative Cloud. It's very frustrating, and I NEED HELP!

    You should be able to install the Creative Cloud application from https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud when signed in with your Adobe ID. This application will handle downloading and installing CC or CS6 applications.

    I am getting a "This Connection is Untrusted" Error when I log into my school's classroom website, and therefore cannot access any of the content I need for my class. This is a new problem, I just had to reinstall Mozilla when I upgraded my hard drive, it worked two days ago, but not today. Does anyone know why this would happen, or how I can circumvent this? The only option allowed to me is to "Get me out of here!" which is the exact opposite of what I need it to do.

    Check out why the site is untrusted and click "Technical Details to expand this section.<br>If the certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided (sec_error_unknown_issuer) then see if you can install this intermediate certificate from another source.
    You can retrieve the certificate and check details like who issued certificates and expiration dates of certificates.
    *Click the link at the bottom of the error page: "I Understand the Risks"
    Let Firefox retrieve the certificate: "Add Exception" -> "Get Certificate".
    *Click the "View..." button and inspect the certificate and check who is the issuer of the certificate.
    You can see more Details like intermediate certificates that are used in the Details pane.
    If "I Understand the Risks" is missing then this page may be opened in an (i)frame and in that case try the right-click context menu and use "This Frame: Open Frame in New Tab".
    Note that some firewalls monitor (secure) connections and that programs like Sendori or FiddlerRoot can intercept connections and send their own certificate instead of the website's certificate.

    Most mobile devices (including iPhones) cannot view icloud.com if that's what you're trying to do.  You have to go to icloud.com from a computer browser.

    You shouldn't be prompted for an activation lock password when updating, but I would recommend resetting your password, if you have forgotten it, before running the update, just in case. Take a look at the article below for more information.

    As SuzyQ mentioned, if you previously had a BlackBerry device, you may have had a vzw.blackberry.net e-mail address.  If you no longer have a Blackberry, that e-mail account is deleted, as it can only be accessed on a BlackBerry server.  You will not be able to access this e-mail account on an iPhone or laptop.  If you activate another BlackBerry at a later time, you will be able to enter the BlackBerry e-mail address and then sync the account with your BlackBerry device.

    Login to My Verizon. On Manage my Device, select Manage my media
    Click on photos, select all photos (A), and then click the download button (B). You will get a zip file with your photos. If you have a lot of photos, doing smaller batches. You can also do one at a time.

  • Can't access "My Verizon" after moving, can't pay bill online

    I just moved into my new home. Before moving, I used Verizon Fios tripal play without contract. Now I use Verizon Fios double play on contract. Everything else looks fine, except for my online account. I can't see "Bill and payment" part of My Verizon any more, immediately after I placed the moving order, although I can still log into my account as usual. It seems my old username and password are still valid. The log in process seems normal. I still have access to the verizon e-mail service. But every time when I try to open the "Bill and Payment" page, it shows "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience."  Heck! I've been trying again and again for Three weeks! I also don't have access to " My rewards". It says: "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page." "My Service" part is also abnormal.     Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
    Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
