Can't acess Bank of America account Firefox 36.0.1. Flashes for second then blank

BofA site comes up for a fraction of a second then screen goes blank and loading circle spins. All this after 36.0.1 update. Windows 7. Other browsers have no problems with Bank of America site , Cleared cookies and cache but no Joy

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
*Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
*Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
*Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
*Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
*Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Bank of America requires Firefox 5 on Mac for their CashPro online treasury management. I need to find version FF 5.0 to download and install. Help!

Bank of America requires Firefox 5 on Mac for their CashPro online treasury management. I need to find version FF 5.0 to download and install. Help! I just need a link to version 5.0 so I can install it. The website throws and error when using 6.0.#. BofA Tech Support said I needed to downgrade and that was the ONLY solution. I hate large corporations. If someone could provide the link I would appreciate it.

BUT keep in mind that the older versions aren't supported any longer and are missing hundreds of security patches that are in the latest versions of Firefox.

Unable to link Bank of America account to Paypal

I have read other posts on the subject, but I am still having the same problem:
I am trying to link my Bank of America account to Paypal, but I continue to get the message "You cannot add a bank at this time". I realize BoA has 3 different routing numbers (paper/electronic/wire), but I have tried all three and keep getting the same message. I've also tried changing the name of the bank to "BofA", "BoA", "Bank of America" and "Bank of America, N.A.". None of these options work. Any suggestions?

I've contacted paypal several times, they always give me some bs answers like my bank account is a payoneer virtual account(it's not! it's a traditional one!), or sometimes they say it's my bank whose not allowing the linkage. I contact my bank account and they say it must be an error on paypal's end. I'm so frustrated right now, paypal isn't doing anything.

Simply connect the device, select the content desired to sync and sync.
iTunes remembers the sync profile per device.

Cannot log into Bank of America account "Problem loading page"

It will allow me to sign in but after asking for my "sitekey", which is essentially a password, gives me the error message "problem loading page" and that Firefox can't find the server at onlineeast1.bankofamerica.com. I have contacted Bank of America and they say it is a browsing issue. Works occasionally in IExplorer but is very intermittent and I don't use that browser anyway. Can't see how much money I don't have!

Safari 1.3.2 - can't access Bank of America website

Since installing Safari 1.3.2 (and also the most recent security update) I can no longer access the Bank of America website. I had to switch over to Internet Explorer to get on there.

My iPod nano 2nd edition has died on me. I can press on menu and centre of the wheel and the apple logo comes on for seconds, then I get a glimpse of the menu list then the screen goes dead. What can I do? Can anyone help please?

I press the centre wheel and menu and the apple logo appears for a few seconds, then I get a glimpse of the menu then it disappears again. I have tried everything even leaving it plugged into the power for about four hours but it made no difference. What can I do?

Probably not a good sign especially given the age of the device. Are you able to get it into Disk Mode long enough so that you can restore it in iTunes?

I try and open firefox, the hourglass curser flashes for a millisecond.... and nothing, it will not open. Have disabled firewall and still nothing

On my desk top I am running windows xp. I click on the firefox icon to open it and nothing! The hourglass cursor flashes for a millisecond as if it were starting to open, then nothing. I have disabled my firewall thinking it may have something to do with that and tried again, but still nothing. Any ideas???

I can't access Bank of America on-line banking on my Macbook and BOA says the problem is with my computer. Please help.

I have tried, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. My Macbook is running 10.5.8. I have cleared my cache, cookies and browsing and download history. Sometimes I get so far as to be able to access my accounts page and then I can't access any other page on the site like on-line bill pay. Mostly, nothing happens after I put in my user ID. Sometimes I get an "error with the server," and sometimes I don't. Sometimes one user ID gets me a little futher (to the passwords page) and sometimes it doesn't. I've downloaded Adobe Shockwave Flash. This is not happening with any other sites and my husband can access the BOA site with his computer using the same user Id's and passwords using the same internet connection I am using. Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated!

The versions shown are the last ones available for Leopard.
Java 1.4.x is no longer supported, which is why it's off.
If you're still not getting functionality, try enabling it for a short time in case they're using old code.
The only other thing I can think of is that they're using later versions because of the security issues and may not be compatible, but I'm guessing there. (Lion was up to 1.6.0_35 I think - may be higher by now).
Time for someone with a deeper knowledge of Java than me.
I know we have a number of Java developers contributing to the forums, hopefully one will pick it up.
it may help to start a new thread specifically about the Java issue - that would be more likely to attract fresh attention.

Can I have three different iCloud accounts in my iBook? one for each user of the family? Thanks

I have a computer at home which is used by 5 family members. Each of us have a separate user in the MacBook. Can each of us have a different iCloud account to sincronize with each of our iPhones or once you download the iCloud for one of us, no other iCloud will be added to the same laptop?

You are already on the right track with 5 individual user accounts on your computer. Please be sure to back up your main Apple ID account before making any changes below.
The article below will explain in more detail ... but it sounds like you will want to create a separate Apple ID for each member of your family to keep their contacts, calendars, Photo Stream etc. separate.
If your family has made a lot of iTunes Store purchases, you can stay signed in to your current Apple ID to have access to them. Or your family members can start fresh with their own iTunes Store purchases. Please review the Frequently Asked Questions section in this article:

Each member of your family should log into their own user account on the computer, and then click on the link below to create their unique Apple ID.

Before you delete the old iCloud account from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, turn off each of the features ( contacts, calendars, etc. ) and when prompted, choose to "Keep on My iPhone" if you wish to keep that information. If your family member doesn't need or want any of this information, then skip down to the selection below to delete the iCloud account completely.
Turn iCloud features off
On your iOS device’s Home screen, go to Settings > iCloud, then tap to turn off iCloud features.
When you turn off a feature, you’re asked whether you want your device to keep a copy of your information stored in iCloud for that feature.
Once you have saved the contacts, calendars, etc. that you want from the current iCloud account on your family member's iPhone, then you can delete the old iCloud account from their device.
Turn off iCloud completely
On your iOS device’s Home screen, go to Settings > iCloud, then at the bottom of the screen, tap Delete Account.
At this point, I would suggest turning off the device, and restarting it. Then, tap on Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Tap on Add Account. Tap iCloud. Now type in your family member's new Apple ID email address and password.

Try deleting and recreating the account with the Mail app on your iPad.

Can't login to certain sites and Firefox doesn't set changes for Permissions

Each time Firefox upgrades I have difficulty logging into www.cokeunleashed.com.au. Had this problem in the past and was fixed by going to Tools, Page Info, Permissions. When I go to Tools, Options, Privacy and make changes, click OK but when I go back the changes have not happened.

Rename the file "permissions.sqlite" to permissions.sqlite.sav in the Firefox Profile Folder in case the file is corrupted.
This will remove all exceptions (cookies, images, pop-ups, software). 
If renaming didn't help then you can undo and rename the file permissions.sqlite.sav to permissions.sqlite to get back the old exceptions.
You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:
*Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder
