Can't acess "my world" on app world

I can't seem to access "My World" or my bb Id info I keep getting this message when I try to access my world; "there is an issue with the current session please login to continue (error id:30702) can somebody help me out! Please!

I can't use BB World

Hi everyone
please someone tell me how can i use BB world app when i always see this erro : BlackBerry World is not currently available in your country.
it's not fair when BB restrict users accessing apps :-( how can i enjoy my new phone now :'(

BlackBerry does not restrict usage of BlackBerry World in any country, it's that country's government which restricts it. Obviously, BlackBerry would love to have everyone in the world have access to BBW because there would be more money to be made but certain governments put restrictions on it.

How can I remove "Hello World!" from my browser menu bar

I just noticed there'e something in my brower menu bar that has never been there before. Next to the other menu options (File, Edit, View, History, etc.) appears the words"Hello World!". I know it wasn't there two weeks ago, and it's highly unlikely I would have missed seeing it a few days ago when I last did extensive browsing. In hopes of fixing the problem myself, I deleted the only two FF add-ons installed to my PC in the past month. I also ran a system restore to a point created 35 days ago. But "Hello World!" still remained in the menu bar. When I try clicking it on, nothing happens. I tried removing it by pressing the "Customize"option in the toolbar, but it "Hello World!" would not drag down from the menu bar. I was still running FF version 22.0., and when I saw that an update to FF 23.0 was available, I ran the update, but this did nothing the fix my issue (I'm currently back to FF22.0, due to the System Restore that I ran earlier). Finally, I went to both my "Program Files" folders, and sorted them using "Date Modified", to identify any programs changed or added in the past several weeks. There were only a few programs changed in this timespan, so I scoured all files within those few folders, but nothing stood out as unusual. CAn anyone tell me what this "Hello World!" is or why it is appearing in my menu bar? Most importantly, would anyone know how I can remove it permanently ? Following Firefox's instructions, I've created a Print Screen photo showing my brower toolbars, including the menu bar ( at the very top just above my address bar), so that you can see where "Hello World!" appears. Not sure yet how to attach the PrtScn photo to this question I'm about to submit, so if it doesn't make it to the forum with my question, I can send it to anyone who emails me a reply.

THis is a reply to my own question, so that I can upload the Print Screen image of my browser toolbar. Look for "Hello World!" at the top, just above my address bar. Thanks again to anyone who can help me remove this from my menu bar.

Can´t use my World minutes for Office 365

Hi all, Does anybody knows how can i use my World minutes for Office365.Everything was done by the book, and account is active.But when im trying to do a call nothing works.Is there any special advise so this subscription stars to work ?

As long as it is sim free with no subsiby to a carrier, then yes you can slot any sim in and use it anywhere. And yes the Apple stores in the UK sell factory unlocked phones as long as they are not connected to a carrier as Apple sell those as well.

Mail Client Program that can be acessed from eithers Mac or PC OS.

I am using a macbook (loving it) {ver 10.4.10) on which I've installed Windows XP SP2 using Boot Camp. I need both these OS's as there are 'those programs' at the work place that require the Windows OS.
While setting up the dualboot on the Macbook, I installed MacDrive, enabling me to read & write to the Mac partitions / drives from Windows. Then I retargeted the 'My Documents' folder in the Windows partition to the XXXXXX folder in the Mac OS partition. So basically although I've got 2 OS's running -- I have a common place where all my 'documents / music / photos / movies etc.' are stored and I am able to access them, using either mac or windows programs.
My only problem is the mail. Is there any mail program (common to both Windows & Mac), where I could store the database locally on the mac partition of my drive in a common locale and access it using either the Mac or PC flavour of the mail client.
The native Mac mail clients are not there in the PC world, and MS have discontinued Outlook for the Mac. Anyone have any experience using any other email clients, that are released both in Mac & PC flavour, where their mail database is similar and can be acessed by both flavours.

Thunderbird should work. I use it on both and have copied the folder back and forth, but I don't or can't access it from each OS. Create a copy and test. And I really like Thunderbird, it has more features.

Can't even buy a single app on Blackberry 9860

What is this Blackberry? I can't even buy a single app from blackberry world app store. I can see the following page when I visit payment options from Blackberry world page.
This is really frustrating...

BTW, I never bought apps... but I am willing to buy many apps and alas! I see this page everytime.
and even when I try to buy any app from my 9860 BB world, I get redirected to login section. when I do login and try to buy any app. again I will be kicked to login page.

Did you try adding the debit card as a credit card? If that doesn't work then there is nothing we can do here. Contact your carrier about adding a bill to carrier option.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Sounds like the device is in recovery mode. You will need to restore the phone. See this support document for instructions. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808

Yes. I would clarify your statement about the "shared" iTunes Library though. If you want each iOS device to have its own music library, you should create separate user accounts for them. Read:

Are you running Mavericks 10.9? That is required for iBooks.

Help w/ fixing my broken ipod touch. I have to double click on an app in order to open it, can't leave the home screen, apps don't work!

I'm not sure what happened, but I can't leave my home screen unless I press n hold an app and move it to another page, then when i press the home button so the apps stop shaking I can stay on another page. Other than doing it that way I can't scroll from one page to another. When I click on an app a thin box appears around it, not only with apps but when I click on the time or battery or ANYTHING! In order for me to open any of the apps I have to double click on it and then when it opens I can't do anything in the app. Even when I went to settings to see if there was something in there to fix this problem I can't go anywhere or do anything. Someone please help!!!

Im having this same problem an my phone is about 3 weeks old. I am not sure about the voice over part though...I have not yet figured out how to work the voice recognition part of the phone...I am such a newbie with this phone. I did the power off/on suggestion, several times. I tried leaving it off for 10 minutes. Tried to reset with the power on/off and home button pressed at the same time. Charged battery. Still makes no difference. You cannot scroll any direction. Have to double click to open apps. Have to double click letters when texting or emailing in order to get the letter in the text box. Can scroll through app choices, have to click on the line with the dots in it and move from page to page. Can't access the settings - > general - > accessibility - because it won't allow me to scroll down to "general".
Anyone help you with your fix yet?

Since iOS 8.1.1 I can no longer use my mail app on my iPad Mini. The mail app opens and updates, however the screen does not respond to anything. Am rather stuck as to what to do. This is the Mail App that comes with the iPad Mini.
I have tried to turn the iPad On/Off all to no avail. I don't really want to reset my iPad as this will cause more trouble than it is worth and will ultimately update the iPad to iOS 8.1.1 anyway. Do any of you have any suggestions that don't involve resetting the iPad ?

Before you delete your mail accounts, try giving your iPad a reset and force closing the mail app. It may clear up the glitch before you remove and add your info again
Reset
Hold down the sleep and home keys for about 20 seconds. When you see the silver apple, let go and let it reboot. No data will be lost.
Force close an app
Double tap the home button. When you see the app previews on the screen scroll sideways if needed to get the preview in question on the screen. Flick that preview up and off the screen to close the app. Single tap the home button or home screen preview to exit the mode.
If those don't fix it then try to remove and put your info back in.

Yes, it's frustrating.
I don't have my iPod with me but, as I recall, the change is done in Settings/Store. That change will apply to NEW purchases. However, be aware that all purchases are permanently associated with the Apple ID that was originally used. Generally, it's only a problem when you need to update an app. IF you do your updating from iTunes and your logged in to the "wrong" ID, you'll need to log out and back in again. It's easier from the iPod as you do not need to log out/in but you do need to know the password.
Unfortunately, you can not merge IDs nor can you transfer purchases from one ID to another. Go here to find out exactly what you have. I have the same problem so I deliberately made both passwords identical to make things slightly easier for me.
