Can't activate existing line

Hello,
I am moving into a property on the 21st of December. I ordered a BT phone line and infinity on the 11th December to be installed on the 24th Dec. I know the person personally who is moving out who also cancelled their BT line their on the 11th December. Everything went though fine. Days later I got a call from BT who told me that the line would not be released until the 24 January so my order had to be rejected.
Is this normal pratice to be stuck for so line without a phone line even though the other person has vacated the property and cancelled their line? Even with a months notice that only takes you up till the 11th Jan.
I have had mixed responses from BT. One call center telling me there is nothing they can do the other (once escalated) saying that there is a 'strange' issue with their system they have not seen before. However I can't get in touch with the people who say the latter again.
Is there anyone I can escalate this to as it seems a real shame I have to wait so long purely because something is stuck in the system.

    Hello all,
    I have a G/L account with line items on it. I want to activate open item management now.
    I can do that in several ways and have also managed to do it.
    The EXISTING line items, however, do not have an open item status in the sense of "open" or "cleared". Instead, they show up with the green tick in front of the line. I would actually want the existing line items to be marked as "cleared" so they will disappear from the open item inquiry report.
    I have found several SAP notes about this behaviour and know that SAP recommends to create a new account and then re-post. In this particular case, however, I have lots of reasons to keep the existing account.
    My question is therefore if someone knows how to make the existing line items disappear from the open item inquiry. We are on SAP 4.6C and switching to ERP 6.0 so would be interested in both systems. By the way, I also found several info about FAGL_ACTIVATE_OP but this seems to be for the new G/L which we don't use.

    I just saw this question now, if solution is still necessary you can read on
    First: you can make an account open item only if the account has no balance. You mentioned there are postings on the account. If these postings make a zero balance all together (i. e. the debits and credits are equal):
    1. change the master data
    2. run program RFSEPA02 to change the existing items
    3. clear the items
    If the postings do not make zero, than you have to first make the account balance zero, carry out the above steps and reverse the posting mentioned previously.
    The above works for 4.6x and ECC 6.0 systems as well.

    In the Report Group screen
    Press CONFIGURE – This is to attach any Drill Down reports.
    Press the “Insert Line” icon
    As is the screen may be used to insert a Report Writer report group. To add an ABAP, press “other report type”
    Double click on “ABAP Reports”
    Enter the name of the ABAP and ENTER

    You probably won't be able to use a Malaysian sim card in your phone.  If you purchased the phone from 3, then it is probably carrier locked to 3 and it won't work with any other sim card.
    Nobody here can do anything to help you.  You need to contact 3, so you need to ring them or go back to the store where you purchased the phone.  Not a lot you can do other than activate with the original 3 sim card in situ so that the phone will work.
    You can try activating the phone with the 3 sim card and then try swapping them, but I suspect that the phone is carrier locked to 3 and you need to contact them for help.  Noone else can do anything really except them.

    The AT&T, T-mobile, and Verizon iPhone 6 and 6 Plus are actually all the exact same phone and all have CDMA built in. I imagine Apple did this to simplify manufacturing and got a deal from Qualcomm to only get charged for the Verizon iPhones for the CDMA components which is probably all on the same chip now. That info is probably locked up so tight in a contract we may never know.

  • Performance issue: Adding a new product line to existing Quote calls pricing engine for existing line a well

    I need some assistance for my below query...
    If there are already existing some product/quote lines on the quote and then we try to add another new product/quote line to this quote , then  it is taking more time to add the product. As per my understanding it is calling the Pricing engine for the existing line as well. How can we avoid the pricing engine call for the existing lines.
    There are some parameters which we are setting as mentioned below :
    l_control_rec.header_pricing_event := 'BATCH' -- What does this mean when we set to batch
    l_control_rec.price_mode := 'ENTIRE_QUOTE'; -- (possible values could be CHANGE_LINES , QUOTE_LINE)
    l_header_rec.pricing_status_indicator := 'C';

    l_control_rec.calculate_tax_flag := 'Y';

    Question :Could someone please help us with this whether is there any way with these parameters could be altered or changed to some other value ( like for PRICE_MODE we see this parameter could have some other values like : CHANGE_LINES , QUOTE_LINE etc other than ENTIRE_QUOTE).
    means lets say we do the Pricing Engine call only for the Newly Added quote line but not do it for the Entire Quote again and again..
    Now the other question here could be how do we finally synch the line level price values for all the quote lines upto the Quote header level in form of Totals (TOTAL_LIST_PRICE,TOTAL_TAX, TOTAL_SHIPPING_CHARGE, SURCHARGE, TOTAL_QUOTE_PRICE in aso_quote_headers_all table) ??
    Also is there a way that we don't do the Freight Charge calculation and Tax calculation (means we skip this completely) while adding products to the quote but do it at a later point when doing the Submit to Order functionality.
    Could someone please help with these pricing related parameters and modes to be used in order to get around this performance issue

    Activate your Controlling area as usual and Cost Centers and Profit Center , You can assign an internal order for the particular product line for what you are seeing and can collect the costs of that particular product line exclusively.

  • Can't activate products with valid creative cloud subcription.

    Briefly:
    i have a valid cloud subcription.. I dowloaded Adobe application manager. Signed in to Creative cloud website than clicked the link "download" which opened application manager and installed the selected product.
    After i opened the installed product i tried to activate it. I clicked on the LIncense Sofware button and logged in with the adobe id. But it strted to asks for serial number. So i turned to adobe support live chat. After one hour of chat turned out the problem is that i have a Windows OS with hungarian language and application manager installed the hungarian version of photoshop which can t be activated with crative cloud subcription,
    Is this true?
    THey recommended me to install adobe products on an OS with english language and install english version adobe products. I don t think this ok!
    Can anybody help me??? Or creative cloud subcription is waste og mony if i don t have english OS??

    Hi ISSUESKFT,
    When the Adobe Application Manager starts up, ou can click on your name that appears on the Adobe Application Manager and choose Preferences.
    In preferences choose the magyar language and install the softwares.
    If you want you can install them in English language and there should not be any issue in activating the products. Creative Cloud subsiption doesnot requires a Serial Number number, just sign-in is required.
    Please try it and let me know what happens.

    We are using SRM5.0 and CCM 2.0
    We have uploaded the material and service master to CCM as supplier catalog from R/3.
    The initial Upload was doen successfully.
    My query is how to reflect the delta changes in CCM happening in R/3?
    If I can generate a CSV file with all those items wich has been changed (Changes can be in description, Plant, status etc) and upload the same file in CCM, will it update the existing line in CCM or create a new line item?
    How do i update an existing line item in CCM catalog using a CSV file?

    Hi Atul,
    I am using CCM 2.0 and SRM 5.0 (EBP5.5).
    We are not using XI, so i guess we cant use the program "/ccm/file_upload".
    we have migrated the product master data from R/3.
    We have developed a report which takes product category as input and gives out flat file in csv format containg all the items in that prod category.
    Then we upload the file in CCM by logging thro the brpwser.
    Similarly, i can develop another program which will give me a CSV file foll all those items changed in R/3 in a day.
    Then we can upload that file in CCM.
    But i have doubt if it will update the existing items in catalog.
    Hope I could make myself clear.

    If it's the same computer, same CPU and same HD, no de-activation or re-activation should be necessary.
    Install from scratch and apply all updates manually.
    Please do a forum search.  I and others have repeatedly answered the question about failed updates of CS5 a whole bunch of times recently.
    Bottom line:  the Adobe auto updater is utterly useless in CS5 and prior versions.  You need to download the updates and apply them manually yourself.
    I and others have even supplied the links for Mac and Win, which you haven't even bothered to specify.

    and this only allows you to change existing lines not add lines.
    Since its outboud delivery that I'm interested in I will not look at the inbound that you suggested.
    Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

    I can't to activate on line an installation of Premiere Elements 4.0 AOO The software received correctly the Win Serial Number but when I try to activate on line show this error message:

    The mechanism you referenced has been disabled for some time as different technology and methods were utilized to improve the experience of registering Adobe software titles.

        I'm sorry you're unable to activate the Versa on your Pre-Pay line carter123123. Let's figure out what's going on here. Where did you get the phone from? It could be that its on the lost/stolen list; therefore, locked. Have you contacted Pre-Pay to see what exactly the issue is? You can reach Pre-Pay at 888-294-6804.

    I can't activate activate the personnal hotspot on my iPhone, I hope you will be able to help me.
    Here is the different datas, and things I have tried.
    iPhone 3GS 5.0.1
    Carrier SFR (France) (peronnal hotspot option enabled)
    Problem : The Personnal Hotspot option in Settings > General > Network: is not present
    Wifi : desactivited

    It appears that there is corrupted data in your phone that is stored in the backup, disabling personal hotspot.  You can't  use that backup at all, and you will lose some data.  There are ways to save some of your data.
    1. You should be syncing your contacts with an app on your computer or cloud service and not depend on the phone backup.  To get them back, you sync the phone with the parent app.
    2.  Apps, music, and media (iTunes Store content) are stored in the iTunes library on your computer, not the phone backup.  When you sync your phone after restoring as new, all apps, etc. are returned to the phone.  You will lose all app generated data and settings which are in the backup.
    3. SMS messages will be lost from the phone. However there are 3rd party apps for your computer that can extract and print the messages from the existing backup in the iTunes library (assuming you haven't deleted it with a new backup).
