Can't activate monthly subscription to Director
Hi,
I have just purchased a monthly subscription to Adobe Director. I have successfully activated it on one computer. My second computer prompts me for a serial number. This production doesn't come with a serial number, or at least I can't find a serial number listed on the My Adobe page, and haven't been emailed one.
It's important that I can get Director working on my laptop as I move around alot. Any suggestions? Do subscription products come with serial numbers, and if so, where can I find it??

I did have a look at that link but it wasn't helpful in my situation. I was alternately getting the messages that I needed a serial number or that there was no subscription linked to my account (even though the first computer recognised me and was working fine.)
So unfortunately for anyone experiencing the same issue, I'm still not sure what the problem was. 3 hours online to adobe support later, they got it sorted.

I purchased a full subscription just now, for CS users.
I had a previous subscription which ended last month, and now I just purchased a new pre-paid subscription for 1 year.
My problem is, that my new subscription is not activating for some reason...it;s connected to my adobe mail and when I try to add a license to my current adobe mail, it says that a seat is already exists!
I tried to add a license with a different mail address, I recieved the invitation, accepted it and i still get a message in the "Manage your team" window that invitation was sent and payement needed!!! (Screenshot attached).
WHAT SHOULD I DO? How can I solve this issue????

Can you purchase a monthly subscription
i dj for a living and have finally decided to purchase a mac. i am a little upset that i can't use my music site because it isn't compatible with a mac. does anyone know of any music sites that you can purchase a monthly subscription?
The answer to all is without BT Broadband you will not be able to view it unless you pay £12 to view it on Sky in your home.

Which payment method allows 12 month subscription
When I try to buy a subscription 12 month susbcription is disabled. I have tried a credit card (Amex) and Paypal payment methods. What I see is the following, "Unfortunately, you cannot purchase this amount of Skype Credit as it will exceed the monthly limit set for your current payment method. You can try purchasing a smaller amount of credit or use a different payment method. "
Which payment method can enable 12 month subscription?It might happen if you are using for example Skype Credit as payment method. Then if you don't have enough balance on your account 12month option is not offered.

They will check what is causing this issue and help you sort it out.

I have a subscription and I pay each month for that. I installed the suite Adobe (indesign, photoshop, illustrator and acroba) on my second computer (laptop) but they are installed like trial version. I can't activate them with my adobe. They still are trial versions... How can I actvate them on my second computer ?
On that computer... Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Absolutely yes! You can install your Acrobat subscription on up to two computers like your desktop & laptop.
Install Acrobat and use the same Adobe ID credentials to activate the software on both the machines.

I bought $14.99 worth of skype credits yesterday, $5 was for the on the go skype credit while the other $9.99 was a monthly subscription.But I have only been allowed to use the $5 credits, the monthly subscription is not active. I checked your account and it seems like you purchased a subscription which is identical to the one you already have. Please be aware that when you purchase an identical subscription, it will just extend your current subscription. But the new subscription you bought will only become active once the old one expires. I have sent a private message to you regarding when you can use your newly bought subscription. You can find the link to your mailbox on the top right of the community.

Why was I requested to enter a serial number for Acrobat Standard when I am only a monthly subscriber? I can't activate the product.
After I sign on with email address and password, I am also asked to enter a serial number which I was not given...Hello,
In order to activate the product should get the following option:-
- Use trial or subscription
- I have a serial number
Please select the option - Use trial or subscription and click next- Restart Acrobat and sign in with your Adobe ID

Why I can not connect more than one device at a time with a monthly subscription?

We would need to cancel one of the subscriptions and then you could sign up again using another ID.

Can't successfully install Photoshop under month-to-month subscription
I bought a month to month subscription for Photoshop CS6 several days ago, but I haven't yet been able to use the previously-installed copy, so I deleted it. Now I try to install again, and I get, "Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support advizor to detect..." Then Adobe Support Advisor says, "Inspection could not identify any issues. Please contact Adobe Support..." Monthly subscription continues to tick away, but I can't use Photoshop. This is on Mac OS 10.6.8 on an older Mac Pro with 10 GB RAM. Thanks for any guidance you can provide.
If the installer is failing to initialize then you will need to manually review the PDApp.log as the Adobe Support Advisor does not review or upload this file for support.
