Can't activate ODS because of the older request..

Hi All,
I loaded delta from PSA to ODS, but I can not activate it in ODS, error is 'Request xxxx (12345) has not or not correctly been updated. Please edit'. The point is that there is an older request that was loaded to ODS (I can't say if it was activated or not). I checked for this old request number in the change log and it is not there.
Where can I find it if it is not in the Change log?

Hi all.
I got error in Process Chain on ODS activation step:
"Cannot activate request 0000023328(REQU_D7N3L27NSKGQ3DOCQK1KN1K79) of DataStore object 0FIGL_O10"
The strange thing is that there is no request 0000023328 in 0FIGL_O10 ODS and I got the same error whille trying to repeat activation step in PChain. Any suggestions how to manage this activation problem?

Here is the best possible solution.
Go to RSRQ -
> ENTER the request REQU_D7N3L27NSKGQ3DOCQK1KN1K79 -
> execute
It provides you all the information about the request.
So you can delete that request where ever it is available. Then activate the ODS.

If you are trying to activate an iPad or iPhone and it is asking for a previous owners Apple ID and password, you have encountered the Activation Lock. This is a security feature that prevents thieves from setting up and using a stolen or lost iPad or iPhone. You have no alternative. Find a way to contact whoever you bought it from. If you can't do that, turn it over to the police. The phone is probably stolen. There is NO WAY past the activation lock without the credentials for the Apple ID that was used to lock it.

The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required.

i bought the HP Pavilion G7 1015eg from Media Markt in German for my boss. and i tried to install the driver which i just download it from the HP Drivercenter from the beginning, because i have already bought another Windows 7 professional from Saturn. there is one driver which i could not install, the synaptics touchpad driver for 64 bit Windows 7 professional, i became a trouble windows from the operatinsystem which said this driver is not compatibel for my windows 7 professional 64bit, but i am very true that i downloaded it the right one(for 64bit windows7)from the HP homepage. could somebody check that link and file if the driver it is the right one for the pavilion G7 1015eg Laptop?
i also made systemupdate over microsoft which the synaptics touchpad driver has been listed but...i can not activate my touchpad over the buttom linksabove(the buttom in the links corner), i don't know if there is a configuration or something needed?
i doublecheck my downloadfiles and links, it must be the right one, and i have an other HP Probook 4520s, and i know how to activate this device(double tap).

If the iPhone has Activation Lock - that is, it's asking for the previous owner's Apple ID and password to activate the device - then you will need that information, or you'll need to get the previous owner to remove the device from his/her iCloud account:

This is your husband's app, only your husband can update it. Apps are forever tied to the Apple ID that purchased them. No other Apple ID can update someone else's app.

There is no other way. Without the correct credentials you won't be able to use it.

The 3GS was not sold as an unlocked phone in the US 2 years ago and AT&T did not offer unlocking then.
You bought a hacked phone. The Apple servers can detect the hack and have now disabled activation. Contact AT&T and find out if you qualify to have it unlocked or buy a new legitimately unlocked phone.

Sorry, you can't. If your phone is carrier locked, you will need a sim card from that carrier, to activate it.
