Can't activate product-license key?

So i recently bought an acer windows 8 64 bits, and everything was going smoothly until one day a virus from the internet affected my system, and now most of my drivers are gone with no backup or any cd to install them, and windows doesn't function well
anymore, like i can't change lock screen or purchase from windows shop, and even a mtp USB errors with no solution, I've tried many methods like contacting the manufacture for support, and I even tried PC cleaner and it gave like a thousand error messages,
and the only solution is to use the license-product key, however my product-license key is invalid for some reason, and I don't have an original windows disc to do a proper format, so please help me, and sorry for dragging this, it just that I'm really frustrated,
hope you guys give links a video would be great because I'm not very knowledgeable about computers.

  • Computer crashed, had to move programs to new hard drive, now Lightroom wants a serial number to open and I can only find the license key I was given upon purchasing it.

    Flash Builder 4.5 serial number will not work directy in Flash Builder 4.7. You can use FB 4.5 key in upgrade scenario (upgradation from FB 4.5 to FB 4.7).
    Please use the Flash Builder 4.7 serial number provided at http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=labs_flashbuilder4-7  for serialing Flash Builder 4.7.

  • Can't activate products with valid creative cloud subcription.

    Briefly:
    i have a valid cloud subcription.. I dowloaded Adobe application manager. Signed in to Creative cloud website than clicked the link "download" which opened application manager and installed the selected product.
    After i opened the installed product i tried to activate it. I clicked on the LIncense Sofware button and logged in with the adobe id. But it strted to asks for serial number. So i turned to adobe support live chat. After one hour of chat turned out the problem is that i have a Windows OS with hungarian language and application manager installed the hungarian version of photoshop which can t be activated with crative cloud subcription,
    Is this true?
    THey recommended me to install adobe products on an OS with english language and install english version adobe products. I don t think this ok!
    Can anybody help me??? Or creative cloud subcription is waste og mony if i don t have english OS??

    Hi ISSUESKFT,
    When the Adobe Application Manager starts up, ou can click on your name that appears on the Adobe Application Manager and choose Preferences.
    In preferences choose the magyar language and install the softwares.
    If you want you can install them in English language and there should not be any issue in activating the products. Creative Cloud subsiption doesnot requires a Serial Number number, just sign-in is required.
    Please try it and let me know what happens.

All was well until the develop module stopped working last night and I'm now getting a "develop module disabled - renewal required" message.     If the develop module is disabled and you are being asked to renew then you have downloaded and installed the creative cloud version of Lightroom. It is the same program, but is licensed completely differently. You cannot activate it with your serial number. You will have to uninstall that version, and then install from here:
    Product updates
    If the installer doesn't prompt you for the serial number, you can get to the registration screen through the help menu in Lightroom.

  • Where can I find old license keys?

    The Adobe website has changed and looks to be focused on CC. In the office we have someone still using CS2 which is fine for his needs. But on his new computer Photoshop keeps asking for the CS2 key. I tried to look it up on Adobe's website, but can't fin the section with license keys after login in anymore.   • How to recover lost product license keys and not just Microsoft licenses?

    Which products have you tried?  Have you looked at Magic Jelly Bean?  Depending on the OS and software, some keys are not retrievable.  You should also know that certain software are not transferable from one PC to another, reference the license terms of each for clarification. 

    There are so many products out there that claim to recover lost software license keys and all of the ones I've tried either recover only MS license keys or no keys at all.  I'm trying to recover keys from my fathers old system to install on his new one and some of the products he used do not have the keys available.  Anyone out there with a viable product key recovery tool that will get back more than just MS license keys?
    My father will be greatly pleased.

    Unfortunately no.
    I have my brother-in-law working on a possible algorithm for this. He is one of those mathmatics nuts, just talking to him about some of this stuff can give you a headache. (He's a very nice person really).
    I will post any results we come up with on this thread to allow others to use the code, but it may take a month or two...

  • Transferring Coldfusion to a new server - Upgrade license; Can't find old license key HELP!!

         I am currently in the process of porting over my data from another server to a new server. 
    On that server I am running ColdFusionMX7 Standard and want to continue running it on the new one. 
    Coldfusion is currently loaded on the new server through a trial edition but when I try and enter the Serial Number I see on the Coldfusion on the server I am currently operating, it prompts me that "You have entered an upgrade license key (XXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX), which requires you to enter the license key of your previous version of ColdFusion."
    Do you have any advice on this?  Is there any way to find that old license on the old server?

    If you are talking about serial numbers to activate the software, as far as I know there are no serial numbers for activating cloud-based applications.  If you happen to have trial versions installed and need to convert them to cloud use, see the folowing help document:
