Can't activate products with valid creative cloud subcription.

Question

Briefly:
i have a valid cloud subcription.. I dowloaded Adobe application manager. Signed in to Creative cloud website than clicked the link "download" which opened application manager and installed the selected product.
After i opened the installed product i tried to activate it. I clicked on the LIncense Sofware button and logged in with the adobe id. But it strted to asks for serial number. So i turned to adobe support live chat. After one hour of chat turned out the problem is that i have a Windows OS with hungarian language and application manager installed the hungarian version of photoshop which can t be activated with crative cloud subcription,
Is this true?
THey recommended me to install adobe products on an OS with english language and install english version adobe products. I don t think this ok!
Can anybody help me??? Or creative cloud subcription is waste og mony if i don t have english OS??

Melinda: same happeing again. when i open photoshop it says the trial will expire in 5 days. than i click on License This Software button than on the next screen i click on the Login button and it asks for a serial number which i don t have.

Shivashankar: I have checked with the resources and I see that you have purchased the English version product and you are activating the Hungarian language version software, hence you are facing this issue.
Shivashankar: I would request you to  install the product in English language and try to activate using your Adobe ID and password to resolve this issue.
Melinda: How can i install the english version? Because the application mager installed it. i didn t choose the language.
Melinda: i just clicked the install link on the creative cloud portal than the application manager did the rest automatically

Hi ISSUESKFT,
When the Adobe Application Manager starts up, ou can click on your name that appears on the Adobe Application Manager and choose Preferences.
In preferences choose the magyar language and install the softwares.
If you want you can install them in English language and there should not be any issue in activating the products. Creative Cloud subsiption doesnot requires a Serial Number number, just sign-in is required.
Please try it and let me know what happens.
