Can't activate PS CS6 on my desktop

I installed Photoshop CS6 Student on my laptop and now I put it on my desktop. Tried to activate it there, logged in, put in the serial number and nothing happens... Window just disappears, no way to activate it...

Hi,
I have a Creative Cloud membership.
I was using AE CS6 but had some problems and as recommended on the forum, I uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall.
I opened Creative Cloud desktop app and couldn't find any CS6 app on the list!
So I've downloaded AE CC instead, successfully.
Now I wish to download AE CS6 as well.
I followed the instruction for downloading CS6 apps, as mentioned on: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html
In the Creative Cloud desktop app, I navigated to AE and clicked More Information to open the app page in my browser.
I select the CS6 version of AE to download - the text on the download button changed to Download After Effects CS6 and I clicked it to start the download.
Creative Cloud desktop app opened but AE CS6 wasn't on the app list, just AE CC with other CC apps.
Unfortunatly the Creative Cloud desktop app is the only way to download apps, can't do it through thw website..
Can someone please help me figuring out how to download AE CS6?
Should I Uninstall/reinstall again?

Please refer the kb: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html for apps showing upto date..
If your home tab is showing blank then navigate to C/Users/User name/Appdata/Local/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and remove it. Launch CC desktop and sign in again.

Can't activate my CS6 on my new Mac, serial number invalid.

THis seems like a straight forward issue. I bought my CS6 license when I had a Windows computer and now I have a new Mac. When I download and install the program to my Mac, my serial number does not work. I've called adobe customer support over 5 times, each time taking over 40min to explain the issue and still have not been able to install CS6 on my Mac. I need to use my programs today, please help!

Where can i activate the CS6 Student & Teacher Edition?

I buyed my creative suit on cyberport, now i want to sent adobe my student identity card but i cant find the page for that. in the adobe-pack that ive got is a dead link where im normaly get my serialnumber. Is that because of the cloud?

Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium unable to activate after reinstallation of Crashed Desktop PC hard disk.

I tried reinstalling and activating my copy of Adobe CS6 after my Desktop PC hard disk crashed. I was not able to deactivate that copy since the Hard disk crashed making even booting to windows impossible. Please advise how I can activate this copy on my desktop PC.

If it's the same machine (same CPU) there should not be any need to activate. The actiovation is tied to your CPU.

I am having the same problem. I did download the two files and started the .exe file. The .exe file appears to run downloading files. When the bar is full the window dissapears without any options. Both files are in the same folder. any thoughts?

If you should not use the old computer anymore you may want to deactivate Photoshop there, though.

Can't activate products with valid creative cloud subcription.

Briefly:
i have a valid cloud subcription.. I dowloaded Adobe application manager. Signed in to Creative cloud website than clicked the link "download" which opened application manager and installed the selected product.
After i opened the installed product i tried to activate it. I clicked on the LIncense Sofware button and logged in with the adobe id. But it strted to asks for serial number. So i turned to adobe support live chat. After one hour of chat turned out the problem is that i have a Windows OS with hungarian language and application manager installed the hungarian version of photoshop which can t be activated with crative cloud subcription,
Is this true?
THey recommended me to install adobe products on an OS with english language and install english version adobe products. I don t think this ok!
Can anybody help me??? Or creative cloud subcription is waste og mony if i don t have english OS??

Hi ISSUESKFT,
When the Adobe Application Manager starts up, ou can click on your name that appears on the Adobe Application Manager and choose Preferences.
In preferences choose the magyar language and install the softwares.
If you want you can install them in English language and there should not be any issue in activating the products. Creative Cloud subsiption doesnot requires a Serial Number number, just sign-in is required.
Please try it and let me know what happens.

I reinstalled CS6 on top of itself the install gave me three options install with a serial number, Start my subscription and install as a trial. I tried the start my subscription option. But the install did not find a CS6 subscription for my userid. I did not want to install with my CS6 serial number so I choose Trial the second attempt. The Install installed CS6 Extended but not as a trial rather it was activated for Photoshop CS6 menu help showed Deactivate not activate. Using CS6 menu Help>Update started Adobe Application Manager and it it found update 13.1.2 was available. So I left CS6 extended activated clicked update and closed CS6. The Application Manager updated CS6 to 13.1.2 without any problem. However when I tried to start Adobe Bridge CS6 I received several pop up errors stating msvcp110.dll was missing, try reinstalling the application. The same pop up error also happen when I started Adobe Bridge CC msvcp110.dll is missing try reinstalling the application. Searching this forum I found that this is a common problem with Adobe installs. That I should run Adobe vcredist_x64.exe that would fix the problem. So I searched for it and ran it and it did fix the Adobe install problems for now Bridge CS6 and CC now starts without any problem.
CS6 is now CS6 extendes at version 13.1.2... Thank you.
