Can't add markers or in/out points in prelude- please help!

I can't add the markers. my keyboard is wireless one, works fine, but what is going on? I get half the use of prelude due to this.

Just having the same trouble ingesting footage from Canon 5DMK2 CF card. Is it also a format that is not supported? It ingests fine without transcoding and playback is as expected. However, no options anywhere for in and out markers once ingested.
Or have I just gone loopy and missed something?
Seems a big omission to me? Also, why do you have to transcode for partial ingesting of clips? Isn't one of the pluses to Premiere CS6 that you can work natively with many codecs such as h.264? Why do we have to transcode first?
Until these issues are addressed, sadly I cannot consider Prelude part of our workflow! Great Shame.
Appreciate your thoughts and any advice.

If the repair shop was not apple certified repair shop then Apple will not replace/ or touch that device with a ten foot pole sadly. I'd follow Rudegar's advise and try anthoer repair shop as sadly it sounds like you got jipped by the original owner. Always verify your infomation through the company before you hand over the money!

You can't. You can't export part of a sequence. Duplicate it and remove the bits you don't want to export from the duplicate.

Are you running modified software on your phone? This error seems to be common if the firmware has been modified and you're trying to restore the phone again.

Like ckuan said, Apple does not unlock iPhone; your carrier does, provided that the carrier offers this service.
Unfortunately, SoftBank does not offer authorized unlocking of iPhone.
Your best option is to sell this phone and buy another iPhone from the carrier of your choice or better buy a factory unlocked iPhone so you would be able to use it with any compatible GSM carrier around the world.

I really do not think it is the iPad or your network connection. Other users have reported this very same issue. Try this and see if it works for you - it may not work - but it's easy to try - harmless - and it has worked in the past for others.
Try signing out of your account and restart your iPad.
Go to Settings>Store>Apple ID and tap the ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. Go back to Settings>Store> Apple ID and sign in again.

You need to either reset the rescue email address's password(check the site's help for instructions) or ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

Sorry, no idea at this point with so few details to go on. It will probably help if you'll post what version of Mac OS X you're running and who your email provider is. Someone then may have some ideas.

To delete files from your external HDD, attach it to your MBP and drag the unwanted files to trash and then empty trash.
Then you select the files that you want to transfer by 'drag and drop' to the external HDD and trash the files on your MBP.
