Can't AirPrint documents to canon wifi

I have iPhone 4 and iPad 2 and neither one will allow me to AirPrint. As I hav the canon easy photo print app on both devices I know that the printer works with them. I have even tried to connect to the printer through USB lead and still have no luck
I hope someone can offer me advice ..........

It looks like there are three Canon printers that support AirPrint - the PIXMA MG8220, MG6220, and MG5320
Wireless Photo All-In-One Printers. If you have one of these and it's not working - perhaps you need to download an update firmware from the Canon website. Check out http://usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/AirPrint
If it's not one of these, you'll need a third party solution - or possibly a Canon App if they have one (I know HP did before they supported AirPrint)

Yes, that should work at least temporarily. Some printers are not constantly looking for WiFi networks, however, so you'll have to make sure the hotspot is setup and active every time you turn your printer on.

Remote access to TC is allowed by BTMM and iCloud service.
Not for ipad or iphone.. only the Macbook although I think people have some work arounds..
NOTE. Your school firewall should block it. If I was still working in network admin I would. ie you are risking the whole network to get access to files unchecked for viruses.. and please don't just say Macs don't get viruses, you can still be the source of the infection even if you don't suffer the disease. Just a carrier.

Air print, and the normal hp airprint set up requires that the pad and the printer be on the same wifi net work. The 'connecting' is done by your router. That means remote printing wont work with the out of the box stuff. I think you might find some 3rd party apps that do support remote printing, but i have not seen any reports from users that found a really good solution. Print n share reads like it might work, i am sure some users will chime in.

In mail when I try to print it just says can,t find air printers. It used to say print with print n share.

I sent e-mail to developer regarding this and they said that basically Apple has denied them access to the Airprint dialog in the new source code for iOS 5. So, the only way to print to pdf is to capture the e-mail or webpage in the internal apps within Print n Share. INHO, this really *****. Apple should make printing to pdf files just a standard feature of all their apps. If they don't do this, they are going to lose alot of business to the Adroid world as pdf file format is the business standard for all documents.

Can I share documents with other iCloud accounts in my family?

Both me and my wife use iCloud, we have separate accounts, although they used to be a family account in the MobileMe world.
I've just started using numbers and am impressed with iCloud integration however I want to be able to share some documents with my wife and vice versa. I hoped this would work similar to calendar whereby you can invite another user to share the calendar. For calendars it works brilliantly but I can't find anything similar with the documents.
I can share a document via email but it would be good if we could sync certain documents.
Does anyone know if this is possible? If not, can someone tell me how I could submit feedback for iCloud to Apple?

Is your printer on the list of Airprint enabled printers? If it is, you set it up through your home computer and your iPad should recognize it. If it is not, you can not make a non-Airprint printer Airprint enabled.

I can't print to my Canon MP830 all-in-one printer unless I use weprint which causes me to leave my PC logged in at all times in order to see the printer. The cannon is the printer I use at home and if I open my laptop and log into our server at work (I have had to add my home printer to the list of printers on the work server in order to see it). Why won't my Ipad 2 see my Canon. I know that it works well with most HP printers however, there is absolutely no reason for me to purchase another printer when mine is perfectly fine and well-suited for our home office. What can I do to remedy this issue?

Copy (or cut) the area you want to print, and paste it in to a new document.
Or take a screen shot (by simultaneously holding Shift + Command + 4 keys) of the area you want to print, then print the resulting screen shot file (which appears on your desktop).

That's incredible... from one week I can't connect to AppStore using WIFI anymore... just using 3G.
So I don't download apps anymore!

this mac networked other window computers(vista), the canon ir 5020i is file sharing(scanning and save the documents) with vistas.
All computers are same "Work Group" and this mac can print out to the canon ir 5020i.
i can see(open and delete) the files of the mac from vista computers.
how can i get a file sharing with this mac?

I can't save documents in Pages. I get a "file does not exist" error message. I've tried changing the file name, length, and location. To no avail. This is only sporadic.

I have a similar problem although I'm running OSX 10.9.5. I'v just started to completely remove pages and attempt a reinstall. I did the search for the plist file. There was only one file with the com.apple.iwork.pages name but it did not have the .plist extension, even when I checked the info page. Is this the same file?
I'm not sure I want to update to Yosemite yet, but it looks like I may have to in order to continue to work with my pages documents, unless the reinstall works.
