i have to make a system variant, starting with cus&****
but when i try to save it, it says:
"In Mehrmandantensystemen dürfen keine Systemvarianten angelegt werden."
in english:
"In Systems with more Clients you're not allowed to apply system variants"
sorry for my bad english but i hope you understand it that way
it's not a problem with user rights isnt it?

If you're opening the application directly or through another method other than opening the document, move it to the Applications folder; that error means that the application set as the default wasn't found or is in the Trash.

I can't run system profiler, or disc utility to see what's under the hood. I keep getting 'error code -10660'
Any ideas?
Any recommendations for the monitor would be appreciated also. I was thinking something about $200.

Any app that can repair ".kext" system extension errors?
I sometimes see a handful of these pop up in a row (maybe 5-6 error messages in a row sometimes):
^not my particular error, just a stock photo from google, but pretty much the exact same wording/everything..
I am looking for something that can be used in the sense like how Disk Utility can "Repair Disk Permissions", but something that can "Repair .kext Permissions" (lol) if that's a thing..
Preferably looking for something simple, straightforward and isn't going to cause me to need to do a reinstall of OSX cuz it messed up any critical files..
Any recommendations?Here's what I would try- in this order
make a backup first.
If it is an Apple .kext (like in your example), then repair your HD (boot into your recovery partition (⌘ R at restart) and use Disk Utility to repair your HD, and restart.
If it is a non-apple .kext, figure out what the app is that installed it, and uninstall it with the uninstaller from the developer. And restart.
4. If that doesn't work, reinstall Mavericks with the combo updater, over your current installation. It shouldn't remove any of your documents. OS X Mavericks 10.9.5 Update (Combo)

I am able to record music on cd's, I am able to record on DVD-RW, I can't however record on DVD -R anymore and have tried three different brands.

75% of overhead to be loaded on WIP. System giving error: Msg No. KJ333

We are executing WIP (TCode: KKAX). We have load only 75% of the overhead. Hence for this, we have maintained 3 things ReqToCap - OVH,
OptToCap - OVH and % OvhToCap as 75%.

I have reset the printing system, a few times for good measure but nadda.
I have also looked at getting the software from the Apple site after seeing that with Snow Leopard you should let the operating system lead the install not the manufacteurers software as it is most likely out of date. I too found it wasn't there so I uninstalled the software got up the CLX_3300 series stuff then went from there with the USB cable. It apparently hasn't worked either
Unfortunately now after using the print utility to scan for a while that has now gone again on the last restart of the Mac. I am so completely clueless
The box says the printer is compatible, the place of purchase said it was compatible, the Samsung site says it is compatible.
I think it's the set up of my Mac? Our maybe a glitch in the network settings?

Help!!! When I first got my laptop with Windows 8 i kept getting Flash Player errors on games at Pogo, After a few days, our combined efforts allowed me to eliminate errors. This a.m. I had to refresh my PC and now the errors are back. Any ideas on how to correct this?Flash
Flash Player (IE) in Windows 8 is embedded by Microsoft and it updates through Windows Update.
They released an update last week for Flash Player.

hello, this is currently a problem in firefox when you first close all open firefox windows and then close the application afterwards - the bug should be addressed in a later version of firefox.
as a workaround in the meanwhile you could close firefox (through firefox > quit) while the browser window is still running or try this: enter about:config into the firefox location bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up) & search for the preference named '''browser.sessionstore.resume_from_crash'''. double-click it and change its value to '''false'''. -

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards? -

How can I resolve Indesign 2014 error msg: cannot convert to color space, no source or destination path?
The color tab is blank and the swatches palette only has the basic rgb colors (no other swatches). I see the error message when I try to load rgb or cmyk into the color tab. Interestingly: the Indesign cc 2013 (still installed on my computer) has access to all the color swatches and palettes. Is there a way to establish the correct color path/destination for Indesign 2014? My OS is Windows 7.

Apply ALV variant before export file in background task
Hi all,
I'm working on an ALV report.
As my report should deal with a great amount of data, it's sometimes running in background.
Users want the result to be sent by mail (in .CSV format so that they can use it in excel).
For now, the sending is OK but the file contains all fields of the internal table (no specific filter, no sort...).
How can i apply ALV variant (i.e keeping some of the fields, filter the list an so on) to the internal table before i build the file ?
