Can't Block Numbers (PLEASE HELP QUICKLY)

Ok, this is the second time I've used MyVerizon, and the second time I've had problems with it. And from the looks of it, I'm not the only one. I know there are threads about this already but I need help quickly but I can't call customer support at the moment.
Anyway, I need to block a number or two as quickly as possible. However, I can't do it because 90% of the things on MyVerizon aren't working. It says something like "Couldn't verify your account." or something like that. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. I downloaded the MyVerizon app for my Droid and I got the same problem. I need help VERY fast, and I'm hoping that I can get some. Thank you.

Sorry about your issues.Make sure that you are login into vzw.com with your user id or 10 digit mtn and password, once logged in click on the tab of safeguards located under my Verizon. At the top second tab select call and message blocking to add the 2 numbers that you want to block...hope this helps!
