Can't browse music videos?

So, i updated to the latest iTunes 7.3.1.3 and i go to browse the music videos.
I click "iTunes store" on the left.
I click the link "Browse" on the top right
I click "Music Videos".
I then get 3 boxes. The middle box it titled "Genre" and says "Select Medium" and i can't find a way to do what it tells me. I can't browse the music videos like i used to.

Anyone else having this issue and perhaps a work around?

try using mpeg streamclip to convert the file to mp4. it worked for me.

The computer not working in no way means the drive is inaccessible.
Place the drive in an external enclosure.
Use the backup of the computer to restore the data to the new computer.

Can't download music videos to my ipod

I just got an ipod with video. I have had no problems downloading music from Limewire to itunes and then onto my ipod. I can download a music video from Limewire and drag it to itunes, but it won't download onto my ipod. I called support and they said I probably need Quicktime 7 pro for which I just paid 30.00 and I still can't download the videos to my ipod. What am I doing wrong?

The problem is I can no longer back up my photo and video files taken on my phone, saved to my mac, by copying them and saving them on a USB stick or other external hard drive.
Select the photos and videos in Photos and use the command "File > Export" and select a folder on your USB stick to save the photos to.

I am running Windows 7 Professional and I have alot of Music Videos and Movies that I am wanting to play in the new iTunes ( 11.1.5.5 ). I am trying to find a good Program that can convert alot of these so I can import then into iTunes . I do not have Quick Time installed on my computer , to see if they will play on Quick Time. I play most of them with the VLC Player . My computer just will not give me the option of playing most of them with iTunes , so I realize that most of them are not compatible with iTunes .

i was hoping someone can help me.
im new to ipods and itunes. and i downloaded itunes and quicktime and i downloaded a music video in itunes and when i play it in itunes i get a green box and can hear what is going on but not see anything.
Any ideas???

IPad 2 playing of all music videos in the folder is not possible. You can play a music video (all purchased from iTunes) but once is finished you have to manually select another one. This defeats the whole concept of having a music video library

How could we play all music videos within the music folder in the iPad2 ? In other words, select all, choose random, and click play and all music videos will automatically play upon completion of the one been viewed without the user having to deselect another video manually (annoying interrupt).
Currently you have to choose each music video and upon completion choose the next one manually. That defeats the whole concept of a music video library.
This does not happen on previous iPad or MacBook Pro iTunes!!!!!
Very annoying.

Can't play music videos in sequence

I have about 10 - 12 music videos on my iMac, all of which were downloaded from iTunes.
I can only play one video on the AppleTV and then it stops. Is there a way to play iTunes music videos on my AppleTV in either shuffle or sequence? After one video plays it does not advance to the next video. I have syched the videos to my AppleTV.

If Apple would fix this so the music videos would all play one after another, this would be such a much needed enhancement, as I have really enjoyed this device. Keeping my fingers crossed for 2008...

No, you cannot playback video content on the nano. See this.
Ignore that playlist, it's either there by accident (probably transferred from iTunes when you first connected the iPod since auto sync all music and playlists is the default setting) or was on the iPod by default.
It's a commonly asked question because this playlist appears on the nano which leads people to believe the nano is video capable when in fact it isn't.

Can't sync music video I purchased on iTunes to my iPhone

Hi - hopefully someone can help since i have already dedicated far too much time to trying to work this out! I bought a video on iTunes which will not sync to my iPhone. i have recently updated the software and the setting is on 'sync all' so cant see why it isn't working. i have also tried to manually 'drag and drop' the file onto my iPhone and that wont work either. is there a problem with the licensing rules of this particular music video (it's elton john; Your Song (Red Piano Show) [Live In Las Vegas]) or do i just need to adjust a setting somewhere? To be honest I meant to download the song and not the video but am now determined to work out why it wont work! please help. thanks in advance

I have the same problem. Going on for over a month. Itunes keeps giving me emails to check info unrelated to this problem. They gave me a credit and told me to re download. I erased the purchased movies and bought them again. Same problem. This mac plays them fine, but I can't get them onto my ipad and iphone. Other movies, no problem. Just bought another movie at random. Same problem.
This mac is only a few months old. The ipad is an ipad2. The iphone is the iphone 4. All are up to date on their software. I have restored both the iphone and the ipad. same problem. the Genius bar says it is an itunes problem, and they can't help.
My family has five Macbook pros (or whatever the new equivilent is), four iphone 4, two ipad 2 and one ipad1. Never had this problem before.

Can't view music videos since upgrade

Since upgrading iTunes to 10.2.1 I can no longer view music videos. I hear the music, but the window only displays the same image that's showing in Now Playing.
I have made no other changes except the upgrade?

Thanks, I think that did the trick. At least now I can see Little Feat play "Let It Roll'
