Can't burn since update to 7.0.2

Question

I've seen many posts about this with various "fixes" and many more still experiencing the problem. I've got this installed on two PCs - a Dell laptop and a Dell desktop. Both are broken since the update. This has got to be a problem with the iTunes software. From the posts, it appears Apple has yet to publicly accept responsibility. I guess you can try some of the "fixes" listed, but I'll just wait (angrily) for 7.0.3. I did try slowing my burn speed, the "Include CD Text" was already off, and I've tried different brands of blanks (three supposed solutions). But both PCs were working with the same blanks and at maximum speeds before.
I hate it when updates break something.

Hi Roy,
The other user that responded has a different drive than I. I did not see any updates on the Dell site for mine. They had it for the 324S but not the 324F. Here is the diag output:
