Can't buy apps/music from my pc.

Question

A while a go, itunes asked me to create a "second password" for extra protection for my itunes account, but I was so stupid to just fill in something weird that I never can remember... And here is the problem, I want to buy myself some games for my ipad, but filesize exceeds the 50MB limit, so I went to my pc to download the games, first it ask me to fill in my normal password, and after that it wants my "second password" but I don't remeber that password anymore..
When I buy something with my ipad, it never ask for the "second password" so I called Apple, and they say that they can do nothing for me, because they can't identify my as the owner of the account, they want me to add a creditcard number, only via that way they can help me, but I don't have a credit card anyway near.
When I buy myself a new apple product, I won't be able to buy new music or apps....
Is it possible when I open a new account, and ask apple to transfer all my data to my new account?
When I have to buy all my music and apps once again, that is going to cost me hundreds of euros, or can I use 2 accounts on 1 device?......

You can't transfer content from one account to another account, so creating a new account wouldn't gain you much.
Do you mean that it's the security questions/answers that you can't remember (they are asked when you try to buy something for the first time on a new computer) ? If you do then if you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Questions' or 'iTunes Store account security' (it appears to vary by country) and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox).
