Can't buy Extar storaage for iCloud - password inn correct

Question

Why can't I buy extra storage I get inn correct password
But to buy apps there is no problem.
Help any one?

Hi guys, thanks for the attention. I'm in the UK attempting to pay with a Maestro debit card, the details are all correct and it allowed me to use it to turn on 1-click via the UK apple store site.
Just to clarify the situation, I click Buy Book then this window pops up
I presume this is as normal.
Then I click Set Up Account button and get this:
I enter my correct Apple ID and password for an account with 1-click switched on and click on login. Then I get this window:
This is exactly as it appears except it has my secret question and answer filled in (which I have deleted in this screen shot for security).
So I have nothing to change, I may think it's odd that I have to do any setting up at all as I have a set up account, but I click step 2 nonetheless. I have to click agree to some terms of use and then I am presented with this:
Again I have deleted all form sections but it pops up fully completed with the exception of my card number which has Xs substituted for all but the last four digits. If I click next immediately or if I change the Xs for my correct card number and if I try selecting any of the card types first, I always get this message:
It seems to me that it's because Maestro isn't an option, I thought it was technically sort of a Mastercard product but evidently not. Sorry for the super long post but I wanted to be clear about what was the problem. So how does anyone get this working with a debit card?
