Contact iTunes Store Support to complete this transaction.
I re-start app store & iMac - didn't help. Deleted "com.apple.appstore" didn't help. Re-install mountion lion didn't help. But I can download free app's and any content from iTunes. Please Help

I was looking for articles to try and resolve your specific issue, and came across an article that I think will help to resolve your issue. Its called The iPhone Troubleshooting Assistant found here: http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/assistant/application/.
I would start at the first step and verify your iPad meets the requirements for the game:
Verify iOS requirements
Make sure the app is compatible with your iPhone software:
Check the requirements in the App Store.
Check your iOS version using Settings > General > About.
If the app requires a newer version of the iOS than the one you are using, update iOS on your iPhone.
If it comes to step 3, Close app, I recommend closing ALL the apps not just the app store.

Quit the App Store.
Go to /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration
Move the NetworkInterfaces.plist file from the SystemConfiguratin folder to the Trash.
Relaunch the App Store.

Sorry... But... You cannot use other countries itunes stores.
You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country...
