Can't buy on itunes store online

For couple of days now it seems that my purchases are either not processed (error message telling me that request can't be processed at this time) or purchase don't go all the way through, I don't have the item downloaded on my computer but however it shows in my purchase history???
Anyone else having this kind of touble??

I'm right there with you. I access the iTunes home page just fine, and then nothing else I do (log in, search, click on anything) will work properly--I get that annoying candycane-like "working" bar for as long as I want to wait on it. Even this forum took 20 tries to get this far--quite pathetic.
The rest of my internet universe works fine, btw. I have no problems accessing programs or websites or the like. So, can it really be my computer or my ISP? I am having trouble finding someone to resolve this issue without wasting everyone's time.
I tried the normal uninstall/reinstall iTunes, and the elementary troubleshooting on Apple's site (which implies that it's your fault that you cannot buy their music, or your ISP's fault). How fortunate for me that everything else works just fine.
I have Win2k SP4 with the latest updates; I have no issues running my local iTunes program (library, shuffle, recharging/syncing my iPod, etc); no problems with Quicktime; so on and so on. I just need the **** iTunes store to wake up and work, LOL.
Anyone had these problems and had them resolved? Or is Apple just incompatible with me? I'd like to buy music and stuff for my iPod without having to go to other sources.

By 'can't use them' you mean ... ? Are you getting any error messages ? Your account's balance can be used to buy content for yourself (you can't use it for gifting) from the app store, iTunes store, ibookstore and Mac App Store

I want to buy a code online. I remember I got a Christmas present from a distant relative as one: I got an email from Apple that someone had bought a code for me and the code was on the email so I just redeemed it on the spot. I want to do this, not get a physical card in the mail. How would I be able to do this? I want this to be all online.

Every time I tap install or buy in the AppStore it gives me "can't connect to iTunes Store" -I'm running ipad mini ios 6.1

OKay guys what happened: My ipad mini was working fine as good as it should be. I was able to install games and multiplayer with the apps. And suddenly everything changed when I tried to go play multiplayer it says something that I can't do multiplayer cause there's a connection problem or something that the Internet/wifi doesn't work..
but I'm connected at maximum 3 bars in my wifi. Also every time I go to AppStore , it loads the games and features but no updates. When I search games they appear. I tried to buy fifa 13 but after I tap the buy button it gives me a message of ""Cannot connect to iTunes Store"" AND I WAS SO MAD AND IRRITATED I turned off my ipad and turn back on nothing happens. I reset the network/just settings nothing happens, I turned off my router and back on . Still nothing happens. You can edit or delete your rescue email address at My Apple ID. To edit your rescue email address:
Navigate to My Apple ID using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so.

They are not currently available in Indonesia, so you won't be able to buy them from Apple. Do you have access to other music purchase download sites ? You can also copy your own CDs via your computer's iTunes.

If you're referring to the Apple Store for purchasing Macs, iPods, etc, to the best of my knowledge they offer only the physical cards.
