Can't buy on itunes store?
Hi, when i open up my itunes store the main, centre part is blank (but i can see stuff on the right bar)... Then when i try to click the button to buy something, nothing happens... itunes just doesn't respond at all. However I have a season pass for something, and that downloaded by itself just fine... please help ! THNKS !
I'm right there with you. I access the iTunes home page just fine, and then nothing else I do (log in, search, click on anything) will work properly--I get that annoying candycane-like "working" bar for as long as I want to wait on it. Even this forum took 20 tries to get this far--quite pathetic.
The rest of my internet universe works fine, btw. I have no problems accessing programs or websites or the like. So, can it really be my computer or my ISP? I am having trouble finding someone to resolve this issue without wasting everyone's time.
I tried the normal uninstall/reinstall iTunes, and the elementary troubleshooting on Apple's site (which implies that it's your fault that you cannot buy their music, or your ISP's fault). How fortunate for me that everything else works just fine.
I have Win2k SP4 with the latest updates; I have no issues running my local iTunes program (library, shuffle, recharging/syncing my iPod, etc); no problems with Quicktime; so on and so on. I just need the **** iTunes store to wake up and work, LOL.
Anyone had these problems and had them resolved? Or is Apple just incompatible with me? I'd like to buy music and stuff for my iPod without having to go to other sources.

By 'can't use them' you mean ... ? Are you getting any error messages ? Your account's balance can be used to buy content for yourself (you can't use it for gifting) from the app store, iTunes store, ibookstore and Mac App Store

OKay guys what happened: My ipad mini was working fine as good as it should be. I was able to install games and multiplayer with the apps. And suddenly everything changed when I tried to go play multiplayer it says something that I can't do multiplayer cause there's a connection problem or something that the Internet/wifi doesn't work..
but I'm connected at maximum 3 bars in my wifi. Also every time I go to AppStore , it loads the games and features but no updates. When I search games they appear. You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.

Additonally, at this point I really want to talk to someone who cares about how a customer like I might feel in such a situation and when I call corporate would like to talk to someone who is interested in hearing my input as it really sucks to think I really don't feel like going to the store anymore and would rather just buy stuff on amazon or newegg these days instead;/ When I know how much i used to enjoy going into the store and getting friendly with kind staff who worked with me to get the best deal on the items I got--perhaps this was because it was at a more desperate time when Best Buys fate as a company was more precarious prior to price matching taking origin. Also, on an aside, would like to add that obviously there is always the one or two people who go out of their way to make sure you have an excellent expeirenece so I am not trying to make any sweeping generalizations here. In fact, I find the forum contributors to be among the most kind and helpful, but that might be because they don't have to deal with the now seemingly dreaded "pricematch" epidemic;D

They are not currently available in Indonesia, so you won't be able to buy them from Apple. Do you have access to other music purchase download sites ? You can also copy your own CDs via your computer's iTunes.

Ive been through various threads on here.
There has been quite a few things said and some people are having luck with.
Reset all your settings works, but only once. when you shut down and open back up same problem.
Ive tried changing how my cookies respond, this doesnt work either.
My app store loads in a second, fastest its ever been.
Ive noticed that when your in settings and click on something eles it takes maybe a second or two before it changes to the next screen something thats never happened on 6
