Can't buy sandra bernhard from NL store - why?

In the UK you can buy the Sandra Bernhard CD from the I tunes store - but you can't when you're back in Amsterdam, Can anyone explain WHY?

    The Apple online store sells iTunes gift cards (e.g. here), and you will probably find them in stores (here in the UK they are sold in supermarkets and some high-street stores). iTunes gift cards and iTunes App Store gift cards should work.

    It does seem a bit off that the rules are that stringent....
    This is not a decision made by Apple.
    It is made by the copyright holding music or television companies and is part of the contract with the recording artist or program producer. They make the decision as to what territories are distributed to and what territories are left out.

    I have iTunes credit over 10 $ but still i can't buy an App from the mac App store although it show that i have credit and im sure i do, i tried exiting the Mac App Store and try again but still when i click on buy it opens a new window with billing info after i type my Account details, i don't use credit card and have always redeemed iTunes Gift Cards , but now it doesn't let me buy it!
    Any help on how to buy an App without the store taking me to billing info to add , would be appreciated

    Not covered by warranty. If you make an appointment at an Apple store, you will be offered an out of warranty replacement. Cost is US $199 for an iPhone 4S.

    Assuming it's in a supported format (which is likely), simply sync your iPad to iTunes on your computer.  Make sure you have specified that you would like to sync movies on the "movies" tab on the top right of the iTunes display (when your iPad is plugged in and its row highlighted).

    You can only buy content from your own country's store - to be able to buy from the German store you need a valid German billing address and be in Germany when buying from it.  You can try requesting that the film be added to the Austrian store, but ultimately it's the film studio that will have to grant Apple a license to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

    You will have to pay local sales tax in the US.. New york sales taxes are, I believe, nearly 9%. Then, assuming you are being legal, you will be paying your local VAT and import duties, and the carriers fee.
    You end that with very little difference in price. And you end up with no warranty. And an incompatible 4G chipset it you want to receive 4G.
