I know this post has been sitting here for a while, but looking at your account, we need more information. I see you have minimal funds in the account, and that may be the problem. Your SIP Profile is at a $0.00 balance. You have many users in this account , and only 6 have enough money to purchase the US & Canada Subscription.
Are you trying to purchase the subscription via a Client or in the SIP Profile? You cannot use subscriptions with Skype for SIP. Skype Connect is a Pay_As_You_Go account and you will pay by the minute for each call.

Currently, only Unlimited Subscriptions.
That Said, if you are NOT in the U.S. you can add a normal Skype name, and give them credit so that they could purchase a Limited subscription, or if you are in the U.S. and the Skype member is a business Skype name, you could do the same.

Can I assign subscriptions with Skype Manager?

My company wants to implement Skype for cost reducing, but there is an important issue I couldn't find the answer for: can I assign subscriptions with Skype Manager? For example, I buy a 400-minutes subscription and assign this subscription for an user?
If that is the case, can I take the subscription back from the user and give to someone else, or must I cancel it and buy a new one? And also, if an user is going to make 800 minutes in phone calls, in a land where there isn't a unlimited package, can I buy and assign him two 400 minutes subscriptions, or in fact as many subscriptions as I would like?
The best solution for me would be to have subscriptions that I can assign to users when they need it, and if in a month they are going to use less minutes, I can take that subscription and give it to another user.
Alternatively, I could have an account that many users would use, but at the same time and they would make calls at the same moment, and I don't know if Skype allows us to do this, both in computational terms as also in legal terms.
Does anyone knows the answers to my questions or could give me a suggestion?

Assigning subscriptions with S.M. is very easy but unfortunately some countries are missing on the list. For example I need to assign a subscription for one of my users registered in SM, which allow make calls to cell phones to Ukraine at lower rates. Payment for Subscriptions using credit isn't available to all users. If the option isn't presented it means that it's not available to you.

About my questions:
As I understand Skype for business is just name what contain two free software, like Skype manager and Skype connect. Also those are free, without charge ?
Also I read that there are two different accounts, like Premium and regular one. Premium contains some benefit. So, If I use that Skype for business manager system to I may or can add some premium accounts for some my staff and leave others with regular account ? I don’t have that manager systems installed jet, but what I read, I understand that I maybe just split credit - or is there way how I may also share regular and premium conots ?
Also, Right now my customers have 25 workers, but what - if soon my another customer also want to use Skype Service, and he have 50 - 100 workers ? Will be there special price for different amount of users on one firm ?

Sadly that one wont work properly, it will hack, or you cant hear other people and so on. With, Skype everything works fine. So, if he will starting to use Skype manger and will make account for every workers (sips) can he bound those sips with same VoiP numbers what he will use right now with Elion ? Or if not, is there some way how to redirect those numbers (to lose those numbers, is sadly out of question) ?

indeed we don't have the solutions team offer any longer. Let me try to answer some of your questions here.
Skype Manager and Skype Connect itself are free of charge. But obviously you can purchase and distribute paid products via Skype Manager.
Yes, you can freely distribute Premium subscription to Manager group members and leave others without. You can do the same with all kind of Skype products, e.g. Skype numbers, calling subscriptions etc.
There are no discounts with Skype Manager purchases. It's a tool to simplify administration.
Unfortunately you cannot transfer numbers to Skype connect. For more details on which features are supported and how they work please have a look here: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA10549/what-is-skype-connect-and-how-does-it-work

I am looking to use Skype Manager for my business and have come across some problems:
1. When creating a manager account i am not given the option to change the country. Does this mean that it can only be done for U.S. people? If it does we can stop right away since we are based in Switzerland.
2. Can one use subscriptions in Skype manager? I currently use the skype world subscription and want to do the same for my employees (hence why i am thinking of using Skype manager).

I agree with your distaste for Skype Help. Although it is difficult to be aggravated with something that actually does not exist. Ii is obvious you have tried to use it and found as I'm certain most everyone else has, that Skype help is absolutely a total waste of time. It never addresses the question asked. Just provides a list of BS to fill the void. There mustbe a better service to use than this crappy one.

You should be able to purchase a Danish Online Number. Online Numbers for some countries have a residency requirement, where you have to supply an address in that country to get the Online Number.
Getting the Online Number would allow you to receive calls from telephones with your Skype account. You would still need to use Skype Credit, or purchase a subscription, if you want to call telephones in Denmark using Skype. Click on "Pay As You Go" below for the per-call pricing using Skype Credit, or "Subscriptions" to see the monthly/yearly subscriptions that are available. Online Numbers do not include any privileges or benefits for calling telephone numbers, except for certain Online Numbers that can be used as Caller ID when calling telephones from Skype.

Oh those Canadians, you just have to take what they say with a grain of salt.
The warranty on the iPhone, contract or not, is not world wide. If something happens to your iPhone I seriously doubt wherever you are in Europe that they stock Canadian unlocked iPhones. Worse, if you take it to an Apple Store in a country where the iPhone is locked then they can only replace it with a locked iPhone from their supply of replacement phones. If it is with a different cell provider than you use well, that's just too bad.
You would either need to return to Canada for service or send it to someone there who can take it in for you.
