    I tried to reset the FF on the Mac, but with no luck.
    A few minutes ago I tried to create a new account with my mac an another e-Mail address but I get the "unknown Error" error message.
    I noticed that some buttons (like "cancel" or "close" on a tab sometimes not work.
    Thats really strange.
    On my windows-maschines everything seems fine.

    How can I cancel an in-app monthly messaging service that I used to subscribe to? I've deleted my account from the app, deleted the app from my phone, yet I'm still charged the monthly messaging "pro" feature, for $10/mo. I can't find ANYWHERE on apple's website on how to cancel this in-app purchase. When I deleted the app ("Scruff") from my phone, it said I needed to cancel the monthly messaging subscription from my iTunes account. I can't find out how to do this.     Just to clarify: This is a user to user Forum, so you are not really addressing Adobe here, even though some Adobe employees thankfully have been dropping by.

    How can I delete my account? There is no "cancel plan" in my creative cloud free membership.

  • Can't Cancel Country Specific Monthly Subscription

    I have tried to cancel my country specific monthly subscription several times with different browsers in the last month, but every time I click on the link "Thanks but no thanks, I still want to cancel" the page just reloads and I am unable to cancel.  It feels like Skype/Microsoft is making it impossible to simply cancel my subscription.  Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

    If you go to the single app subscription, by month and paid by the month ($29.99/MO), you can. If you get the photography package ($9.99), no. You are buying a one year subscription. You can cancel it, but I think you will have to pay an early termination fee.

    I want to buy Creative cloud (£8.57 a month for a year) but want to know if this counts as a monthly membership that can be cancelled at any time or if this is classed as an annual plan and can only be cancelled within the first month otherwise there is a charge?     If you get an annual subscription that is paid monthly and then you wish to cancel it after the first month has passed, then you are subject to a penalty cost of one half the remaining term of the subscription... so if you cancel after 4 months you pay a penalty the equivalent of half of the 8 remaining months fees.
