Change Skype Premium settings
Getting: "
The website cannot display the page"

I have just spend 20 minutes also trying to cancel my Premium subscription.  It seems that the site is purposely design to keep this from a happening.  Fortunately I canceled my credit card (for another reason) so I guess Skype will not be tyring to track me down as a owing them.  
Also, has anyone noticed there is not way to submit a question if it does not fit into one of the pre-define categories...funny I could not find a category for "how do I get out of this Roach Hotel"

    I have waded through the maze of screens telling me how to cancel Skype premium.
    I cannot delete my payment method as Skype Premium has to be cancelled first.
    I cannot go into subscription settings as there is no settings option as described in the how to.
    I cannot open chat support, no matter how many browsers I try.
    I do not use premium, I do not want it and I find it quite ludicrous that there is no simple way to cancel it or contact support.

    Please can someone help! I don't care about a refind. i just don't want to be debited for yet another year for somehting that I don't use and that I now read has no purpose as the only feature which was desirable is now free.

    I am in the exact same situation. I have spent a lot of time on a loop of links that bring me back to the same useless pages. All I want to do is cancel my Skype Premium before it charges me again. You posted over a month ago and I see no one has offered you a solution. Is there no way to contact a customer service rep to deal with this?

  • How do you cancel skype premium????

    The process to cancel skype premium does not seem to work.  I have tried it online, on a Mac and on a Windows computer.  When you go to group video and click the "change my account settings" link, it says I don't have an internet connection.  How do you think I was on the page to be able to even click the button?  I find it interesting that you can sign up for it very easily but cancelling does not work.  I also find it interesting that there is apparently no way to contact anyone at skype to report this as a problem or cancel it.  HOW DO I CANCEL SKYPE PREMIUM?????

    Have you paid for your bank transfer order?
    If not- then just ignore these reminders about payment. We cannot cancel pending payments, but you don't have any obligation to pay.
    If you paid- then you need to wait until your payment is settled and then request a refund from Skype Customer Service.

    By deleting Skype premium I guess you mean cancelling the Premium subscription?   The Skype clients I use generally have an account section which links you to the web allowing you to access your account.  If the client you are using lacks that functionality, you should still be able to log onto Skype.com using the browser on your phone to cancel your subscription.

  • Can't purchase Skype Premium, something went wrong...

    I'm already a old style 'Skype Premium' user, with the old 'Skype Premium' features and unlimited calls to the US and Canada.
    Other than that, I have a one month new 'Skype Premium' subscription that is still active.
    Now I have credits in the accoun and I want to buy a 12 months new 'Skype Premium' for umlimted calls to over 50 countries, but it always gives me something went wrong error?
    And where is the online chat support for 'Skype Premium' users? I just can't find it on the skype website at all.

    then you have the live chat support.
    Bravo Skype, I can see why Skype can't make any progress and sold to MS and there's Viber coming in.
    A company put the customer service to the last and least will not survive very long.

    Whenever I try to got to the setting page to cancel my subscription the page is down for service or I get an http error 500. I want my subscription cancel now.

    Please keep in mind that you are posting in public forum and if you continue using this language your posts will be removed.
    Some fixes take longer than others, investigating problems when only truly minor % of users are having this issue is not the easiest task. It takes a bit more time.
    Also Skype website releases that include improvement & fixes are not run every single day like with some personal homepage.

    Hi Same Problem with me i am not able to cancel my one month free trial , Though i am just activated 3 day back , SKYPE is relly not doing good with this .
    Please have this cancel buttons and other option very well and easily sptable , Stop making business by troubling people and making them fool.

  • Can't cancel Spotify Premium?!

    I'm trying to cancel my Spotify Premium membership, and it's not letting me. It's asking me to verify my cancelation by entering my Spotify password. I enter my correct password, but it's saying it's incorrect. I've changed my password & it's still doing the same thing. What's going on? I'm still going to be using Spotify...     Depending upon the additional features you wish to have the particular user to have access to, and where your account is located, you could do this one of two ways:
    Add enough credit to the "child" account so the user can purchase a Premium subscription; or
    If Video is the only feature you need, here is a screen shot of where to find and to add that feature:
    Please note, if the Skype Manager account is in the United States and has accepted US.. Terms of Service, then the members are not permitted to purchase any products themselves. They can only request available products from the administrator, and Skype Premium is not currently available.

    Hi, I am looking to upgrade to Premium for Mac but am curious about how other call participants with Skype Free are able to use my Premium Features.
    Can I, the Skype Premium User, allow other call participants with Skype Free to share their screens, or can I only share my screen?
    Can I, the Skype Premium user, allow other Skype Free call participants to use my HD webcam(bought through Skype) in group video chatting with me and other callers?
    In regards to the two questions above, do all call participants need a Mac to enable Premium features if I am using a Mac?
    Does Skype premium require different software than Skype Free? If so, how does it differ from Skype Free software in terms of capabilities and features?

  • Trying to set up Skype Premium, but can't access F...

    Hi, 
    I'm getting just a little frustrated trying to get this sorted. 
    I've tried to buy Skype Premium, only to get to the card verification page and for it to say access denied. I've tried this on two computers now and it's the same. But when I look in my billings area of my account it says that 3 purchases for Skype Premium is pending. 
    I've tried to find the support to rectify this and get two out of the three subscriptions cancelled only to be sent round in circle as your 'Continue support request' button doesn't appear when using the support pages. 
    Please can someone get back to me ASAP on this.
