Can't Change Credit Card Number, told to reregister but can't find reregister button

Sorry to be a trouble, But I can't change my credit card # (because BBapps will not allow me to log on to control panel to do so. Made the mistake as a 1st timer to assume would ask for credit card number after I purchased Documents to Go.
Did not ask, but charged the purchase to the CDMA number from former owner of my BBS2. I then erased the downloaded Docuiments to Go as I was not intending to charge some one else's card. Need to change credit card number to square this away. This is my first BB machine and I find that I don't know all the needed things.
Can someone point out how to reregister so I can add my credit card #

Can someone point out how to change the current assigned Number/credit card charge in control panel.(does not allow me in with my password that works for downloading free apps)

I am more than willing to pay for the Documents to Go app on my own credit card, the problem is getting to it. I don't intend to have Blackberry service, but surely this does not prevent paying for and down loading programs for my device, If I will wipe the device without a new CDMA number I suspect that will not allow me to to offer a credit card number and get the Documents to Go program as well as others. Why is it impossivle to buy programs for a blackberry without a blackberry service contract for a CDMA number? This really seems very rigid since the BBS2 is so long out of date. There must be plenty of individuals that are doing this who had the wisdom to give a credit card number when they registered - I did not realize this was required as I routinely buy things on the net AND THEN give CREDIT CARD # to compelete the purchase. Is this some sort of Catch 22 situation ?
I like this phone and don't want to give it up. If necessary, I will buy a second BBS2 and try to register that WITH A CREDIT CARD number so that I Can use this machine. This an endless Catch 22? I don't want a CDMA service that is very hard to get outside the USA.
Can I register my BBS2 if I have a T-Mobile plan for the CDMA number (which I will never use and for which I will pay for programs with a separate credit card number ?). ? Otherwise I have a wonderful piece of junk because of arbitraty and rigid rules that are also preventing Blackberry profits as well as App producer profits . If I can't solve this, I will have to re-examine whether I want this machine that I still really like.

On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. If you are doing it on your iPhone then you could try tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6+) and selecting 'View Apple ID' on the popup - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

You should able to. Try tapping on your id in Settings > Store and select 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and your account's page there should be a payment information link (I assume that shows in iOS 4.3.3).
If not, then on your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.

My Credit Card company recently changed my credit card number which needed me to update all accounts where I had registered for auto-pay using that card. Skype is one them and I have a Subscription plan. This is what I tried to do :
1. Log in to Skype from a Desktop Browser
2. Navigate to : Payment Settings > Stored Payment Details. I see my old Credit Card number registered.
3. There is no option for adding additional Credit Cards so that I can switch my subscription after registering the new card
4. On trying to delete the old credit card I get an error message, " This card is being used to fund your Skype Premium with Unlimited World. If you want to delete this card you have to cancel your subscription first. "
5. I do not want to delete the subscription and restart it for two reasons:
a. I subscribed during an offer period, if I cancel I will not get my old rate again
b. I do not want to cause any disruption in service to my Skype subscription that I use across devices.
My requests of the Skype Team:
1. I need a means of changing my payment details without cancelling my subscription so that my monthly payment goes through.
2. Allow users to pay for the their subscriptions using Skype Credit too, some of us have kept a large balance just in case.

No, it is not difficult. You log onto your iTunes account, and under Account>Payment type, you click on Edit and change your billing info:

I lost my credit card and cancelled it, so I don't have the code, and just want to use another one. iTunes won't let me change credit cards without first entering the security code of my old one, is there anything I can do?

How can I change credit card to debit card in my account?

I am trying to change my credit card to my debit card so I can purchase apps from the App Store from my iPad. I pressed the buttpn to delete my credit card but there was not one to add my debit card. Help please.

You probably could have Edited your payment information instead of deleting the card. Have you tried adding your card to iTunes/Account/Account Information/Apple ID Summary/payment information.

Can't change credit card to new one to pay fees.

I recently got a new credit card and I cancelled my old one. I then activated the new one, and received an email from iTunes saying that it tried to charge me for purchases but that it was rejected. I went to the iTunes app on my iPhone 5S and tried to change it on my account, but it wouldn't let me. I just tried changing it on my computer on iTunes, but it still won't let me switch from my old card to the one I am using now.
The error I got on my computer says: "The billing of a previous purchase failed because your credit card was declined. Please provide valid credit card information and click Done to pay your outstanding balance and continue using the store."
If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it! I just need to switch to the new card and I can pay for the purchases. I also saw an old forum post where someone mentioned selecting a "none" option, which is not available to me when I try and change it.

If you owe iTunes money then you won't get the 'none' option until you've paid what you owe. What happens when you try to enter your new card's details, if you are getting an error message then what does it say ?
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are.

I was an Exchange student in the USA and I had a American Credit card. It expired, now back in the Netherlands I found out I still need to pay some bills. But I can't change credit cards, cause I'm not in the USA anymore

Contact a friend in the USA and have them mail to you a cheap US iTunes Gift Card that you can redeem in your US account. Or, if a friend has an iTunes account, they can use the iTunes app on a Mac or PC to buy a cheap electronic gift certificate for you. The second option would be faster.

Unable to change credit card number in itunes

I'm on the Edit Payment Information page in itunes attempting to update my credit card. Because I'm on a new PC the system wants me to verify the expiration date of the card and the security card. However, I am unable to do this because the card itunes has on file is very old and expired. I have been unable to find a way to add a new card. Please tell me how I can purge the old card info and add a new card.
