Can't change my billing address

I ordered the CC service through Adobe's Taiwan site, but now I'm in the US and I can't change the billing address to where I live now, the option for my address country only shows "Taiwan".

What country are you in now ? You can only use the store in the country where you currently are, so if you are no longer in the US then you can't use the US store.
If you are now in the country where your credit card is registered are you not able to change the address on your iTunes account to that address e.g. via the Store > View My Apple ID menu option on your computer's iTunes, or by tapping your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores on your iPhone 5 ?

For a week now I've not been able to change my billing address or information OR change the credit card I wish to use on itunes. I've tried resetting the cache and warning messages, restarting my machine, and contacting itunes support. This is rediculous. Ok, so I finally got help on this issue. Basically, I had tried to edit my credit card information, and it secretly locked my account. After finally getting a hold of a representative through the chat service on the support site, I was able to get this fixed. I had been previously helped by someone through e-mail, but that was a complete waste of time. Go for the chat service, it's a million times better. They were able to release the secret block on my account...from trying to change my own information so that I could change it and be on my way. Anyway, I hope this helps.

I am trying to change my billing address in my itunes store account, but itunes is not allowing me to do this. If you moved, or if your zip code changed recently, ask your credit card company to make sure their records are up to date and match exactly what you are entering as your billing information.

For you to use the US iTunes Store you must have a billing address in the USA. You can change your country but then you will be using the iTunes Store for that country, and not everything will be available.
To change your country you need to click on Change Country or Region in the Account Information section of iTunes on your computer.

My email address in the imessage part of my ipad is incorrect. How can I change the email address to conform with the email address on the rest of my apple products? I can get messages on my iphone, mac but not on my ipad because of the incorrect address.

Go on to settings> Messages > send and receive
this should give you the opportunity to edit email adressed
