Can't check bought items, can't download bought CD

During a download, an "error occured: Music store was unable to process your request. Please try again later."
Now, I can't finish this download, nor can I check bought items. It's that error message again and again.
I wrote to the support staff: First they said, the problem was on my side: some Firewall or Internet acceleration software installed. I answered, I had none of that kind. The next reply was - mark that: "After careful examination of your request we found that your problem was of technical kind" (!!!). I should go here.
WOW. What a profound analysis, what a generous attempt to support customers.
For a test, I bought another item yesterday. Everything went perfectly! It's just that one CD that got stuck. And Apple Support's brains.
Anyone got an idea what's going on there? Or a helpful hint?

PS: Yes, I have repaired my permissions; yes, I have restarted my machine, yes, I have logged in as root and tried to get the CD there, yes I have even tried from a different machine... - but Apple won't acknowledge THEY got a problem...

You can't have content in iCloud without having it on your phone, you will need to look at deleting items from your device that you don't need. Movies and TV shows from iTunes are possibly a good start because they tend to be large and can be redownloaded at a later date.

this was what happened:
like 3 weeks ago I perordered the new album from Kesha that is available mow! So I went into the iTunes store on my iPod and it says the album is available for download! Then I pressed the download now button and it says my paying method was declined! The weird thing is that I still had 10$f from a gift card left and now only 3! So the album was bought but u can't download it! It still shows app as buy album on iTunes on my computer! And on the bill I can't see that I paid for it yet, but I can see that 6.5$ dollar are missing in that bill, and this would be the album! So first I need to know why I can't download it cuz I paid with my giftcard! And second I need to know why my payment method was declined! I can still download free stuff! And I bought songs like a week ago... That is weird and I need help please!!

That didn't solve the problem! It actually solved itself! At 12 pm it suddenly started downloading and my 6$ were back!

I bought the last version of IPad that came out recently ( I bought it 3 weeks ago). It is a 16GB.
So far I love this product, but I 'm getting stuck with movie downloads from iTunes.
Indeed I just ordered 3 movies in HD and they don't download as the message "error lack of space" come up.
So I made some space on my IPad, erased most of my music (only 156 MB left), I had pages, I erased it but really I 'm loosing $11..., I erased all the movies I had before, and much more. Now what I don't understand is that I have only 3GB available when my following applications don't even take the 10.3GB of used space:
Music: 156 MB
Skype: 34,2 MB
Sleep well: 16.6 MB
Calculator: 11,8 MB
Voice memos: 9,8MB
Iswifter: 6,2 MB
And Video says no Data
There is no extra application, so it is really strange it is doing this. I tried to reset and restart many times with no success. I also tried to look at the previews of the videos I bought and tried to redownload them but the same message come up.
Now apart of the strange lack of space on my IPad, I understand that the videos I wanted to download were in HD and therefore too big.
What I would like to do is to shift to download to SD but I can't do it and also can't erase the downloads...
I wonder if the downloads are actually not already taking space even tho they haven't even been able to charge some information (they are not even downloaded half way or anything like that).
Unfortunately I don't have a computer to download my IPad to, so I could try to manipulate the videos purchased from there. I'm traveling and now I can't watch movies anymore which is very annoying...
Also I checked my multi tasking is off....
Could you please help me as soon as possible on this?

According to the trms of the iTunes and app stores - all sales are final. but that doe not mean that you can't try anyway. People ask for refunds all the time. Use the Express Lane email to contact iTunes.

You can still download the other movies in iTunes on your computer. Launch iTunes and go to Store>Check for Available Downloads. You can download them in iTunes and then sync them to the iPad later. When you are done watching the first movie, you can transfer it into iTunes on your computer, delete it from the iPad and you will have the room for another movie on the device. To transfer the movie when you are done with it, you can use the transfer purchases feature.

If the photos that you lost were photos that you took with the iPad, they should be in your iPad backup - if you sync with iTunes or if you backup with iCloud.

I can't seem to download anything on my iTunes when I use Check for available downloads. I have preorders that I can't download cos it just says 'iTunes store temporarily unavailable' even tho when I actually go on iTunes itself it work fine..

I've been in contact with Apple support team regarding this issue. I have about 9 items available for download(preorders mostly) but it's not listed under download. When I click on Check for available download, a message with 'iTunes temporarily unavailable' appears but when I go to the iTunes store itself, its working just fine. I've already been charged twice for the same movie which Apple have kindly refunded me for one of them but I still haven't managed to download that movie yet. Apple says its a problem with my computer and given me all sort of ways to rectify the issue and still no hope. Everything else seems to work just fine including the actual iTunes store, wifi syncing and cable syncing etc. Can somebody help me with this if you know how to solve this problem or if you've had the same issue now or before?
I am using the latest Software updates on my iTunes and these 9 items were purchased whilst on this new updates

Launch iTunes on your computer.
From the menu bar click iTunes > Preferences then select the Advanced tab.
Click Reset warnings and Reset cache
Click OK.
Restart your computer, launch iTunes.
Click Store > Check for Available Downloads...

Apple's policy states that , "all sales are final" here > iTUNES STORE - MAC APP STORE -TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BUT ... I checked the app developer website > http://www.good-3d-cad-architects.com/
Their "support" links only send one to the iTunes store for purchasing apps for iOS based devices, so they don't offer anything in the way of support.
Since the app can't be downloaded and installed, you can report that to Apple and explain there's no support from the app developer. You can request a refund, but no guaranttees.

You can move the files to an external drive. Delete the entry from your collection but don't let iTunes delete the file. Copy the file to the external, then drag to iTunes to add it again. Hold down the option key while doing this so the file doesn't get copied to the internal again.
Alternatively use: Dougscripts: Relocates selected files to a folder of your choice - http://dougscripts.com/itunes/scripts/ss.php?sp=relocateselected - replaces "Move Files To Folder" to move files.
2) I wouldn't trust Apple or the media companies. They could decide tomorrow to not allow a second download and you'd be stuck. The media company could decide to pull an item from iTunes Store. You are the only person who can be relied upon to ensure you always have access to your media copies.

It's probably the library that's the prolem and not the application. Try this: launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and check to see if the same problem persists. If you can create and open a new library then your existing library is damaged.
If that's the case, Make a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Select the options identified in the screenshot.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

Deleted purchased item by mistake, can I download again?

Hi, I bought the entire series of Heroes, so basically they all download as soon as they are available. After some moves of my libraries, the file for the latest download looks as if it has been deleted....
...does anyone know if you can download (again) the files that you have already purchased? Seems like a no-brainer, but I don't know how to do it.

If you didn't make a back-up of your purchases to restore from (as you are advised to do) then I'm sorry to say that the policy on lost purchases is that you have to pay to download them again:
"Once a Product is purchased and you receive the Product, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the Product, and Apple shall be without liability to you in the event of any loss, destruction, or damage." iTunes Store: Purchased content can be downloaded only once
You could try contacting the iTunes Music Store Customer Service and you might be able to persuade them to sanction a second free download. There have been occasional reports in the iTunes forum of this happening, however just be aware that they are not under any obligation to do so. You might, depending upon what country that you are in, be able to download them via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone, and the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes (or try the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes and see if that downloads them).
If you aren't in a country where music can be redownloaded, and you never downloaded those 14 tracks, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Can't Un-Check Some Items

Is this a bug:
I've upgraded to iTunes 7.0.1 and now I find that I can't un-check certain items (that I don't want downloaded to my iPod) by clicking the checkmark. If I select the item, right click then select "unckeck item" it will, in fact, uncheck.
Most items work fine by simply clicking on the checkmark... it's just a few that I have to do the right-click and menu thing to de-select.
What gives?

Can't download bought songs in my iphone and support not helping

I have lost all my songs on my mac and iphone, why is not important. But i can't download the songs again that i bought on itunes in my iphone.
I have read all the articles in the support how to do but it's not working. The article says that i shall go to itunes-Moore-Purchases, and then download again.
But the problem is that when i go to Itunes-Moore, "Purchased" does not show up in the list, it only shows Signals, Genius and downloads.
Please help me, would approciate that, im very very untechinical! And im from Sweden so poor english.

The iTunes app is asking / telling something before the download hangs?
What you can do to check if it's a server, ISP or iTunes problem, is to make a direct download from Redmond Pie or OSXDaily just iOS not the firmware (unless you don't want to go back to a previous iOS version). Then do a manual update through iTunes, option + click Restore, choose the IPSW file and done.

Sure. First you have to downlad and install iTunes (Apple - iTunes - Download iTunes Now), then import your music into your iTunes library. Then connect your phone to your computer, when it appears in iTunes on the left sidebar click on its name, go to the Music tab to the right and check Sync music, then sync your phone by clicking the Sync button on the bottom right. You might also want to spend some time looking through the manual: iPhone User Guide (For iOS 5.1 Software).
