Can't complete purchase of Creative Cloud subscription
I have been trying to complete purchase of a Student CC subscription. I have worked with several support representatives all morning, have tried creating multiple accounts, used multiple valid credit cards but I keep getting "We'll look into that and get back to you" message at step 5 and nothing in order history. I see $1 charges being applied in my bank statements so something is being processed but I get no order number and support tells me it didn't go through. I really want to purchase the membership, can someone help?

9.0 now can't complete purchase--error (no#) re time & cookies
Updated to iTunes 9.0, tried to purchase couple of apps for ipod touch. Get error cannot complete, that I should make sure date on computer is accurate (it IS) and cookies enabled for iTunes, and refers me for more info to a webpage about accounts on Windows machines. I'm on Mac PPC5. I never have cookies enabled in the browser when I access iTunes to make purchases, so I don't get the cookies bit at all. Then tried to access my iTunes account to view it, to see if anything about cookies there, but I couldn't get into my account info either. iTunes did not reject my user name & password when trying to make purchase, but I can't get into the account. On surface, without thorough check, it appears all my previous iTunes purchases (free & $) are loaded. I haven't yet tried syncing to my ipod. Have sent message to iTunes customer support. Has to be bug in this update, never had any problems in past. Thought I'd post this particular behavior in case others are experiencing it, too.
Hi, yes, I marked my query answered because I did resolve the problem of not being able to make a purchase. I resolved it by
(1) ignoring the message about cookies --I rarely have cookies enable in Safari and have never gotten that message, and, BTW, when I checked the more-info link in the error message, it took me to Apple support page about cookies and time in WINDOWS, not Mac.
(2) ignoring the message about date/time of computer as mine was absolutely accurate.
What solved the probem for me was changing my password. Now the password I carefully and accurately keyed in was the one I'd long used. Nevertheless, I clicked on forgot password and got a link to change my password. THEN I was able to log into and view my Account info. Once I could do that, I had no further problem making a purchase in iTunes.
Yes, I received two emails from iTunes support, from someone who stated up front the problem was out of her area. She offered suggestions including checking Apple support pages and checking technical support offered by Apple. Other than those, I tried the specific suggestions she had. None resolved the problem. Her followup email wasted my time. I took time to give full feedback and she thanked me in the manner people breezily say "have a nice day" in passing and suggested I give feedback to Apple.
I can't help with Firefox. My suggestion is to try the simplest first, based on what worked for me:
Try to log into your iTunes account info. If you cannot, then change your password. Easy to do, might fix the problem for you, too. ;-)) good luck. -
It's really frustrating because I can only buy music from my phone.
I've tried intentionally typing in my password wrong and it tells me my password's wrong then, but otherwise the prompt keeps coming up again. I don't know what to do; I double-checked that my computer's authorized. To get rid of "pop-up ads and other crap on my computer when I am on the internet", click on Safari in the Menu bar, and select Preferences. Next select Extensions. Delete all of them. Restart Safari.
The first step in addressing the black screen is an SMC reset.
Shut down the computer.
Plug in the MagSafe power adapter to a power source, connecting it to the Mac if its not already connected.
On the built-in keyboard, press the (left side) Shift-Control-Option keys and the power button at the same time.
Release all the keys and the power button at the same time.
Press the power button to turn on the computer.
Note: The LED on the MagSafe power adapter may change states or temporarily turn off when you reset the SMC.

Cannot complete purchases today..is anyone else having this problem?
I can't complete purchases from any of my computers, but can access the store and browse...
I'm having the similar issues as well. I got the same error message when trying to download a few app updates. Also, I went to sync my iPhone and it said my MBP was not authorized, and that if I didn't authorize it all the apps on my phone would be deleted. That's ridiculous because I've synced it several times this week. When I tried to reauthorize my computer, it said that the request couldn't be completed at this time.
It's probably a bug on Apple's end, and a very inconvenient bug at that, but I'm sure they'll have it up and running again soon. It would be great on their part, however, to acknowledge the problem publicly and say that they're working on a solution. -
I comment the app on itunes but I can not complete the purchase of the app ask you just how I can do better
So you want to use the app in a different account than you bought it with. If that is the case you need to contact the Mac App Store support. You will find the link for that in the Mac App Store by clicking Featured - Under Quick Links you will see the Support link. Follow that for help.

i am trying to download OS X Lion from the app store and it says it can not complete my purchase becuase it needs at least 2GB of space and over 2GB on my computer...any ideas??
That requirement is referring to the need for 2gB of RAM, not hard drive space.

How can I completely delete an app, so it won't even be listed in the app store under purchased items? And I will stop being prompted to make updates even though I've removed it from my iPad?
Once an app is deleted from an iOs device, you will no longer be prompted for updates. Update alerts only occur for apps curently installed.
Purchases can be hidden (but not completely deleted) from the purchased list, but only using itunes on a computer. -
Is there any purchase limit?i buy something for three to four times and my purchase can't complete any more
That would be the choice of the Game developer, not Apple. But it seems unlikely.
