Can't connect to em console

Question

I installed OEM GC R2 with new database. The installation is successful. But when I try to use em console with "http:astham:4889/em", nothing shows up on browser.
I checked the system,, the following are the output:

It seems OMS and agent are started up. Why I can't deploy it?

I am having the above mentioned problem now after resetting my IE browser back to previous version from IE 9. It used to just say "cannot display webpage" and then in a second or two take me to the EM when I was using IE 9; but now it just doesn't connect. Any help is appreciated, I am preparing for OCA exam and therefore need all these tools to actually learn.
