Can't connect to itunes, need fast help

hi guys. sometimes i when i buy stuff on itunes it works 100% but 3 weeks ago i had en error. i always chance my information for a second to my father in law cause he has mastercard and i don't and 1 time after i changed and wanted to buy something, it keep saying contact apple support / connection to itunes store failed... last time i could instantly start a chat window with one of the apple guys and he helped me out immediatly with the error which he fixed and after half hour i could try it again and it worked. but now i'm having the same problem again but i can't find it to chat immediatly and have to wait 72 hours which i can't wait cause its not my visa so any help of u guys?

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

Apple TV keeps saying it can't connect with itunes store. Help?

Been trying to pull up purchased season of Breaking Bad. Got thru some episodes but now it's saying it can't connect with itunes store. Everything's updated and all other features of ATV work fine.

I've had apple tv since August and seem to have had to do a restore every 2 weeks or so, lost connectivity, can't connect to itunes or other errors. the restore takes a good 20 minutes even on wide band internet. it works for a few days then seems to go bad. read something online tonight about just restarting apple tv, presumably by powering down from the socket and rebooting. good luck.

Use a port directly on the computer, not a hub. If it is not a laptop and has ports on the back and front use a port on the back.
Security Software:
Disable your antivirus and firewall, then restore.
Other:
If the phone has been jailbroken that is likely the cause of your problem. Also, if the computer you are using to restore has been used to jailbreak any iOS device in the past.

Try this.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

have you tried quiting the app, ie removing it from the multitasking bar also, and then retrying it? Failing that, flick the ipad into airplane mode for a minute, then flick it back, wait for your wifi to connect then try again.

It all start when I purchased some coins for the Facebook game bejewelled & it's gone down hill from there.
First after putting my password I got a message telling me my purchase was unsuccessfull then was prompted to put my password in again which I did & a message flashed up for a second saying something about my purchase being successful but not downloaded but soon after my coins appeared so I didn't think much more of that. UNTIL I got emails showing my purchase, which would fine as nothing is free but I realised I had been invoice twice for the same purchase, so I panick think how can I can my money back, so I clicked on the report a problem highlight in blue & I'm transferred to iTunes, after a short while a message pops up telling me I can't connect to iTunes.
I've tried lots of different ways to fix this but had no joy, I can't seem to get onto iTunes to get any suport either but it's still letting purchase stuff & look & purchase music & apps though iTunes, I've reset my device & also plug into my laptop, checked all my settings on the device etc:-

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

Its not telling you to update your iPad, its telling you you need to download a recent version itunes on your computer.

hi i had the same problem today when i updated my itunes to latest version. however, i have just found my songs in the 'itunes media' folder. this was accessed through 'my music' then keep clicking through until you find itunes media and all my library songs were in there and i then just added these files to my library and all were restored however, i have lost all my playlists but at least my 700 songs are back. very dissapointed with apple that they have let this happen with their latest update, the previous version was miles better than this one . hope you find them. stevo

Please help, I keep trying to download apps on my ipad2 and for a week my iPad keeps saying can't connect to iTunes store. I have tried restarting the ipad, turning the wifi on and off, logging in and out, and am ready to get rid of this thing!!

Check your appleID and your billing name in your iTunes account. Make sure you are not using the & (ampersand) symbol anywhere. If you are, edit to remove the & symbol, save and log out/in.
